I had my first appointment with Dr. Wiltbank today, and he truly made my day! He is incredibly friendly, considerate, and easy to talk to—almost like chatting with a friend. He took his time with me as a brand-new patient, not only asking about my dental history but also showing genuine interest in my career and education. He even offered thoughtful suggestions in such a relaxed, comfortable way. I couldn’t believe how much time he devoted simply to listening. It’s rare to find a dentist who cares this much about getting to know their patients. If this is part of the formula for being a fantastic dentist, I wish every dentist and doctor would copy it! I’ve heard wonderful things about their hygienists as well. I’ll update my review after my second visit for cleaning. In a word, very happy experience. I recommended Dr. Wiltbank to my husband already. ‐---------------- Some updates: After several visits, I think the hygienist deserves a five-star review, too. My hygienist Johnason is very knowledgeable and detailed. He makes sure he cleans every hidden part of my teeth and also provided a serial of practical suggestions to help improve my gum health. It's not easy to go through the cleaning process, but I am happy that my teeth are in a much better condition after each treatment or cleaning. I recommend it for sure!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient with this practice for many years because of the excellent care I receive. My hygienist, Rhea, is friendly, accommodating, supportive, and a perfectionist. My teeth are CLEAN when she is through! Both dentists are equally expert, as well as thorough and gentle. The office staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. I pay for service when I receive it, and they send my insurance claim immediately so I am reimbursed quickly.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient here for years, Dr. Wiltbank is a wonderful (and very gentle) dentist. Dr. Elamin has been such a great addition to the practice as well, he is super kind, patient and skilled. I have a lot of anxiety around fillings and dental work and he is super gentle and was able to put me at ease. The whole team at Dolley Madison Dentistry is great as well, from the nice lady at the front desk who was able to fit me in for an emergency appointment the next day, to the dental assistants and hygienists. I highly recommend this practice!

I was also lucky enough to have a retired dentist, Dr. Burke, to do my semi-annual teeth cleaning substituting for my regular dental hygienist who was on vacation. Everyone is so friendly and engaging there putting me at ease at a dentist office first time in many years. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience, thanks to Jhonathan the dental hygienist. I’ve had some really bad experiences with Novocaine. I have real anxiety now going to the dentist But Jhonathan was so patient and kind and gave a painless injection He was so patient and took his time and that’s the key. Some doctors/hygienist are in a rush and it is so painful and I am so happy that I found Jhonathan. If you have any anxiety around the dentist or don’t like needles, Jhonathan is your man. Wonderful experience the receptionist was wonderful. Looking forward to meeting the doctor.

He is a superb sleep dentist with extensive experience in this discipline, and I have benefited immensely from the care he has provided. When my long-time general dentist retired several years ago, I chose to become a regular dental patient of Dr. Wiltbank’s, as well. At that time, I began seeing dental technician Rhea every four months, and she has done an outstanding job of keeping my teeth clean and managing plaque buildup. She is highly skilled and incredibly effective in this role and goes out of her way to support her patients. In addition to Dr. Wiltbank and Rhea, I have always been impressed with the professionalism and commitment to quality care exemplified by the other member of the team, including dental assistants and administrative staff. I recommend Dolley Madison Dentistry enthusiastically and without reservation.

Fantastic experience: As we moved from PA to VA to retire, it was challenging to find good doctors in our new neighborhood. For our dental care, a family physician recommended DMD. My wife and I had thorough dental checkup with knowledgeable and courteous staff, and comprehensive review and advice from Dr. Wiltbank for good dental hygene and treatment. We plan to follow up for further treatment related to my implant and her perio scale/root treatment.

Fantastic experience: Great First experience! The front office staff, Lisa and AJ were friendly and helpful both when I called and in person. My hygienist, Rhea*, was very talented and the cleaning was thorough. Dr Wiltbank was great, very personable and professional. This is a great office for those who work in the dental or medical fields as well as for those who do not like going to the dentist. Dr Wiltbank is very conservative in his treatment plans to be as non-invasive as possible!

Mona, AJ, Lydee, Dr. Elamin and most specifically Dr. Wiltbank all went out of their way to make my 90 year old father comfortable and confident in what was a sensitive issue (he is phobic, needed extractions and hadn’t been to the dentist in 10 yrs). A number of years ago, I fell and damaged my front tooth. After a root canal with another dentist, my tooth was left with a dark gray stain. I was told I'd just have to live with it, which I did for a long time. But then, a friend referred me to Dr. Bradley Wiltbank and things changed! Dr. Wiltbank kindly suggested that he might be able to help restore my tooth. In a single session (or maybe it was two), he was able to whiten my tooth and matched it exactly to my other teeth. It was a painless procedure that made such a difference! I felt so happy to be able to be free of the constant reminder of falling and the embarassment of having an ugly tooth.
