Fantastic experience: I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Micha Imad at Dental Bright. She was incredibly pleasant, professional, and accommodating from start to finish. I needed a root canal on short notice, and she was able to fit me in and complete the entire procedure in a timely manner. What impressed me the most was that the procedure was completely painless. Dr. Imad was efficient, highly skilled, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. On top of that, the cost was very reasonable and much more affordable than I expected. If you’re looking for a dentist who is compassionate, proficient, and truly cares about her patients, I highly recommend Dr. Micha Imad and the team at Dental Bright. You are at ease there at all times. Dr Filali is great and really looks after you. He explains everything, listens to you, and takes the best/latest approach for your condition. He is definitely one of the best in the region. Dr Filali and his staff are always trying to make your mouth/smile better. Options and solutions for any issues they encounter or concerns you might have. They have all the modern equipment/technology on site which is a huge plus. The office is also modern and bright, no pun intended. Great vibe there. I highly recommend Dental Bright to anyone in need of regular dental work, cosmetic work or implants. They have it all.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been through a lot of dental work , and this is the first time I’ve left a dental office truly impressed he saved my broken crown with zero pain, even without numbing. God bless him, he’s incredibly skilled and will be my dentist forever, I highly recommend him to everyone.

Negative experience: visited Dental Bright two days ago to have a recently treated root canal and crown checked. When I arrived, there seemed to be confusion about my appointment, as the staff member initially thought I was there to have it filled in, even though the root canal had already been completed and billed. I was seated promptly and X-rays were taken right away. After that, I sat in the dental chair for nearly an hour waiting for the dentist. No one updated me. I eventually walked to the lobby still wearing the dental bib to ask where the doctor was. I was then told the dentist was in surgery and running late. What I find frustrating is that patients are warned about a $100 late fee if they are delayed, yet I waited an hour with no communication. Respect should go both ways. The next day, I called to request my dental records. As I was going to start going to a different dentist after this incident .Before I could even finish my request, I was placed on hold The receptionist came back and advised me thatand the doctor recommends replacing the entire crown despite it having just been filled and showing no symptoms. I sought a second opinion. The second dentist confirmed my crown is completely fine and does NOT need replacement. I was very clear with him and I told him I said I was very close to leaving a negative review and my wife didn’t want me to because she is still planning to go to that facility however if I find out from the second opinion that what they told me was not true then we’re gonna have an issue, well. we have an issue Based on my experience, I felt there may have been an unnecessary upsell attempt. Transparency and trust are extremely important in healthcare. Not up sales. Unfortunately, this visit did not inspire confidence.my wife will still be going to this location , but big “brother “ will be watching.

Fantastic experience: One of the best experience in dental office ever. I show up this Saturday in a busy day with a lot of pain , and Dr Filali did find a time to see me and even work in my tooth , he did a root canal finish it and even fabric a crown in the same hour. And that’s just awesome. I feel much better, and I didn’t have any insurance and the price was very affordable. I highly recommend Dr Filali for every one . Negative experience: Dr. Falali is now my dentist for life!! I have a phobia of needles and no trust for dentist. All of the staff were compassionate, patient and listened to my needs. He explained every step and I didn't feel any pain because he took his time with me! Even after the proceduress, he didn't let me leave the office until I was totally satisfied. Make Dental bright your dentist!! I promise you won't be disappointed . UPDATE: I am coming back to update my review. While this dentist has a great demeanor, he totally butchered my teeth. He damaged 3 teeth by drilling too hard and shaving down a molar to make room for his oversized crown he created. He also left part of my tooth in my gums from an extraction. I would no longer recommend this guy.

Fantastic experience: I went to Dental Bright today for a teeth cleaning and had such a great experience. Micha was my dentist and she was absolutely amazing. She was very gentle, very professional, and she explained everything step by step which made me feel super comfortable. My teeth look and feel great after the cleaning. The whole team was friendly and welcoming, the clinic was clean and organized, and the service was fast. Fantastic experience: I usually hate going to the dentist, due to some pretty traumatizing experiences in the past, but I do love going here. The admin staff is so organized, friendly, and helpful. My hygienist Sahar is the absolute best and my favorite. She’s so gentle and thorough, goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable and supported, and makes the entire process kind and painless. Dr. Filali is probably my favorite dentist I’ve ever gone to, very kind and knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping you. I trust this office to handle this part of my health without my usual worries and frustrations. Never once had a problem.

Negative experience: Dentist was very patient. Addressed all my concerns.Front office staff very pleasant. I was greeted with a smile. I still have more work to be completed, I have high hopes that all will work out well. UPDATE: My view for this practice has changed. It started out so well but ended horribly when I decided to trust them with my orthodontic care. I purchased invisalign, and my 1st set of trays didn't fit! Instead of redoing them, they chopped off a portion in the back of the bottom tray. This caused my teeth to shift in such a way that a large pocket was created between my teeth. As a result of this, so much food would get stuck in that area. So much so flossing just wasn't enough. The dentist discouraged me from getting traditional braces as well. He boasted that he had helped many people who had purchased cheaper invisaligns at other places, but didn't get the results they wanted and they ended up in his office for help. If you want great orthodontic care, please think twice before coming here. $4000 wasted!!!

As a retired military officer (USAF), my experiences of receiving care at this dental office over the past 2 yrs has been Outstanding and World Class. Dr. Filali's work on my crowns have been noticed by my general dentist at the VA (Veteran's Administration) hospital as a "work of art", and not only for just appearance, the dental crowns functions very well with confidence in every bite. Of notable feedback goes to a Dental Hygienist named Sahar, she is of utmost professional and her techniques are with impeccable precision and grace, let alone the explanation of preventive maintenance. The "beyond reproach" customer service means that the staff at this dental office provides dental care and service with such passion that it resonates from "chairside" manners till you leave the office. Negative experience: I've been coming to Bright Dental for 4 years every year I went I never had the same dentist after 1 year they were gone I had Dr Karen work on two of my molars for root canals he did the first one and broke a file off in there and I went to an endologist to get it out and she said the only thing we can do now is pull the tooth okay so then I go in for the second root canal he does and breaks off the file again in a different tooth and of course I had to get that one pulled is there any records of that on filet bright dental no there is not cuz I asked and then recently I go in and this new dentist I don't know his name I have been asking and no one answers or just ignores me when I do and he's pulling on my tooth for the last 5 weeks saying it's been infected blaming me for not taking antibiotics properly or coming to my appointment the day of not the day after things happen in life I was in the emergency room I couldn't that day i go in next day so then he Yanks on it Yanks on it Yanks on it and I feel pain constantly and it's numb and I have tooth pulled before I know how it's supposed to feel only pressure not pain and it still hurts so he puts me on antibiotics every single week for the past 5 weeks he's been doing this trying to yank the tooth out for 5 weeks now and I give up I finally go in the mirror and I'm in there looking and I had a bridge done a few years ago that is slightly connected to that tooth so he's been yanking at this tooth pulling at my jaw hurting my face trying to get this out when it's connected to other teeth yeah that's why I went to the emergency room and they said it was not infected So for anybody that is going to be a long-term patient I do not recommend Bright Dental you will have a new dentist every year there is no dental plan unless you make one and you have it written at home lol it's messed up I don't want anyone going here I would not recommend this pain and suffering that I have to endure because of this I would never ever in thousand lifetimes would ever recommend this place or have them feel the pain that I am going through yes it's a clean office bathroom is absolutely crazy disgusting and it's not a public one my cousin got an infection in her mouth from the tools she went to Sheboygan now for her dental work because they do metal caps for free through State Insurance out in Sheboygan you can do the root canal in Milwaukee but you got to go to Sheboygan for the cap for free well thank you for taking the time to read this review I really hope it helps you in the future pick a great dentist and if you find horrible dentist please do what I did and get the word out there so you don't end up like I had to end up this is insane it's ruining my life I can't work I haven't worked because of this the mess my life is a mess because of bright dental thank you for ruining everything I had going for me in my life

Fantastic experience: Convenient place for me and easy to get appointments. They don’t do like other Dentist tell you came after 6 months we don’t have spot.

Negative experience: Invisalign poorly done. didn’t fix the main concern and caused posterior open bite. Then proposed shaving bottom front teeth to fix bite (I refused to do that). It wasn’t until I contacted other orthodontists/dentists that invisalign refinements were offered. When removing invisalign attachments, I was left with score lines on my enamel of front teeth.

Fantastic experience: They were so great! I called them the day before to see if I could get in as I thought I cracked a tooth. They took me first thing the next day and while I was there they asked if I would like a full check up since I was there anyway. Perfect! The dentist checked my teeth thoroughly and said he could not find any cracks so we would wait and see but that while I was there would I want a teeth cleaning? Absolutely! Everyone was so nice and it was amazingly convenient to just go through a full exam and cleaning even though I was a new patient and had been squeezed in at the last moment. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely hate the dentist. Okay well actually it’s more like hate and fear, so much so my wife had to make the appointment and accompany me on my first visit. I’ve had decent experience before but cursed with terrible dental genes it’s always bad news discovering even worse problems that I originally go in for and then inevitably I leave embarrassed by the sympathy (“Oh you poor thing, you’ve really been through it haven’t you?”) and extremely confused about what it’s going to cost me for current and future torture sessions. At Dental Bright however, believe it or not, I sincerely look forward to seeing Dr. Filali and his staff who are equally beautiful and brilliant. Filali is an incredibly talented dentist who gently gives it to you straight, laying out a logical plan that makes you feel settled and secure.. you’re quite literally ‘in good hands’. His dental assistants are skilled and efficient and then the people at the front desk greet you and say goodbye through gorgeous smiles and are veritable wizards when it comes to navigating the dark and treacherous path of insurance submissions. I always leave there understanding and pleased with how they’ve structured my care. I don’t recommend many people for many things. My word means a lot to me and I can count the number of times I’ve vouched for a person or company on one hand. Maybe I just have high standards, but if so it’s to your benefit in this case, because Dr. Filali and Dental Bright have the best dental practice I’ve ever experienced or even heard of. Do yourself a favor, give yourself a gift, and switch dentists now!

Dr Filali staff, especially Nadia was very kind to make me comfortable and motivated with answering many questions I had and explaining patiently. Fantastic experience: Dr. Adam Filali is AMAZING! My denist referred me to Dr. A to treat an infection at the site of an existing root canal done 15 yrs ago. Before work was scheduled, I went in for an appointment with Dr. A to discuss my confirmed diagnosis (infection) and his recommended treatment plan. His recommendation mirrored my denist - I never felt like he was recommending more than what was required. He clearly explained everything and pointed out the problem to me on x-rays. I was very impressed with the advanced dental technology observed in this practice. As a result, I felt very comfortable with having Dr. Adam Filali completing the root canal procedure. I had the root canal appointment and I'm truly grateful that Dr. Adam did it!! Very efficient! I appreciated his frequent check-in's during the procedure and his follow up call later that evening. Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to Dental Bright & was a nice one. Their website was easy to use for making an appointment. The waiting time at their office was prompt. The dentist & dental assistant were very informative and pleasant and I expect good service from them in the future so I like them. The tooth whitening went well and the cost was pretty standard at $450.

Fantastic experience: My children and I received services here for the first time this week. The staff were professional and very friendly! I was a bit nervous my toddler would be afraid but everyone (including the receptionists) made her feel safe the minute we walked in. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and ALL of our services were preformed on schedule!

Negative experience: I came to this office for the first time about two months ago to get a clean. Couple weeks later I get into a bad accident and first thing I do is call them and make an appointment. Front office customer service manager Nadia promised me that my insurance will cover my accident. She takes my paperwork and makes a copy, I then had an appointment to get a fill in for my chipped tooth couple days later. She then makes me pay upfront and promises me I will get a reimbursement. She said she will put in my claim 2 weeks passes by and I called back in, she gives me an attitude and lies about how my insurance does not take accidental. I call my insurance company. They said they do accept accidental. I then call back and told another lady who worked at the front that I called my insurance and let them know what insurance said. I soon come to find out once they sent my treatment plan after I told her they do and told her that I do not appreciate her tone and attitude as a manager she and the doctor added $7,000 more on my treatment plan. THIS PRACTICE IS COMMITTING INSURANCE FRAUD. They first said I needed $7,000 worth of work done, I soon come to find out after all this commotion they added another $7,000 becwuse they are greedy and still wouldn’t move foreword even with the ones insurance accepted. I went in to talk to Dr. Filali 4 weeks later about Front desk customer service manager behavior and how this isn’t how you treat patients ever. He kept avoiding about speaking about her customer service. I also had mentioned to him about $7000 more on the treatment plans and he said “oh sometimes treatment plans change” what could have changed from when you seen me? NOTHING. On top of that $7,000 more of work? That is ridiculous this is called insurance fraud.

Fantastic experience: When I say that this is the best dental office, I mean it. The girls in the front welcome you with open arms and all the assistants make your nerves go away. I was so scared thinking they’d extract all my teeth but luckily my teeth were just crooked and all I needed was invisalign. It was priced great and I’m looking forward for my new smile. Fantastic experience: I applied to Dental Bright for the first time based on recommendations from the Internet. Cleanliness, pleasant interior, polite and friendly staff. I was pleasantly surprised by the high-class equipment of the office, a comfortable chair, a silent, powerful drill, a screen on which the doctor shows problems, photos of the tooth before and after treatment, and most importantly, painless treatment. Dr. Adam Filali is a very experienced doctor and a wonderful specialist, many thanks to him and his team. He explains and comments on everything. Fear goes away, trust appears. I am very glad that you cleaned my channels and put crowns, now my teeth have become white and beautiful, and it looks quite harmonious. And I would also like to single out specialist Yulia, who explained and translated everything the doctor said. I absolutely recommend the Dental Bright Clinic!

Fantastic experience: WOW!! Had a real bad toothache that I was dealing with for over a week. Set an appointment for Saturday 4/9/22. They took me in, and all I can say is I'm so happy I found this dentist office. Everyone is so nice and willing to go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and happy. The assist (Zaza), is so good I felt relax when she was explaining everything that was going on, or what was next. The other assist that took more x-rays kept apologizing because she knew the piece was gonna bother me. She was nice too. Both receptionist were really helping in finding what dental insurance I have, yeah I was gonna pay out of pocket, we found it!! Dr Adam, is the best. He just gained patient for life. Fantastic experience: From the moment I called to make an appointment and Justina answered me I was looking forward for my appointment. She did a great job to make my appointment after I gave her hard time cuz of my baby she was very patient and got me the appointment I want. When I walked in I was stunned how clean it was very spacious and elegant. Omg the staff from Nadia to zeezee to Dr Filali were AMAZING. I hate going to dentist and they made me look forward to my appointments. Dr. Filali, sat with me explained my X-ray and the steps and what he will do. I was very nervous that I wanted to cry but he changed everything in me and I can’t wait to start my journey with them. Justina sat with me and explained about my insurance and was just so sweet. I gave Zeezee hard time doing my X-ray but omg she was so lovely. I usually don’t take the time to write reviews but I did because I felt loved n cared for, oh Nadia hooked me up n squeezed me in with making my appointment accommodating me cuz of my baby son n they even told me they can baby sit if I had no one to watch him. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Filali. I was very nervous about my first root canal and he was reassuring and communicative throughout the process. The practice is high-tech and you can walk out with a permanent crown the same day. He was highly recommended by my brother who has been seeing Dr. Filali for many years. I recently moved to NYC, and I still drive down to VA to see Dr. Filali for all my dental work.
