Fantastic experience: Kelsey has been absolutely fantastic. It started with a cold sore, I heard that mastering can help, and they were the only office to call me back on a snow day timely. They got me in that afternoon. I was also very overdue in my cleanings due to lapse in insurance. I got scheduled for a future cleaning and the whole team was fantastic. Megan was very nice and got me everything I needed and took care of all the insurance things. Kelsey does a great job at cleaning and will continue to schedule with her. Whether you need cleaning or cold sore help, Orchard Dental is my new go to and I tell everyone I can about them. If you made it this far, book your appointment today!

Fantastic experience: Orchard Dental Care rocks! They have invested in state of the art teeth imaging, including 3D, which allows Dr Rush and the knowledgeable hygienists to see your teeth and gums with tremendous clarity for diagnosis and treatment decisions. Dede is my hygienist and is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The office staff are friendly, refrigerated water bottles are available, and the office decor is warm and inviting. But I didn’t spend much time in the waiting room because guess what? They took me on time in the middle of the day! I can’t say enough good things about this practice. You won’t look back if you make this change to Orchard Dental Care. You will only say, I wish I had come here sooner!

Fantastic experience: I love my hygienist, Kelsey! She’s really sweet, good at what she’s doing, thoughtful and attentive. The whole staff are really nice and friendly as well. It’s an hour and a half drive from our house, however, it’s worth the drive and our time. I highly recommend Orchard Dental Care!

Fantastic experience: They knocked my socks off! I couldn't have had a nicer experience starting with a new Dentist and his staff. My hygienist made me feel like I was at a spa with a warm neck pillow and a blanket. They were so thorough with my teeth and gums, they had incredible imagery to show me my teeth etc. I am working on getting my husband to switch to Orchard Dental Care. Fantastic experience: I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Rush, the new owner of this practice. When he came in, the prior dentist had offered to fix a tooth at no cost because she made an error while putting a crown. Dr. Rush honored the previous offer, even though It wasn’t his mistake; Furthermore, Dr. Rush is just a really good dentist. He does a phenomenal job of explaining what he’s doing and he really tries to make you as comfortable as possible. He might be my favorite dentist I’ve ever worked with. He even does a great at giving the shots that numb your teeth. He has a technique that I’ve never seen before where he wiggles your cheek with his left hand as he applies the shot with his right hand. I’ll be darned, but it really does distract your brain and lessen the discomfort. If you are looking for a new dentist, he is top notch, and he is just a pleasant person to be around. Quinn M.

Fantastic experience: I was worried about changing dental offices after several years, but I didn’t need to be!. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. Dee Dee did a great job of cleaning (not painful!) and offering needed service. Dr Rush is very knowledgeable and helpful- and I was able to schedule appointments pretty quickly. Also the office itself is really pretty and well decorated. You can grab a complimentary water or coffee on your way out!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient of Orchard Dental Care for years now. The care is always above and beyond. Dr. Rush is extremely thorough and makes me feel at ease. Kelsey, the hygienist, is so funny and kind. I love getting my teeth cleaned by her, she treats everyone like a friend. Negative experience: My estimate was off over 200% from what my actual bill ended up being. I talked to my insurance provider and they said no pretreatment estimate was even processed for my claim. The office manager said they have “no idea what the coverage will actually be” until they get the EOB. Delta Dental said this is inaccurate and confirmed that is because they aren’t taking the proper steps to get a proper estimate. This practice has seen 3 doctors come and go in the last few years and we’d like to stay because they have great hygienists, but this revolving door for dentists and wildly inaccurate estimates have caused us to move on to a new practice.
We're sorry to hear about your frustration. Insurance coverage is ultimately determined by your carrier, and in this case, the claim was processed with downgraded benefits, which impacted the patient portion. We did not have complete insurance information on file prior to treatment to be able to run a pre-treatment estimate, which can affect the accuracy of the initial estimates. We always encourage patients to provide current insurance details prior to their appointment so we can help maximize benefits and avoid surprises. We wish you all the best.

Fantastic experience: Dr Rush is amazing! I had a cracked molar that needed a crown. He numbed the area, prepared my tooth for the crown, made the crown and cemented it in place all in one morning. Best yet, there was no discomfort at anytime during the entire procedure. He made sure I knew what he was doing and even described what I might feel. He was concerned about my comfort and there was no need for worry because it was totally painless. His assistant was equally competent, friendly and attentive. I heartily recommend Orchard Dental Care to anyone who needs dental care.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience after not being to the dentist in a while. Megan was really awesome about checking my insurance, and getting me scheduled with the right person and reassured me they’ve seen it all. I was really worried about insurance coverage and trying to navigate that beforehand and she was so professional and so nice. So thorough. You can tell she has a lot of empathy for those of us with anxiety. Everyone there is really kind. The hygienist was so nice and really thorough but gentle. The dentist was really calm and reassuring. 12/10 stars.

Negative experience: One word - Megan. My dental care was good and so was my cleaning. The hygienist did the most gentle and through cleaning I've ever had. Megan spoiled the whole thing. I will never return to this office based on how she treated me. Calling me a liar put me over the top. I had to hang up to end the madness. My insurance claim is 5 months in and still no resolution. Cigna has asked for the overpayment back from the office and they have refused to comply. I have filed a complaint with Cigna and they are pursuing. Tons of dentists to choose from - you'll be treated better elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rush was great! He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. I needed a crown for my root canal, and he clearly explained each step so I could better understand the process. He also made sure the crown fit perfectly and comfortably. During the same appointment, he fitted me for upper and lower mouth guards after noticing some flat spots from grinding my teeth at night. I really appreciated his attention to detail and his proactive approach to protecting my long-term dental health. I can’t recommend Orchard Dental Care enough!
