Fantastic experience: I was impressed with the overall service the first time I visited getting x-rays, evaluation, and cleaning done. Then I went in a couple of weeks later for a root canal and two crowns. When the doctor said he was finished with the root canal, I was surprised! I have had a couple done years ago, but never with this much ease! Then I got two permanent crowns and, was able to go right to work with no issues whatsoever! The staff is also wonderful! I work at the bank right next door and when I realized that it was going to be a little longer than I anticipated, they were able to let my co-workers know (as I was already numb). Thank you Dr. and staff for all you did to make my appointment go as smoothly as it did. You all are amazing!! I will be coming to you for the rest of my days and will definitely refer you!

Negative experience: The cleaning service was nice with friendly staff and calm atmosphere. However, the office handles billing in a disorganized and untimely manner. I was billed for the service in May 2025 for $363 and was not being contacted until 2026. I strongly advise being proactive—follow up regularly on insurance filing if you don’t hear back, as delays may lead to unexpected charges. Additionally, my family and I found the billing staff to be disrespectful in their interactions. Based on this experience, we are unlikely to return.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff. Very helpful. Calm atmosphere I had to have a tooth pulled that I procrastinated for a year to attend to. I tried Filliman Dental and I am so happy I did. After my initial consultation, I did not feel pressured or belittled. The dentist suggested that we start with that bad tooth and go from there. He did an excellent job removing the tooth - Literally no pain! Even after the numbness wore off - no pain! Very professional with genuine caring and they had me in and out quickly but I did not feel rushed. They definitely have a new patient.

Negative experience: Did not do good job on root canal.

Positive experience: Doctor is booked out a month. Down a hygenist so can't schedule a cleaning for over a month.

Negative experience: They charged me $262.00 to tell me that I had periodontal disease. They only did an evaluation for $262.00. Not professional people. The dentist will not return my call. Thieves!

Fantastic experience: Can not recommend Filliman dental enough. All the staff here is very kind and professional. The dental hygienist and doctor are amazing and do amazing work. They always make sure you have as comfortable an experience as possible. I have had many dentists over the years. Some have been really good some not so much. But Filliman is the best I have had to date.

Dr. Filliman is very kind and willing to answer any questions I have and was willing to adjust my night guard which I had gotten from another dentist. I used to hate going to the dentist, I don't mind it so much now.

Fantastic experience: Filliman was my fourth dentist in six years. I have been going here for three years and will never look elsewhere. They have the most professional staff of all I have experienced and I leave there feeling good about my treatment. The pain is less than half of other places and I regain sensation quicker. You don't want to feel like you have been worked on by a veterinarian, come here.

Fantastic experience: In my life I have had a LOT of dental work. 13 root canals and 2.5 years ago dentures. Filliman is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. I cannot say enough good about this office and everyone in it. This will be my only dentist til one of us is gone! Thank you for making me smile again!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Filliman for almost 5 years. He is by far the best dentist I have ever been to (and I am OLD - lots of dental care in my lifetime). My granddaughter who is in her late 20s has a mortal fear of dentists. Even though she had great dental insurance, she had not been to a dentist in many years due to her dental anxiety. I persuaded her to see Dr. Filliman just to meet him and get a check-up and cleaning. She finally booked an appointment. She did need some work done, two new fillings and two replacement fillings. After she met Dr. Filliman and his wonderful staff she was less anxious and made appointments for the work she needed done. Now she is a total advocate for Dr. Filliman and his staff. She explained her anxiety and they did everything possible to make her comfortable. Everyone in the office is very kind and friendly and professional. My granddaughter sailed through her appointments and told me she would go back without question for any dental work needed in the future. THANK YOU all for everything you do!!

Fantastic experience: My visit was for an 8:00 am cleaning. I could not of had a better experience. Everyone in the office was very cheerful, nice and professional. I felt very relaxed and well taken care of. The hygienists was so gentle I barely knew she was there. This is a great dental practice. I will be returning for my next cleaning in 6 months. Fantastic experience: Fantastic, caring, and professional!! Emily(not sure on the spelling) cleaned my teeth the best they have ever been cleaned. She took her time throughout and made sure that i was comfortable the entire time. Dr. Tim rearranged his schedule to get me in right after the cleaning, even though i said that i could come back, he insisted I stay and said, "...we want to make sure you leave happy and healthy." What i found the most amazing was all of the staff come into work through the front door/lobby and greet you as they walk in.
