Negative experience: Update: This company got bought by some other company and since then it might as well be run by lizards. They will set you up with an appointment when there is not doc, they send you three reminders of the appointment and all of them will have different times, they are way understaffed and their arcade is always out of order and no prizes for kids who had to get work done. I have never seen such a rapid decline in quality; not to mention they never bill our insurance and instead say absolutely nothing and then send you an invoice for thousands of dollars. They are terrible, horrible, no good, rotten scoundrels who only care about money. In the few years we have been going here we’ve had to be seen by four different orthos and now they are closing another location. Run in the opposite direction. This is the most amazing dentist office I’ve ever been to. My family got to play laser tag while waiting for my daughter’s appointment. During the appointment they gave her nitrous oxide to keep her calm and the doctor and tech were super kind and encouraging. After the appointment they had her breathe pure oxygen for a while to clear her head and she was ready to play in the arcade! Cat who runs the arcade was amazing and friendly and we even took a family picture in the photo booth. I never would have ever expected such a wonderful experience from a dentist. This is the only place I’m going to bring my babies from now on.

Negative experience: this place is horrible. the staff are unprofessional and rude while the opening hours are also inaccurate. i had scheduled an appointment for 4pm and when i got there they said that they were closed and didn’t see any appointments so they just all left and this wasn’t the first time. this was the third time. i wish i didnt book here for my braces treatment. they keep hiring new orthodontists and they suck at their job. not professional and horrible. i do not recommend this establishment. they just leave work when they have no appointments and don’t even care about customers. shouldnt they be opened until their scheduled hours?

Negative experience: Most is the games doesn’t work. But that is the smallest issue in that place. They have the most horrible service. They keep changing our appointment. It’s about the 6th time that they change it at the last minute!! They don’t return to calls or emails. They used to be good. But the last year was the most horrible experience with them.

But now they have Ms. Vickie S, and all i can say is Thank You from the bottom of my heart. You have went Above and Beyond!!! You fix our issues with in less of a week, something that we were dealing with brandy for 6months! We need more employees like you, employees who care, have empathy and understanding of how clients could he feeling when it comes to billing/claims. Negative experience: When calling the office and then getting directed to the care team; no one there speaks english and is very hard to understand! This is very frustrating and had to constantly call back to get someone I could somewhat understand!!

Positive experience: Friendly staff. The complaint though is I thought they were going to do all his fillings in one day. Nope now I have to waste another day for the others. Not everyone has time to keep coming back

Fantastic experience: Perfect teeth is great! I was nervous finding a new dentist but now my husband and I both go there and like it a lot. Their orthodontists are great as well and are willing to make adjusts to retainers that are uncomfortable

Negative experience: Very worst experience in perfect teeth with Dimple Mehta doctor . We went there only for a general cleaning and general checkup for my son, who had no pain or dental issues. Without properly explaining, they took unnecessary X-rays and then asked me to pay for them, which was very annoying. I called my insurance and raised a complaint. The clinic said it is “part of the procedure” and that insurance would cover it, but this was not clearly explained in advance. Overall, this feels like a money-minded clinic with poor transparency. Exposing 5 year kid with multiple X-rays and telling it is part of there procedure very worst experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr Adrian and the staff are always so kind, helpful and patient when it has come to my treatment. I have been coming to this location for adult braces for about 6months since being referred from my regular dentist. I have even brought my son for regular checkups because of the quality of care received. 10/10

Fantastic experience: The Orthodontist, Dr. Adrian, is fantastic! He always explains what he’s doing to both me and my kids and is very respectful. He works efficiently and is so kind. I appreciate his help with all my kids and soon I’ll be having one more to get braces for and I know I’ll receive excellent care!

Fantastic experience: Both my kids have been coming to this location for Orthodontist work since day of their treatment. Dr. Adrian has been hands down phenomenal with my kiddos and explains every step of the way. The two gals up front have always been super nice to interact with and make scheduling our next appointment a breeze. I have already recommended the team here to a few of my friends for their kiddos to come to this location.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. My child had a scheduled appointment on August 22nd, 2025, and I even took a day off work for it. Just 30 minutes before the appointment, I received a call saying the appointment was canceled. When I asked why, the staff said they didn’t know. After pushing for an explanation, I was finally told the doctor was sick. I completely understand that people can get sick—that’s normal. What’s not normal is the completely unprofessional way this office handled it. If the doctor was unavailable, patients should have been informed at the start of the day, not at the last minute when families have already rearranged their schedules. Canceling on a child’s dental appointment with such short notice is absolutely unacceptable. This level of disorganization and lack of respect for patients’ time shows how little they value families who trust them. I will never be bringing my child back here, and I do not recommend this location to anyone. If you value your time, your child’s care, and basic professionalism—look elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Our family loves perfect teeth for kids! Everytime we come the staff is friendly. The doctors are very helpful. And the arcade is the game changer for making the dental experience enjoyable!!!

Negative experience: Had the absolute worst dental experience of my life with Dr. Ivers. This lady seemed like she was trying to inflict as much pain as possible jamming the instruments into my mouth hitting every tooth on the way in. Prying on my lip to the point almost cut my lower lip on my teeth. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DENTIST!

Fantastic experience: We absolutely love Carissa and Dr. Sanez. They’re the most amazing staff you could imagine with kids. We transferred to another dentist that was closer when we moved and my daughter was 3 and ended up coming back here because they’re just so good with kids and my daughter is much more cooperative here. The dentist even sings to the kids and was so patient.

Negative experience: I've been coming here for 2 years at the beginning it was easy going. I now have been in contact with 2 different people out of office to make an appointment for my son. The out of office people let me know they would have them give me a call almost 2 months in and no call.

Negative experience: I share the same complaint as the rest. The claims/office management is TERRIBLE. They are rude, dis-respectful and VERY unprofessional. There is no grievance policy or process and I was told that "this is just the way the company is." When I tried to discuss that I was being given mis-information, I was interrupted and told if I didn't stop they would hang up on me. I asked if I could speak without being interrupted and I was hung up on. I am absolutely shocked. Mind you this is in regards to the office double charging me and I wanted information on when I could expect my refund. My second concern was related to x-rays that were completed on my children where I was told there was a $0 co-pay and my insurance told me the office completed additional x-rays that they don't cover. Again, the process for both issues is the same. I was told only the vice-president or president can approve these issues and it had been weeks since they initially sent the request and have heard nothing. My concern with this office is that there is NO formal grievance process or policy and the office was defensive when I asked what the process was to file a complaint. I was told I was in the wrong and HUNG UP ON by the office manager. When I tried to say that I was given different information by someone else in the office, I was told that "everyone makes mistakes." There is absolutely NO accountability for how they are running that clinic and they are doing everything they can to prevent parents from escalating the situation. Every medical/dental office being managed correctly should have a formal grievance process. Why does this office not have this and if they do, why are they not sharing it?!!!!!

Negative experience: Select “Sort by - Lowest” on their reviews and read how many people have billing complaints. They recently started calling me to inform me that I owed over $1,000 for four different treatments for my daughter which apparently were not covered by our insurance company. These treatments occurred over a two year period but yet they waited to call me to let me know that these treatments were not covered until after the fourth treatment was provided. During a recent call (which I recorded) they stated that they had been invoicing us by email. But then they also admitted that they didn’t even have my email address and that they only had my ex’s. This has been followed by numerous calls from their collections department. I’m sure they will use this testimonial to prove that I’m aware of the charges, but they should be aware that I have proof that they never kept me informed, yet continuously allowed us to return for treatment only to give us a fat bill at the end. I’ll take our daughter to a locally owned dentist from now on. I’m eagerly awaiting their canned and dismissive corporate response below…

Negative experience: Really Unsanitary and unprofessional. I have here seen anything like this in US. Ever. If you don’t care for your child bring them in. Also, if you have no self respect this place is for you. If you have an emergency they suggest you to come in a week or so when they have openings… Especially when emergency was created by dental assistant the day before. There is no drinking water, running water in the sinks, no soap and floors have human skin cells along with lots of trash on the floors, stains on the surfaces in the medical office itself. You may sit down and catch something there….I addressed politely concerns with the staff, the response was “We have water only for our staff. We have soap only for our employees.” I wonder if we should bring toilet paper with us next time along with other amenities. I don’t know if this could be worse. I am appalled this place is ran like this open to the public and especially children.

Negative experience: My daughter has been coming to this location well over 2 years. Much like a review I just read, my experience with the claims department for services rendered have been less than satisfactory. My daughter was seen in March of 2024 and September of 2024. It was recently brought to my attention at our last visit in March, that the claims for both dates of service were outstanding. I was confused by this because I know I specifically chose this provider because they were in her network. Upon further investigation I was informed that the claims had in fact not been submitted until April of 2025 for both dates of service. The claim from March was denied due to exceeding the 12 month period. Obviously this of no fault of my own but here we are. My daughter was scheduled for an extraction today and to my surprise, we were greeted by a very rude receptionist that stated loudly we would not be seen until the outstanding balance was paid in full. Mind you, I had been calling this facility with my provider to address this issue for months! It wasn’t until today that I found it had still not been addressed. Previously we were told we couldn’t schedule the extraction until the claim was covered. I called to schedule the extraction last week. It was scheduled for today. So of course, I assumed the claims had finally been addressed. Imagine my surprise when I realize it was The same rude woman that greeted me today that failed to submit the claim in a timely fashion. No apology for the mistake that was made. Just more attitude and aggression. And according to my provider, The second date of service was resolved and paid in full on April 15th yet this woman was asking me to pay for that day of service today as well. Very unprofessional and unorganized. It has been months of harassing phone calls for a claim that was never submitted and another claim that was paid in full as soon as they actually submitted it. Do not take your children here for dental services unless you’d like to be spoken to crazy, stuck with outstanding claims and left with a bad taste in your mouth. Literally

Fantastic experience: The office staff was friendly, and all of my questions and concerns were taken care of. The atmosphere is amazing. Plenty of things for the kids to do. Brandy took care of our main concern today and helped us out tremendously. The dentist is amazing with children, she works so well with them. Keep up the good work!

Fantastic experience: Update: It’s been a couple years since we were able to come back due to insurance. We saw Dr. Sanaz at our most recent visit. She was incredibly kind and patient with my son who does not like the dentist. She had so many tricks and tips for him when he was uncomfortable. She seems like a beautiful human on the inside and the outside. Thanks for your care and kindness. We will be back❤️ The staff is so incredibly sweet and patient. My poor four year old had some cavaties and I couldnt be happier with how everything went. Also, this is hands down the coolest dentist I have ever been to. You will not be dissapointed and your child will look forward to the trip. We will be lifetime customers.

Negative experience: 1 star for bad experience on processing claims. I brought my son here back in 2023 for a routine dental checkup after confirming that the clinic is in-network by our insurance provider. We then request for an appointment. And I thought everything went well at that time. I don't know when it started by i recall that on the same year, I started receiving mail from a collection agency and was told that we have an outstanding balance. I immediately called in to clarify the issue and I even have to personally call my insurance provider to clear things up. Apparently, the dentist who look after our kid was not 'in-network' which is reason why our insurance provider rejected the claim filed by the clinic and we have to pay for the services as a deductible/out-of-pocket. Which was not our fault as we were not the ones who chose which dentist will look after our son, rather we chose this clinic after confirming that it is 'in-network'. Wrapping up, it was decided that the clinic will re-submit the claim to the insurance provider so the balance can be closed. Once (or maybe twice a month), I will still receive a mail from the collection agency informing to pay for the said balance and I will give the clinic a call to confirm if the balance has been settled. This kept happening until 2024 where I always call back to the clinic to follow up on the status of the claim. They always tell me that its being worked on. I even called to get the collection agency to stop sending me mail as the matter is being handled by the clinic and our insurance provider. Last week, I again received a mail from the collection agency (which I have not received for quite some time that tells that the matter may have been settled already). But that was not the case. I called the clinic again to inquire about this and they told me that there were no notes added on my son's account regarding the previous conversations we all had with the insurance provider, that I have to settle the balance to the collection agency and they could not do anything about it. What I am frustrated about is the fact that no one even bother to put a note on my son's account. I had to call my insurance provider again to get over this 'again' which is frustrating. We all agreed that the clinic have to re-submit the claim again to it can be processed correctly. Why have a dentist that is out-of-network to a facility the is in-network?

Negative experience: Dr. Lacey left and the new doctor is very hesitant to work with requests. She takes a “my way or the highway” approach, and comes off as a know-it-all. For how expensive the practice is, her unwillingness to work with us isn’t worth it. Taking my business in-network and cheap. Gave the wonderful staff and facility an extra star.

Fantastic experience: We have gone to perfect dentists and orthodontists for 8 years! Mostly great experiences! Their office in Centennial is great for kids. One of our kids needed braces or was going to have teeth pulled eventually. They came up with a plan that straighten her teeth with no tears. She always goes to the dentist with no fuss. Thank you Perfect teeth!

Negative experience: Charged for services not reviewed prior to completing. When questioned regarding need, the response was that she didn't get paid enough to discuss and that services weren't done if they were not needed.

Negative experience: this place should be called "PERFECT SCAMMERS!" They offered me a new client special for $49.99 per child and I end up with a bill for $830. I took my 2 kids for just a cleaning and regular check up back in August. I refused everything that did not include in that special offer. The technician said we have to have an x-ray and it was included in the special offer. When we were done, I asked the front desk if I can pay for the service before we leave. They said that their computer was down and they will send me the bill. I received the bill where they charging me $830! I called them to find out why is the charge so high. The girl at the front desk (very unpleasant staff) said that I should refer to the bill breakdown and she is not the billing department. There is no way of getting the billing department on the phone! And now they put me to collection! Zero stars! The Worst place ever, and by the way their arcades are useless, none of them works!

Negative experience: I got my braces at this office and have been visiting them for two years now. I need to get my braces removed, but over the past two months, I’ve changed jobs and am working in different states. My schedule is unpredictable, and I can’t come in just any day. I was told that before removing my braces, I need to see Dr. Olsen for approval. I made an appointment and specifically traveled from Arizona for one day just so Dr. Olsen could spend five minutes to give his opinion. However, when I arrived at the office where I’ve been going for two years, I was told that Dr. Olsen was at a different office, 20 minutes away, and that I would need to schedule another appointment. Are you kidding me? I drove 15 hours just so he could take a quick look and tell me whether I can have my braces removed or not! Now I urgently need to return to work and drive another 15 hours back! Why can’t he see me the same day? I could have driven 20 minutes to see him! Why didn’t anyone inform me that he works at a different office? Why is there such a lack of responsibility toward your clients? And this isn’t even the only issue I’ve faced with this clinic! I can’t wait to get these braces off and put this nightmare behind me. Avoid this place if you value your time and sanity! The appointment was scheduled for 1 PM on December 12, 2024.

Negative experience: For almost 2 years now I have been dealing with a billing issue through your office for my daughter. I have over 20 documented dates and times where I have spoken to someone about this matter. Mostly I have spoken to Alejandra and Margarita, I have been informed that this is a coding error on behalf of Perfect Teeth and will need to be resolved through Perfect Teeth and Aetna. My account has been put on hold multiple times and now I am receiving calls from a debt collector informing me that they will be contacting me daily and my family and I will not be able to receive any dental care anywhere until this is paid. I have tried calling the office multiple time and your automated system now says you are a part of a different parent company (3rd change in 3 years) then says the call can’t be completed and I get hung up on. I would appreciate if this coding error could be resolved immediately and not to being threatened by your debt collector for an error that your staff has owned up to. We no longer live in CO so I cant even visit the office looking for resolution.

Negative experience: Horrible experience with my 3 year old! We had to change rooms SIX times! Dental assistant was awful. Used so much paste that chunks where going everywhere in my sons mouth that made him start gagging. She didn’t even think about giving him water or the suction (that ended up being broken, shocking!) I can not believe the experience we had. Absolutely awful!

Negative experience: I have been waiting for my last set of Invisalign trays for over 3 months now (I was fitted in June). When I called 4 weeks ago, they said the trays had *just* arrived at the office and said they would mail them out that week. I have still not received the Invisalign trays and can no longer get in contact with the office. I have called every single day this week during normal business hours with no response, and get routed to their call center. I have also left a message through their website with no luck.

Fantastic experience: The staff are amazing and very professional. I arrived 30 mins earlier and I was seen immediately. The playground is perfect for the kids.

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately, my youngest had to get some major work done. The dentist and assistant were both great! The dentist was patient, kind, and even sang to my child when she was nervous. They were both attentive and quick. I highly recommend this location, not just for the fun and entertaining atmosphere (they have arcade games) but also because of the great staff (including the front desk personnel)!

Negative experience: We took our kids here for 1 1/2 years after we first moved to CO from another state. We received a bill in Feb 2024 from a visit date that was in Oct of 2022. After 12 phone calls to the clinic, we learned that they forgot to submit one of our kids visits to our insurance company and it was now too late to do so. I asked them to write this bill off, since this was their error and not ours. Unfortunately the communication was poor and they ended up sending our account to collections (in one of our kid’s names), despite telling me they were trying to resolve the issue and we would NOT be sent to collections. It was frustrating that the billing people aren’t available to communicate with and located in another state. I hope they can learn from this experience so no one else has this happen to them. Fortunately we were able to pay the bill (I know this may not be the case for everyone) but decided to change clinics to another provider for our kids because of how poorly this was handled.

Negative experience: We had the BEST experience!! Such a fun environment and the staff was amazing. Highly recommend! My 3 year old son can’t wait to go back. ***EDIT*** I wrote this review 2 years ago. Since then the place has gone WAY down hill. Front desk wasn’t friendly, they took us back late after their lunch break, bathrooms were nasty, none of the games work except the walking dead one which isn’t really appropriate for any young kids, during cleaning my son was gargling and gagging and ended up swallowing the toothpaste because she wasn’t suctioning it out just was telling him he was “almost done” I actually had to say, “I think he’s ready for suction”. We moved and were making the drive because we used to love this place. Safe to say we will be finding a new dentist.

Negative experience: Front desk was rude and dull and for our first time there, we are highly disappointed. They couldnt even smile or greet us when we walked in. Not worth the 20 minute drive. Our son is only 2 so we were looking for a child friendly dentist that we could hopefully go to for the next 10 years at least, but sadly we will have to continue our search. We will not be back.

Negative experience: It has taken 2 years to have the front office work out billing with our insurance. Our insurance denied claims because they were sent non-billable codes and were not sent the EOB from our secondary insurance - all Perfect Teeth’s responsibility. And front office rarely picks up the phone so trying to have the insurance call while I was on the line was impossible. I was sent to collection's while they were fixing the billing issues on their end. Never going back, it’s been a nightmare. Also, they only text me now and won’t answer my phone calls or call me back.

Negative experience: We signed up for braces here since they had a full arcade, it made it fun to come to the dentist. Over the last year they have had multiple changes in doctors and ownership and the shifts have shown. The arcade has gone downhill and only 1-2 games work now but they still have it all set up. Not refilling prize machines and the games that work no longer give tickets. The prize counter is bare. It’s really sad. Either bring the arcade back or take it out. It just looks like management doesn’t care.

Negative experience: These people can't be trusted. I have a dental plan and I called no less than four times prior to the appointment to confirm the price I would be charged with my specific dental plan; explaining each time that it is a dental plan rather than insurance, the name of it, the exact details with member ID etc. I was told each time that the appointment would be free for children under 6 years of age. Lo and behold, I have been sent a bill for $84 and have been told it is in fact not free because I have a dental plan rather than insurance, despite me explaining that on the phone each time. I have tried to address this with reception staff and they just stopped replying to me and are expecting me to pay it. Not sure what else I could have done to check the cost of the appointment. Totally untrustworthy. Being asked to pay $84 for the appointment in any case is an insult. Dr Nas couldn't even look inside my child's mouth as her bedside manner was terrifying for my daughter. I'm being asked to pay for nothing in return. At one point she said "it's not scary! It's not a shot!" Well thanks for giving my child a new fear. Not at all impressed with this practice.

Fantastic experience: So professional! Great reception. Old school arcade games, baseball pitching and two types of laser tag for your kid! They also have tickets for prizes and a photo booth. Dentists and Orthodontists have great rapport with kids.

Negative experience: Edited 10/2023: so sad to report that the fun aspect of this office has gone downhill over the past year. What was once an exciting visit to the dentist has now turned into disappointment for my family. While they still have awesome looking games to play, only 3/15 actually work. The rest of the games sit around covered in dust and “out of service” signs, teasing my kids. There’s several claw-type machines that work BUT are completely empty which leads to a sad, abandoned atmosphere. The once shiny and appealing prize desk is also empty, a former shell of its glory days. The amazing laser tag arena is closed off and likely sitting empty and un-used. The same fate has, sadly, hit the virtual reality gaming area. Even the bathrooms were out of soap and paper towels. I get it, maybe it’s hard to staff/service the games and as such, perhaps the focus has shifted solely to dentistry. But, change your marketing, get real about what you have to offer and make what you do have more appealing cause currently it feels sad, run down and forgotten. First Review: What an amazing dentist office! It’s like an arcade and a dentist combined. When you first walk in the enormous (and very clean) space, you are greeted with lots and lots of games. It’s like a mini Dave and Busters; my kids’ minds were blown. After playing some games (no tokens needed!), we were called back for our dental appointment. The dental office was equally amazing; clean, colorful and entertaining. Each room has a tv and the kids get a remote to choose what they want to watch! The staff were very friendly and competent and patient with my kids. I was very pleased with their service and the way they treated my kids. On our way out of the dental office, the staff asked us if we had tried their laser tag room yet. Laser tag?!! This place was already epic and then we found out they have laser tag!!! We played the most fun games of laser tag ever with another family who were also patients. Hands down the BEST dentist experience ever!!! My kids cannot wait to go back!!

Negative experience: Dentist side is good but ortho side has been so fustrating!! they’ve gone through a bunch of orthos and they’ve cancelled a lot of my sons appts and they don’t return calls back. my sons retainer broke right away and it’s been weeks without a new one and they didn’t use invisaline retainers after we paid for invisalines! will update this to see if it gets resolved! oh and they don’t ever allow the kids to play the arcade games! either someone isn’t there to load the card or the games are broken! never done the laser tag or VR either. they should have a night when kids can come play (once games are all working)

Positive experience: This place WAS great. My child was seeing Dr. Moore after he left the replacement does not know how to communicate. She keeps switching his bands and follow up in 6 weeks. He's and his braces on longer than he was suppose to. It's really frustrating. I feel she is just milking my insurance at this point. His braces are even paid off.

Fantastic experience: This office is amazing! The kids had a blast in the play area and the staff was extremely patient and helpful. They did a great job explaining what was going on to the kids so that they felt comfortable with every tool being used. I can't recommend Perfect Teeth for Kids enough!

Negative experience: We love the dentist and staff..Super gentle and nice during teeth cleaning... but when are you going to fix all the games? We've been coming a year and a half but ONLY 3 OUT OF 15 games even partly work. Why advertise this if your not going to keep them working, the staff just says no one will come fix them. We drive an hour to this dentist for the arcade and laser tag incentive after, but never works. Huge disappointment for the kiddos :(

Negative experience: ***EDIT*** I have changed my review after our last visit. This place used to be wonderful. This last time we went to take my son, the front staff were not welcoming and friendly when we entered the building like they used to. The hygienist was nice but didn't seem to know much, which was highly concerning. She was unable to take an x-ray of my son's mouth because she didn't know how to work with special needs children. Then she needed help spelling a medication in their computer system. She brushed his teeth for about 15 seconds and called for, who I assume, is the dentist. His old dentist apparently does not work there, but nobody informed of me this. I had to read other reviews when I got home to find this information out. The dentist never formally introduced herself and kept calling my son "Bubba-June." I have no clue why she was calling him that. She was nice enough, but she has zero personality and doesn't know how to work with children well. She began giving me unsolicited nutritional advice while not knowing how to work the chair my son was sitting in. While we were leaving we noticed hardly any of the game machines were on and nobody was present to distribute tokens or prizes. They even gave him a travel size adult toothpaste in his goodie bag. We will not be going back and I would highly suggest other parents do the same. This place is absolutely wonderful! Everyone there is very kind and professional, and my son always leaves with a big smile on his face. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: No one likes going to the dentist office, especially like kiddos. However this dentist office found a way to make it a little more enjoyable. They have games and tickets to win cool prize’s. Definitely eases their discomfort. For the parents, Perfect Teeth for Kids is reasonably priced and has nice and friendly staff. I have recommended this dentist office to all my friends with kids.

Fantastic experience: The entire team, from the front desk to the providers, was very patient with my daughter and helpful to me. The BEST dental clinic for children I've EVER visited!!

Positive experience: Not a fan of this place. The Dr. kept coughing over my daughter's face even though she had a mask. She was not your normal pleasant dentist in such a "kid friendly" environment. I also believe they are after the money to support their building (which is nice, I will admit if my kids were younger it would have been a nice office to take them to). However, I do not think the dr. really cared about the health of my daughter's teeth and the best method to achieve the desired result, along with helping us understand the process. The staff upon entering, x-rays and exiting were very pleasant and helpful. I'd prefer to get a second opinion and spend my money somewhere I believe it will benefit my daughter.

Negative experience: Avoid this clinic, all good reviews was for previous doctors, all this doctors are quit last month and they was closed like couple of weeks, now all staffs are unprofessional, we have allot of problems with them, before we had our 2 kids for bracis in this clinic,but now we supposed to move to different clinic, because every time they forget to put some wires on a tooth, some time they leave sharp wires inside and after couple of days you should go again and again, all I can say avoid this clinic save your money and time and nervous.

Fantastic experience: My son had his wisdom teeth removed. The team was careful to explain things, answer questions, and was extremely efficient with the procedure!

Fantastic experience: They are truly amazing and take their time explaining everything to your little one and you as the parent so their are no surprises. The arcade after the dentist visit is a total bonus for the kids at the end!!!

Negative experience: We’ve been going here for over two years and always was well until our last appointment. They didn’t tell us until our children were in their chairs that their dentist was no longer with the practice and that they’d be seeing someone else. The new dentist was professional, but did not have the demeanor to interact with kids. The dental hygienists were kind. One of the staff members in front was very rude and told my child (who is 3 and doesn’t play video games) that she couldn’t have a prize and said it in a way that made her feel punished. They all need to go through training and offer better treatment to their tiny patients!

Negative experience: This place has been absolutely infuriating. We were originally quoted one price for my daughter and I both, which I signed paperwork for my daughter to start. My case involves surgery so I needed to meet with a surgeon before I got started so I didn’t sign anything for mine. The payment plan was x amount down and x per month. I put down the agreed upon amount and setup autopay. The autopay was x+25 or so, which wasn’t a big deal as I could just have it paid off sooner. After a few months, I was able to get started and I was quoted a price, after they completed putting on my braces, that was well over a thousand dollars more than I was quoted previously. When I asked the lady about the difference she said that the last person did it wrong and she wasn’t going to make that same mistake. Fair enough since I hadn’t signed any paperwork. When I asked about why I was being billed more for my daughter’s braces, I found out they didn’t honor the signed paperwork and put her in the same cost structure as mine. After almost a year, we got that straightened out but it took far too long and way too much effort. Next, I started with a great orthodontist who decided to move on after about 10 months or so into my treatment. My second orthodontist, who was also pretty good, started on my case immediately. Fast forward to 3 months ago, my second orthodontist let me know that he was moving on for another opportunity and they haven’t hired his replacement yet. He was going to schedule me for 6 weeks out instead of the normal 4 weeks. I received a call at about the 4 week mark letting me know that they needed to push me out another 5 weeks. So it has been almost 3 months since I’ve been seen by an orthodontist and I was extremely close to being cleared for surgery when I last saw an orthodontist. I now get a call today saying they need to reschedule my appointment again but have no clue when they can schedule it for since they don’t know when the orthodontist is going to be there… I have completely paid for treatment and now need to wait for them to come back to me with how much they can refund me for a service that they cannot provide but happily took my money for. Save yourself an extreme amount of time, effort, and frustration and find somewhere that can actually do the work they take your money for.

Fantastic experience: The environment and the people who work here are amazing. Friendly and accommodating people. The place is definitely so inviting for kids. This is my daughter’s first dental appointment and it went well. The Doctor and her colleagues were so friendly and very supportive.

Fantastic experience: Really happy with the new doctor you hired she is very sweet and understanding and patience with my daughter who had to get a tooth pulled last night and it still traumat ized from that so the dentist was understanding and we are going to do a visit just to get my daughter feeling better about coming back to the dentist thank you for everything we appreciate all of you!

Fantastic experience: The staff was amazing and very informative and educational for my daughter about the mechanics and the necessity of flossing and how exactly do you do that. Very accommodating when I asked for something extra during my appointment and got us in very fast for our next visit! Amazing art and murals all over the walls and lots of fun atmosphere to relax the kiddos!!! Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: Coolest pediatric dentist office we’ve been to… not only were they able to schedule us quickly for a kid dental emergency, but they have an arcade! The dentist was very good with him, and did a great job on the dental work. My son is a video gamer, so after his appointment, he played some games and is looking forward to his next dental visit! What a cool concept! I wish my dentist growing up had an arcade!

Fantastic experience: Perfect teeth for kids have knowledgeable team of dentists and orthodontist. I have been going to perfect teeth for over six years now, before the perfect teeth for kids opened up. This place is huge, has kid friendly staff and wall decorations. They also have free fun game area for kids to play with. My youngest daughter thinks it’s fun to go to this place.

Negative experience: It has been a year since I updated my review. After Dr Moore left this clinic, I was not satisfied with the service anymore, they changed dentist 3 times and delayed my daughter’s treatments. The treatment was delayed for 6 months because of this and when it’s time to remove the braces, the retainer was as thin as a paper and it broke after 10 days. I was told that I have to pay extra again just to have it done. After I paid such a huge amount of money for this process, they can’t even make another retainer without me paying again? So ridiculous!!! This retainer was poorly made. I would never ever recommend this place to anybody. My 5 star review went down to 1 star because of poor treatment.

Fantastic experience: This dentist is amazing!! My daughter is 2 and this was her first time at the dentist, she fell and hurt her tooth. Every single person working here made my daughter and I feel so welcome and comfortable. They wanted to make sure Skyla had a good experience and they nailed it! I will NOT be going anywhere else!! Negative experience: We made an appointment for Tuesday after the New Year at 8AM, first listed appointment time of the day. We arrived at 7:58AM behind a few other families and waited until 8:30AM with one family of 3 still ahead of us. I believe the scheduling needs to be adjusted as our time is just as valuable. Due to this, we left and found some where else to take our child in the future. Just another note - the arcade set up is pretty amazing but none of the operating games were appropriate for a 4 year old, including both games that have semi-automatic weapons.

Fantastic experience: This Dr. Office I am very pleased with I have now taken my kids for a second appointment, the staff is exceptionally nice very kind and not only that but very in detail of what they may possibly need to do or thoughts for the best of children. They are all very patient and I have four children they have gotten all of my kids dental appointments scheduled together, this is well worth our travels it takes us 2 hours to get to this office and we have really Enjoyed it makes it well worth it with great customer service!
