Fantastic experience: I was extremely anxious about returning to a dentist after a lengthy period, ashamed at the state of my teeth, and concerned about my lack of insurance; it turns out I needn't have worried about any of these issues - Dr. Doshi-Shah and her staff were professional and gracious with a (clearly nervous) new patient, reassuring about the course of treatment proposed, and even offer a discounted services plan for folks without insurance! When it came time to actually have work performed, I was comfortable and relaxed, and only felt the slightest pinch during the procedure. Afterwards, Dr. Doshi-Shah and her staff took time to answer my questions about aftercare and follow-up procedures, and scheduled my future appointments easily and smoothly. All in all, dealing with Healthy Smiles Dentistry has been a wonderful experience!

She is incredibly kind, sweet, and nonjudgmental, which made such a difference for me. From the moment you walk in, you feel cared for — the communication is always clear and reassuring, and the woman at the front desk is an absolute sweetheart. Dr. Doshi is also very thorough and attentive. I had some irritation on my gums that I thought might be from my new Invisalign, and while she said it was probably nothing, she still recommended taking an X-ray just to be safe. It turned out to be a root canal, and I’m so grateful she took the extra step to check. She referred me to Northern Virginia Endodontic Solutions, and the procedure ended up being super easy. I truly appreciate Dr. Doshi and her office so much. They’ve completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist, and I’m so thankful to have found them.

She schedules appointments so that she is never rushed, and the waiting room is usually empty. In the last year I have had a routine checkup, a filling, and two molar crowns. All of these procedures went very well.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience at Dr. Doshi’s office. The staff and Dr. Doshi are extremely knowledgeable and attentive. When my child couldn’t have epinephrine, they immediately offered a safe alternative to Articaine and explained everything clearly. Dr. Doshi has a very gentle hand — my child didn’t feel the anesthesia injection at all. After the procedure, they showed us step-by-step photos of the entire treatment, which was informative, transparent, and gave me full confidence in the care. Highly recommend this office!

I have to skip few appointments due to my family situation, and recently wen for a visit at her new location on fairfax. I went in for consultation but she also used the time to get my cleaning done. She us diligent to cause least pain constantly talking to me to get me anxiety down. Simply the best Dentist. Highly recommend. Time and again Dr.Doshi comes through. Had pain from a crown work that was performed recently. Dr Doshi gave me an appointment with a short notice and performed some adjustments. Fantastic experience: I stumbled upon this dentist office online, called because of its trusted location in Fairfax. ( EASY garage parking, next to Wegmans in Fairfax!)). The receptionist was able to book me for a couple weeks out! The cleanliness and front desk staff can’t magically make your teeth perfect, but having that first impression speaks volume of business owner’s themselves. You get booked 10 mins early so you can complete new patient simple information, but if you finish early, there are surrounding stores to keep busy if you need to step out and get a change of scenery before mustering up the patience for the “ dentist chair” that I don’t think any of us love! They called me when they were ready. Luckily, I didn’t have to sit there completely bored! Where the 5 stars mainly earn their honor to is Dr. Doshi herself! Her presence is serene. Her demeanor is calm, direct, and informative. She allows you to express your concerns without making you feel that you’re late for a check up! I am a dentist office hopper as a mother of two, but I will say she gets a “ Gold Star” for her attention to detail, you can feel she doesn’t cut corners. She makes sure to gently, thoroughly do her job without causing you to feel like you’re just “ another patient to get through”. She is a beautiful doctor with beautiful work style. I strongly suggest you give her a try and see for yourself.

Fantastic experience: I started going to Healthy Smiles after my old dentist retired. I was pleasantly surprised by how modern the equipment is at Healthy Smiles compared to my old dentist. Dr. Doshi uses an ultrasonic cleaner instead of the old scaler handpick tool and there's also a scanner that scans your teeth to make a mouth guard instead of having to use the dental impression putty. I didn't realize how much better my dental experience could be with modern tools. What I especially like is that Dr. Doshi explains the work that needs to be done and shows the x-rays/pictures instead of just telling me I need to have work done. I think it's important to feel like you can trust what your dentist is recommending and that they are transparent with whether the procedures are necessary.

I have bad stains on my teeth and the doctor really went to town making sure my teeth were SO CLEAN. She removed every speck of stain and gave me some of my confidence back. I had asked my previous dentist in Herndon to help me get the stains off my teeth and they barely tried. It was so nice to experience a healthcare provider that actually cares about you. Negative experience: Went in here for sensitive teeth To hat and cold, they suggested for put on a crown to the teeth with problem but after that my teeth still sensitive to hat and cold and now I can’t chew on one side. They didn’t fix the problem but add one more problem for all the trouble and money I paid.

Negative experience: I just got out of the dentist I got a weird experience. I was supposed to get a crown but the dental assistant didn’t even know what I was going for and asked me if I was there for a cleaning. But the dentist oh my goodness she’s really good at her job. She explained other things that I didn’t even know what was happening in my mouth st first I was skeptical but until she showed me and took photos that she put on the tv and she showed me where was the cavities.
