Fantastic experience: Times do pass, but i owe thanks to this location! When i was a kid, you guys warned me how my mom wax treating me differently from my sister, and of course herself and my father. I've been mentioning that issue for nearly 20 years longer now, she's still controlling everything...i can't even get disability today, let alone dental work. Of course my teeth have been destroyed, just like you guys said. Now I'm screwed today because of her, and much much medical wise.

Negative experience: 5 stars! I have been going to this Perfect Teeth location for over 20 years and I am just as happy with my care today as I was when I first started there. Thank you Kathy and Dr. Bredbeck. You two are the best! Update 5/1/26 2 stars All of the staff (office, hygienist, dentist) that I knew and loved have all left so it’s just not the same anymore. I really like the new hygienist, but don’t know the new dentist at all. It took 2 years, I think, to get someone new in, so it’s been a revolving door with no consistency.

Negative experience: We visited this clinic for my daughter’s dental checkup in early April. We were fully covered under Delta DMO dental plan, and Delta had already paid the clinic. However, without proper verification, I received a bill of $158. I was informed by the clinic that Delta had denied the claim, and the reason for denial they mentioned was that my daughter’s teeth were not mature enough to require the procedure. Surprisingly, when I called Delta they confirmed that my responsibility was zero and paid the clinic in full. Despite seeing positive reviews, I found this practice unethical and unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: I experienced the BEST emergency dental services from Perfect Teeth yesterday. I called them at 8am and was given a 9:30am appointment to fix what I thought was a toothache, maybe root canal or tooth extraction because of the intense pain I was experiencing. It turned out it was caused by a micro piece of Carmel corn between the gum and tooth. After a deep cleaning of the tooth and antibiotics around the tooth and gum the intense pain went away. The dentist listened to me and I received OUTSTANDING dental services. I HIGHLY recommend Perfect Teeth. I am scheduled back for a full cleaning May2026.

Negative experience: cleaning should be covered by insurance but i get charged over $100 every cleaning

Negative experience: I have never had such a bad experience at the dentist before. I went in as a new patient for a filling, but when I went home I noticed I wasn't able to floss after it was done and was in a lot of pain. I went back and the dentist wouldn't even let me finish my sentences and completely disregarded my issues. After that, I had a molar chip and called to get an appointment because I didn't want to go through the new patient protocols elsewhere. The dentist was out of town and they told me to wait a week. When I call again it turns out the dentist had noted in my chart that she was not willing to see me again. Not only did I wait for nothing, but no one informed me of this decision which is something necessary in the healthcare field. I was also receiving notifications to schedule my cleaning the entire time, so no indication that I was "fired" as a patient. Don't go to this location unless you want an awful experience.

They consistently take good care of me and I have never had any negative issues regarding care and treatment, insurance, billing or appointments. Negative experience: The office is very run down. I could hardly get out of my exam chair due to two large metal boxes that were in the way. The prices seem too have gone way up. The clerk who was taking my xrays had the wrong information about the last time xrays were taken.

Negative experience: Usually highly recommend but not after last visit. Different hygienist than I normally see-came up with cleaning plan that was $800 out of pocket and when I said I would have to wait until I could save up they backed off of all the recommendations they said were important but not covered by insurance. They made me sign paperwork which I wouldn’t have signed knowing that I couldn’t come back without doing the addl cleaning. No consult with doctor to confirm this is the way to go.

I had some work I needed done and they gave me a thorough examination and took the time to explain everything in my treatment plan in a way that I could understand. Negative experience: I used to have dental anxiety, but years of good dentists made me forget. This place helped me remember. The place looked actively dirty. Felt like I was the only patient they’ve seen in days, but I still had to wait while the receptionists gathered and chatted. I’ve never had X-rays hurt more than a cleaning, and the hygienist taking them got actively mad at me for tearing up. Kept telling me to calm down when she was the one who was visibly agitated, I just couldn’t control my eyes watering from the pain. I was actually very calm despite her panic. I was there because I had just been to my dentist who doesn’t take my insurance and I knew I needed a deep cleaning. I made a joke to the dentist about just winking instead of announcing 5s and deeper because I was really anxious about my health and already knew it was bad and was going to get deep cleaning. She lectured me about how being straightforward and having full knowledge about the situation was the only way, fine. Then she gave me a ten minute speech about how 6s meant I would lose my teeth, complete with images and diagrams. What did she think I was anxious about if I didn’t know that 5s and 6s cause bone loss? I tried to stop her but it made the lecture take longer so I just disassociated instead. I just spent over a thousand extra dollars to go to a different dentist for the deep cleaning, and the only thing that soured that experience was remembering how terribly I had been treated at this place. I felt less actual pain getting my teeth deep cleaned at a different place, than I felt getting X-rays and pocket measurements here. I’m actually pretty convinced she was too harsh taking the depth measurements and could’ve created deeper pockets, because I had them done two weeks before and a month later as well, and I’ve literally never had gum measurements hurt that badly. That’s without even touching the poor bedside manner. If you work here, you should check if you worked on me, and then seriously reconsider your career choices. I’m sorry, I know that’s tough to hear and I wouldn’t say that if I didn’t care more about the people you’re traumatizing than your feelings. I mean, you didn’t care about my feelings, and that’s supposed to be part of your job.

Fantastic experience: Appointment for regular 6 month cleaning. Discovered a very small tooth that needed to be refilled. Was able to wait a very short time and did not have reschedule this procedure!!!!!! Dr Bredbeck and Kathy are wonderful !!

Fantastic experience: First Visit Experience I had my first appointment with Dr. Jyothi due to a dental emergency. I was able to get in quickly, and both Dr. Jyothi and her team were exceptionally professional and efficient with my treatment. They worked on my two front teeth, one of which was broken, and made the process as smooth as possible. I’m looking forward to seeing the final results once my crowns come back from the lab.

Negative experience: This has been simmering in my head a long time and this last awfulness happened maybe 1.5 yrs ago. I am fanatical about my teeth since undergoing the excruciating pain of braces, etc, at the orthodontist. I THOUGHT I had been getting good care from Perfect Teeth for the previous 20 or so years. I really liked the original dental hygienist (Kathy) and OG Dr. Bredbeck. HOWEVER, over the years I had discussed 2 issues that turned out to be far more problematic than they assumed. Also the newer doctor and dental hygienist I met (plus what turned out to have been a temp hygienist) didn't catch these issues either. 1) A sensitivity on the side of one tooth especially when I flossed. I brought this up years prior and several times. I was told there was nothing they could see in the x-rays and in examination. My first visit to another dentist, they spotted the cavity immediately! DR. BREDBECK HAD LET MY CAVITY BREW FOR YEARS! Now I had a deep cavity that I was told had an excellent chance of needing a root canal. At the new dentist, I very narrowly missed needing a root canal. I was advised if I still had sensitivity after a few weeks, I would probably have to consider a root canal. So sensitivity lasted and I made an endodontist appointment for after an imminent cross country visit with family. My family’s best guess (because no one could say with certainty) is that the pressure changes during the plane ride triggered an inflammation which led to: an extremely painful jaw area on Friday (when I did go to an urgent care dentist) that I would be in unrelenting misery with till at least Monday, the earliest I could get seen at an endodontist (a whole other can of worms) . . . a massively swollen throat that BECAME AN ABSCESS which I didn't know it was . . . local emergency room visit and ambulance transport to city hospital with oral surgery department . . . emergency oral surgery with tooth extraction and drainage tube insert, 3.5 day hospital stay hours away from where I was visiting and a lot of pain from the ordeal and from the exercises I had to do to stretch open my locked down jaw. Needless to say, the rest of my trip was pretty much spent in recovery. I'm still in the process of spending time and plenty of money getting a replacement for that tooth that requires an implant into the bone and a crown on top. Just think, if they had seen the cavity before years of decay . . . . 2) For several years, there has been some receding in some areas of my gums (Some of it happens with age.), but it was chalked up to my teeth clenching (I've worn some kind of mouthguard at night for years.). At my very last visit at the Arapahoe Perfect Teeth, there was yet another hygienist, who noted more gum recession/inflammation. I learned the previous hygienist I had seen was a temp hygienist so no notes were made about my gums and no recommendation was made that I continue with my previous 3-4 month appointment plan. At this current visit, I was given the diagnosis of needing to treat these areas of “infection” by inserting antibiotic “capsules” into those areas, 18 of which had been identified. As I said, I'm fanatical about my teeth, and I'm of the “let's do it and get it over with” camp, so I said let's just do it and get it over with. After discussion with insurance, I was told my cost would be, I think, $1800-2000. THIS is the issue that convinced me never to go back to this office: the hygienist “slammed” all these “things” into my gums. I was already a little freaked out about this latest diagnosis and the cost, so I didn't think, but I WASN'T OFFERED ANY KIND OF ANESTHETIC administered when she did this. It was entirely a negative experience. Painful and no verbal support whatsoever. AT NO TIME THEN OR OVER THE YEARS DID ANYONE AT PERFECT TEETH RECOMMEND I SEE A PERIODONTIST where I did have a deep cleaning to stabilize those problem gum areas, WHICH DID REMAIN PROBLEM AREAS EVEN AFTER THE ANTIBIOTIC INSERTS So what I believe are their misdiagnoses and grab for money have cost me not only in terms of time and finances but

Fantastic experience: I’m extremely happy I started going here, because I had a lot of work I needed to get done, & my doctor was able to do it all!!! I had a messed up cap from a previous dental place that didn’t do a great job. The cap was also causing me a lot of pain, & my insurance first tried to deny paying to get a better one, but this office was able to reach out to them for me to get it approved, and I really appreciate that a lot. Here they got me a new cap that feels like a real tooth, fits perfectly in my mouth, & feels sturdy. I also had to get my wisdom teeth extracted, so my doc was able to do my deep cleaning, & extractions in 2 visits. I didn’t want to be put under, so I was happy they were able to get it done by just numbing me really good before extractions. Everyone was very kind, & was kind to my 6yr old when she had to come with me. I highly HIGHLY recommend this place, even more so due to not having to wait forever to get an appointment either. I’m sure as more patients become happy customers like me it might not be as easy lol so get in now well it is if you’re looking to get work done.

Fantastic experience: I have the worst fear of dentist visits. Not cleanings, I go religiously for those! This was my first emergency visit. I was scared half to death. I wanted to leave before I even sat down. I can’t tell you how comforting everyone was to me. The Dr explained every test in detail. They went above and beyond to calm my fears, I can’t recommend them enough if you are afraid to have dental work done!

Negative experience: Worst dentist experience I've ever had. My first appointment was canceled by Perfect Teeth 20 minutes before because they "didn't have a dental assistant". I go to my second appointment, scheduled to be a teeth cleaning, and they said "we can't clean your teeth and you need to pay for a deep cleaning". When I asked about it they said "it wouldn't help" but that's not the point. I scheduled a cleaning, but instead y'all took 30 minutes to take my x-rays. What a joke of a dentist.

Negative experience: Perfect Teeth Arapahoe has been my dentist since high school, twenty years ago. Ever since Dr. Bredbeck retired and a conglomerate took over, my routine cleanings were canceled, and it seems all the trusted hygienists have left. I can't even get anyone to answer the phone to transfer my dental records elsewhere.

Positive experience: I always liked Perfect Teeth. Dentist have changed since I lost my job back in 2017. But was glad to know that this location they accepted Medicaid. I really like Dr. Vani. Staff was polite and curtious.

Negative experience: Previous⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I've been coming to this office for the past 12+ years and it's a great office! I'd also like to give a shout out to Brittany for helping me get my account figured out! Everyone I've encountered here is very nice as well! I'll definitely stay coming for a while. I'll soon be coming in for a cleaning and possible bonding job for a slightly chipped tooth that's causing some discomfort. Update 5/22/24: so since Dr. Bredbeck retired, I've had bad experiences here. Their EDDA didn't clean my teeth properly with my stains(according to another doctor from how bad my teeth were), their EDDA at perfect teeth claimed I wasn't taking care of my mouth properly even when i told them my routine of brushing 2+ times a day and using gum mouth rinse, they didn't take an xray even when my jaw was sore, and nearly drowned me with the sonic handpiece and, since they had the saliva ejector hickying up near my tonsils, I coughed like crazy with them giving me nasty glares. After that and being stood up by the company CEO for a job just tells me that they don't care for the patients or for the workers(only money). I'm going somewhere else that cares about both after those bad experiences 5 months ago.

Negative experience: Had root canal procedure here in 2022. Crown came out within 2 years and supporting walls had a crack in it. Probably, they knew it during the procedure but they didn’t reveal it. They costed me around $2000 which is in vain now. I had to go through implant with the mistake they made.

Negative experience: My first appointment was cancelled with less than 24hr notice because they didn’t have enough staff. I never received any call back or email when initially asking to reschedule. I was never able to speak with an actual person in the office, only the call center, and that was one of the three different days that I called during business hours.

Negative experience: I had an appointment scheduled for over 2 months. On the day of they texted me to say the hygienist was out. Turns out they only have one hygienist!?! Can’t fit me in for another month? What a joke, don’t waste your time here.

Positive experience: I have been going to this dental office for over 20 years. They are the best. I feel like my teeth and I are in good hands with everyone in the office. I really like the new dentist that has been added to the office.

Negative experience: This place was awesome for so many years and then they got bought out last year. Every member that previously worked here is now gone. My last visit was in July 2023 by some temp and I switched. They have sent me multiple bills since my last visit stating that I paid in full and said I had a zero balance only to be sent more bills. When I explained this to them, they said I must have misunderstood the balance I left at the time of service. The only conclusion I can come up with is that they are backdating charges. Since I haven't been there in seven months and payed and zeroed out my last bill (twice), I can't come up with any other conclusion.

Fantastic experience: The team here is really good. Theyfitted my implant crown perfectly and I was finished in less than half an hour.

Negative experience: I have been going to Perfect Teeth - Arapahoe for many years. Since changing to Brident, this office can no longer seem to provide the same level of service I have grown to expect nor do they honor scheduled appointments booked months in advance. It's nearly impossible to reach the office directly as inbound calls now seem to be routed to a centralized call center. Very disappointing.

Negative experience: I tried getting established as a new patient back in June. The first appointment they booked they ended up double-booking. When they booked the next-available appointment (several months later), they called a week prior and said that they were understaffed and that they would get back to me with the next available appointment (which never happened).

Negative experience: I liked this office before Dr. Bredbeck was here. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR TEETH. I am so sad and disappointed with the lack of carelessness from him. I went in to get my permanent retainer fixed and instead of him fixing it, he broke it. The worst part was he didn’t even tell me and let me leave the office thinking it was fixed. When I went back to tell him this, he said he couldn’t fix it now that it was broken. It cost me $400 at a different office to get it fixed. I confronted him multiple times to make this right and he did nothing.

Fantastic experience: Dr Bredback, Holly, and Bridgette were all extremely friendly, helpful, and professional! My concerns were addressed and alternatives provided should the situation persist. Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been receiving wonderful service at the Perfect Teeth on Arapahoe for many years. Dr. Bredbeck and his staff are so accommodating and do great work for our cleanings, fillings and crowns, etc. The front desk staff are kind and very helpful. Fantastic experience: Kathy is a gentle hygienist and really knows her stuff. I took a “break” from dental cleaning during Covid and she got me back into shape as gently as possible. I’ve also had a very delicate and minimal drilling root canal from Dr Bredbeck and it has been great for years and still in good shape! Highly recommend this office and their amazing staff!

Fantastic experience: Being retired military we have had many different dentists so I want to say the staff in this office are good at what they do and make you feel like they care. Kathy is one of the best hygienist we’ve ever had. All the staff show an interest in serving their clients well.

Fantastic experience: Our family has been going to Perfect Teeth for probably the last 20 years. That alone should say enough. Dr. Bredbeck and Kathy are awesome! We have had nothing but exceptional care over the years. My husband works and lives in New Mexico but chooses to have all his dental appointments with Dr. Bredbeck and Kathy. They do a great job, and most of all, we appreciate the professional, friendly, and caring attitude of all that work there.

Fantastic experience: Dr Bredbeck is the best. I used to fear going in for dental work (previous dentistry from childhood). I enter his office with a smile and leave with a smile.
