I had several very bad experiences including allergic reactions. Dr. Van listened; she didn’t dismiss my anxiety. It is still a struggle, but her staff takes their time. A warm blanket headphones, time to breathe. Whatever I need to feel calmer and safe. They greet me with a friendly smile and encouragement. They pay attention and recognize when I start to panic, then give me space and time to calm myself before proceeding. Dr. Van is an excellent technician, but it is humanity I appreciate more.

Fantastic experience: I had great experiences at VanSmileDesign recently. I hadn’t had my teeth cleaned in several years, and though I was anxious and embarrassed, the entire staff welcomed me with great care and reassurance. After two periodontal cleanings, my smile is back! Dr. Van, Dawn (dental hygienist, special thanks), and the techs had amazing bedside manner and professionalism. They never judged, chastised, or recommended bogus treatment. They thoroughly explained everything that was happening, and the overhead music playlist also helped put me at ease. The office is spotless and neat, as are the individual patient treatment spaces. I highly recommend VanSmileDesign.

I have never been in a Doctor or Dentist office that was as well put together and accommodating. Dr. Van is a real class act not only personally but the way she manages her business! WELL DONE! Fantastic experience: I recently switched to Dr Van’s office from another dentist. Little did I know just how much of an improvement they’d be over my old dentist. To name a few highlights: - Their office is stunning, it’s modern, clean, and bright. - I learned more about teeth in my first visit then I’ve ever learned, they take the time to explain what they are doing and why. - Dr Van could not be more pleasant. I’ve only been a patient of her’s for a few weeks now but am made to feel like I’ve been a patient for years. The other staff members are polite and it’s clear they’re experienced. - The tools they use all appear to be state of the art. - I’ve been twice and both times, I waited seconds before being seen. My charts were already up on the computer and I was in and out super quick. I’m sure I could come up with a bunch more reasons to recommend them, I’ve been super impressed to say the least. It’s just a really well run business with great staff who knows what their doing. I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far!

Fantastic experience: EXCELLENT! PHENOMENAL! AMAZING! I can’t believe that I’m saying this about dental care, but it’s true! I’m a 43-year-old male who has had several family dentists do a lot of patchwork jobs on my teeth and gums. While going through the less expensive route and always going in-network with my insurance, I just trusted that the care was typical for all patients. That was before I knew that Van Smiles was an option. Due to discomfort, pain, and discoloration in a tooth, I decided to go out of network and despite the price tag, I’m very happy that I did. After my initial assessment, I learned that much of the dental work that was completed in my teens and adult life had either been completed incorrectly or led to additional, more costly and easily prevented issues. For example, while young, I had teeth replaced after playing baseball (it helps when you don’t try and catch the ball with your face). After receiving caps, those same replacements were not measured properly and have been grinding against my lower teeth, shortening them for over three decades! While costly, Dr. Van and her team explained everything to me, how and why it would cost what it would. She then set me up with three other specialists outside of her office to help with process. While it is a little costly, I know that it is worth the money because of the professionalism, kindness, and attentive nature that everyone at Van Smiles has for their patients. I will no longer settle for what is typical, when I now have experienced what is the standard!

Anna Lee completed my recent cleaning, she is extremely thorough when she cleans my teeth. Sierra set-up my brackets for Invisalign in January, she did a wonderful job.
