Fantastic experience: Great Dentist and great staff. I suffered for 3 years and 2 other dentist that could not set a crown correctly. Found Dr Keane and 2 visits later my teeth feel great. I have finally found my dentist. The entire staff is great!

Fantastic experience: I just started going here and I’m very impressed with the friendliness and communication of the team. They are very thorough and helped put together a dental plan I was comfortable with. The facility is very nice! Also, the scheduling was great. I received confirmation texts so I didn’t miss my appointment and they even called to offer me an earlier appointment time. I’ll be going here moving forward.

Negative experience: While my husband was in the next room with woman flirting with him I was in silence in the room over. They jabbed a plastic piece under my tongue and made me bleed was poking at my gums which made them bleed and didn’t even bother singing my mouth out not even once. They dropped a plate of pokey “sterile” tools on my feet and also didn’t give me any paper work at the end of the visit. Will NEVER be returning to this establishment again.

Fantastic experience: Great service would recommend them to anyone?

Negative experience: Beware!! Get a second opinion before paying for work. They charged me thousands for work, recommended more…. I got a second opinion and a crown was downgraded to a cavity. They also do things that are optional (fluoride) and then charge after the fact. I typically only do positive reviews so please just get a second opinion if you go here.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experiences at Oak Hills dental!! Been going to the dentist since I was a child. Between the front office to the staff providing the services, this is by far the best dental place I've ever been to and I'm 71 years old!! They're very friendly kind and personable, and the work they do is outstanding. If you have fear of the dentist in the past, and the pain you have experienced not to worry here, I've had teeth cleaning, whitening and now tooth filling replaced with no pain!! I'm so happy to have found a place that meets all my dental needs. I gave them 5 stars for a reason they are that good!! Give them a try I guarantee you you will not be disappointed!!

Fantastic experience: I am in my late 60's and a family friend suggested I go see Dr. Keane. This was my best experience with a dentist in 30 years. I was told Dr. Keane was good but I found her exceptional. She took the time explaining both verbally along with some awesome technology what needed to be repaired. I sat down and did not even feel when she froze my mouth. I had 2 crowns completed in one sitting of a couple of hours. I had no stress for the first time in a dental chair. I understand why people say go with the younger dentist as they have the latest training on new techniques. A five star experience from the time I arrived at the front office to completion. And lastly I had no pain after the procedure ( that was the first time in my life). I would highly recommend this dental office and specially Dr. Keane and her staff.

Fantastic experience: I was 6 days from leaving the country when I experience some tenderness in my mouth. I feared leaving the country for three weeks with a possible dental issue. The staff at Oak Hills Family Dental worked me in to their schedule, X-rayed and evaluated me. Fortunately, no significant dental issue was found. Dr. Lauren Leza suspected a sinus infection was creating the tenderness. She offered me an antibiotic prescription to fill in the event my sinuses worse during my vacation. She saved me a trip to my primary physician as I was absolutely going to see if I could get a script to take with me. Peace of mind is priceless. I'm grateful for the care I received. I highly recommend Oak Hills Family Dental!

Fantastic experience: Not an established patient, had a crown from prior dentist come off and called and was seen same day and crown put back on. All staff was great and Dr.Leza was awesome highly recommend and will be going here for the foreseeable future for dental care even tho it’s over an hour drive from my house. A+

Fantastic experience: Recently started coming here due to needing a dentist closer to home and was very surprised by the kindness and thoroughness of the staff. They take dental care very seriously here! Since day one of coming in for a cleaning, the team helped me create a dental plan of everything that needed to be done and what can be done to improve my dental health and smile. Everything from dental work to Invisalign to even toothpaste. They are a very dedicated group! The cleaning done by Sierra was amazing! The best dental cleaning I've ever experienced! The staff were very patient and considerate of me when it came to my dental work. I was very anxious. Dr. Leza and Ally explained the whole process and answered all of my questions regarding the procedure. They even made sure to check-in with me during the whole process and make me feel as comfortable as possible. I really appreciated that! Anyways, I highly recommend this dental office! They've raised my standards in dental care! ☺️

Positive experience: First time being seen by a dentist in a long time and I have a lot of dental issues that cause pain and need addressed. They even referred me to a surgeon during this visit. I have been in pain for some time and it's recently gotten soo bad that I can barely function. The staff here is extremely friendly and great at easing fears and making you comfortable, that being said I felt the dentist I saw Dr. Leza was dismissive of the pain I'm in. There was no compassion or empathy shown. When I asked what can be done for the pain since I can't take any NSAIDS due to other medical issues. I wasn't asking specifically for pain meds just ideas on how to help alleviate the pain, whether it's hot or cold packs or anything besides Tylenol. She made me feel as if I was a drug seeker, she offered a quantity of 3 tylenol III but offered no other ideas for pain relief and left the room. Not everyone is seeking drugs. That being said I would go to them for a cleaning but honestly not for anything major or if your in pain.

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff. My nurse and doctor was super nice and professional. Nurse helped me through some nerves. Instantly signed up to become a repeat customer.

Negative experience: Had an appointment on 2/12/25 which happened to be a day we got some snow. Called first thing in the morning to confirm they were open since the local schools had closed and I knew some offices close too based on the district’s decision. Woman I spoke to didn’t work in office but was in scheduling and said she had no notes about the office being closed. Showed up 15 minutes before my appointment to an empty parking lot, a locked door, and another very upset customer/patient who was in the exact same situation as me. I called again and spoke to a different woman in scheduling who said she had no notes that the office was closed but she would pass along a message to have someone call me the next day to discuss this. By 1 o’clock the next day I had not gotten a call so I called the office. Actually talked to an employee who told me I had opted out of text messages and that’s why I had not been notified. I guess it was too much trouble to call or email? She didn’t really have an explanation for why the out of office scheduling weren’t notified of the closure. Told me they couldn’t get me in this week and to try an office in Liberty.

Fantastic experience: I love this dental office! The girls in front are so nice and the dental hygienist I have had several times is just awesome. The Dr. is super nice and i feel they all really know their stuff! When i have had procedures there, they have not caused me any pain! When i had my first appointment there, i had major apprehension about going to any dentist! Not anymore. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Cleanings buy hygienist was excellent. My wife and I both had a great experience. However, we went on a $99 introductory offer. We were told normal cleaning is $350, without insurance. The national average for cleaning is $104. We are both seniors on a fixed income. Our return is unlikely.

Positive experience: Great service except when I tried to call 15 mins before closing. After Trying multiple times and still one answering, I drove down there. Luckily I lived two minutes away, sat there waiting to be acknowledged while I continue to watch people carry on conversations while not answering the ringing phone. I couldn’t help but think if I had a Dental emergency I would be high and dry because no one wanted to answer the phone 15 minutes before they closed. This is an extraordinarily bad business practice, and it is guaranteed to reduce the amount of business that comes your way. I hope you take these reviews seriously incorrect this issue. Unanswered phone calls is a guaranteed way to lose business. Hope this helps.

Negative experience: Left before I got in to see the dentist. Came in as a new patient and left after the person checking me in began treating me in a belittling and condescending manner. She was asking for a signature on an electronic pad but would not allow me to see the screen to verify what I was signing. I expressed that I wasn’t comfortable signing anything without being able to review it but she said she couldn’t show me the screen and laughed at me like I was a crazy person. Sorry, I don’t like signing things blindly. I decided I should probably go somewhere else and she said that would be a good idea. Not sure how the actual dental provider is but if the care their staff exhibit at the desk is any indicator, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been looking for a dentist for a while and I’m glad I started going here. Dr. Leza is so sweet & very helpful! I also appreciate my hygienist, Sierra, she’s great and I appreciate how kind she is! All the other employees that I’ve encountered while being there for my appointments are amazing and I also appreciate how they have an insurance specialist to go over everything with me and help me better understand the financial part of my appointments. I highly recommend scheduling your appointment today! Side note: They usually have really good music playing lol and their location is super clean!

The lady at the desk I think her name was Jeanie? Negative experience: Been a patient here for over a decade and today when I arrived for my regular cleaning was told I haven't had valid insurance with them for almost 2 years. Was also told the "office manager" left voicemails regarding this, which I've never received. What's interesting is this office never fails to send reminders via text and email for my 6 month cleanings, but not once have I received a call about not having proper dental insurance they accept since 2022. As a long time patient, I'm very disappointed about how this was handled and will miss Dr. Leza. Update: I appreciate the response, but this isn't about discussing my insurance online. It's about someone's failure to communicate about the issue, when there has been plenty of opportunity, instead of waiting until the morning of my regularly scheduled check-up. Especially since I've been in for cleanings and talked to office personnel over the phone about schedulings numerous times over the last 22 months. That is poor customer service to a loyal patient of 10+ years. A phone call or email notification would've been nice.

Fantastic experience: I LOVE this dentist! Krystal is an amazing assistant and she makes me laugh every time I go in, which is A LOT! Unfortunately, I have bad teeth, really bad, and have had to get a ton of work done since May 2022. The office staff have been so helpful and understanding of my financial limitations. They help me make decisions based on necessity. I can’t thank the staff in this office enough for everything they’ve done for me the past few years. I’d still like to see an adult treasure chest because it’s nice to get a prize when we have to do hard things (like funding my trips to the dentist).

Negative experience: Paid a lot of money for a pain in a tooth…First the dentist in that clinic after doing ex rays suggested a filling…. and pain continued, then did a root canal (with crown)….and pain continued, then referred me to a Orthopedic and also to a Gum Specialist and still she Dr Lesa doesn’t know what the problem is. Still I have pain, very sensitive to hot and cold. All these cost me about $5K that were thrown in the garbage. Very bad service and it seems to me she doesn’t know what she is doing with my experience. Besides that, in my last appointment she forced me to pay a remaining of $790 outstanding for the 3K crown to be able to see me, she denied service if payment wasn’t made before I go inside and be able to talk to me, so rude and unprofessional. when she should have swallowed that for her incapability. Obviously she was only looking for money not to solved a problem that after 3 months seen her and diferente specialist, I STILL HAVE. All paid and done for nothing!!!

I recently started receiving invisiline treatments and the care I received from Ms. Krystle and Ms. Ciara have made this experience more than enjoyable. Their proficiency, professionalism, and focus on care made me feel like more than just another patient. They even taken the extra time to correct a previous fitting issue that I experienced with my original trays. It is this type of service and care, why I recommend coming here for treatment.

Negative experience: Be carefull who you do business with.This business will ask payment before sitting in their chair even after verifying my dental insurrance. Small business it hide behind a very bad billing practice and ruin your life even if you double paid like they did me(cash in adv + bill my insurrance ) then snd refund chk and re bill me again times n times. They don't even care the impact it can have on your life .With time now I know that Not every dental office operate this way in N Kansas City

Negative experience: Worst dental office. I have been calling for a bill since last year that we paid before and they refunded it that the insurance paid for it. Months later they sent us a bill, I called and they said oh don't worry they will figure out with the insurance. And today we just received a bill from a collection, and when I called the billing lady was so disrespectful , said that they tried to call me and this is my bill now I have it or leave it. We spent more than thousands with this office in 2 years. $422 bill is nothing . If I can I will give them 0 star.

Negative experience: Their office is very clean and their equipment seems to be very new. Update: I was having constant pain in a couple teeth that they worked on. After multiple return trips to try to get it figured out, they couldn’t figure out how to fix their mistake. Multiple calls asking for help, they said they would talk to the doctors and get back with me, which they never did. After everything, they said they couldn’t/wouldn’t do anything to help me, and referred me to a specialist, which will cost another couple thousand dollars. Very displeased. Will definitely not return. Edit #2: It is now the end of May. It has been over 2 months of leaving a message almost weekly, trying to get a hold of someone from the billing department, they have yet to return my call. I don't know what it going on. This is the most bizarre and unprofessional experience I've ever had anywhere, let alone a dental office.

They made sure to communicate to me on what they were doing, asked me if I had any questions several times to make sure I was well taken care of. Madi is amazing as always, the Dr is kind and efficient. Front desk gals represent the clinic office beautifully. I no longer cringe when I have to go to the dentist! Thanks all! Edit: 05/22/24 Krystal was absolutely AMAZING when dealing with my 8 year old who was so nervous about a cavity fill and a previous bad dentist experience. She was warm, kind, hilarious and patient. The dentist is of course, still the best. Truly thank you so much for caring for my entire family.

Fantastic experience: My dentist could not fit me in to his schedule even though I was experiencing a great deal of pain. Dr. Leza was able to see me right away, diagnosed my problem and provided Rx to eliminate the infection. She also referred me to an oral surgeon who also scheduled me, in a timely fashion. Dr. Leza’s staff were also very proactive and most helpful. Consequently, I have changed dentist and will be Dr. Leza’s patient going forward.

Fantastic experience: Caring, efficient, outstanding people. Assisted me during a rough time with dental pain. Dental tech Marcus was kind, did a skillful work up for the dentist while comforting me during my appointment. The dentist located the issue, acted quickly to get proper treatment started. Overall a great experience for such a bad “life” experience.

Positive experience: A bit disappointed! I was there a total of 28 minutes. They took x-rays and cleaned my teeth. The dentist quickly looked at my teeth. He quickly picked at just a few teeth and just visually viewed the others.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Oak Hill Family Dental for about two years. They are very nice and do a great jobs with cleanings and dental work. I also did Invisalign with them; it was an easy experience! Since I had to pick up new retains every month, they know me when I walk in; it's a really nice feeling.
