Dr. Jason is THE BEST - excellent work (and I’ve had a lot) very comforting and non-judgmental. It took me a long time to find someone I felt confident and comfortable with - I cannot recommend this practice enough!

Everyone on his staff from the receptionist to the dental hygienists have bought into the culture of the office and I’ve never had anything short of a great experience here. I would recommend Dr Jason to anyone looking for a dentist, I truly believe him and his team are as good as you can be.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to DeFillipos, now Connections Dental, since I was 5 years old, now I'm in my 40s. Dr. Jason has largely taken over the practice and he's fantastic. He is very accommodating and always asked if you're doing well. He even calls to make sure all is well later in the evening after more than one appointment. You can tell he genuinely cares about people and that's important and truly an exception in today's times. I don't immediately live in the area, but I won't change dentists because this place is the best!

Fantastic experience: I have the worst dental anxiety! Today was my first visit with Dr Jason and Jen, they are amazing! I felt comfortable the whole time. They are very personable and involve you in your care and ask how you feel about things. I will definitely be back! I will also be sending my family their way as well! I work in a dental lab so I see work from a lot of dentists, some not so great. Dr Jason came highly recommended from coworkers. I think half of the dental lab sees him!! I haven’t had work done yet just an exam/cleaning, but what I see from the lab end as well I have nothing to worry about!! Thank you so much for making my visit comfortable and a reason to not be so anxious to go to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: Dr Jason and his whole team at Connections Dental treated my kid with "kid gloves". She's on the spectrum and they handled her Dental anxiety with so much empathy and didn't make her feel self conscious about bringing a stuffed animal or her needing to use her headphones. I was able to be with her at EVERY step of the process. It's the 1st time in years we've had a successful Dental appointment. Our hygienist Susie was FANTASTIC!! Everything went at our pace. I couldn't ask for more. Dr Jason was so attentive to my kids needs. I know this is the right practice for us. if you're wary don't be!! They are the bees knees AND elbows! You won't be sorry you chose Connections!

Fantastic experience: Very thorough! The most thorough exam and cleaning I’ve EVER had. Really high quality care by Dr. Kandil. The office was so cute and nice, very homey and pleasant. Staff were all very friendly, warm and welcoming! Will definitely continue care there!

I transferred over to his office about 1 year ago, and all I can say is that I wish I would have been there sooner. The office is very clean and tidy and makes you feel very comfortable. All the staff and other associates have the utmost respect for you and do their very best to make sure you are comfortable and at ease (very important to me). They take the time to explain things and answer any questions, and do not rush you through anything! They truly are like unlike any other dentist office I have ever experienced and I only have great things to say! Wish I could give them 6 stars!

Fantastic experience: The waiting room is welcoming and bright - unlike the cell-like windowless areas usually founding in most medical and dental premises. The staff are cheerful and are actually pleased to see you. The treatment is always gentle and extremely considerate of the patient's comfort. I find all three of these attributes in one practice to be extremely unusual. I highly recommend becoming a patient, to anyone who is looking for dental treatment.

Fantastic experience: I haven’t had good experiences with dentists in the past but I was referred to Connections Dental by a friend who absolutely loved her dentist so I decided to give Dr. Jason a try. I was impressed with him and the rest of his staff from day 1. They take their time and answer all my questions. They level with you and meet you where you’re at in your dental journey. I’ve changed my entire family over to connections dental and my mom is in the process over switching over to them as well.

Fantastic experience: It's been sixteen years since I've been to a new dentist's office. Changes happened at the old practice I had been going to since 2008, and I was unhappy and needed to make a change. I found Dr. Jason and Connections Dental on Nextdoor as one of the highest rated dentists in the East suburbs. The recommendations weren't hyperbole. The office is beautiful, compared to where I had been going for years. The staff were super friendly, and the hygienist, Susie, was personable and helpful throughout my first visit. They use better technology at Connections Dental, and I was allowed to see the photos and x-rays of teeth that need some work. This has never been the case where I've gone before. Great team! Great communication! Great atmosphere! And I know I made a great choice with Connections Dental!

Dr Jason listened to my concerns and did a great job fixing a chip on my front tooth. He took his time, making sure the repair looked natural, and was very particular in making sure that I liked how it looked. I would highly recommend this practice!

Kelli is such a delight, and I love sharing TV show recommendations with her. The hygienists are also so friendly and make a cleaning and exam fun, especially with the great nostalgic music always playing. But I have to say that Dr. Jason is absolutely the best dentist I’ve ever had. He is so kind and caring, and he always makes sure he talks to me as a person first and patient second. He always explains everything so clearly, and makes sure that I understand before moving on. That is so rare in healthcare these days. I have already referred a few people there, and they have nothing but positive things to say as well. If you need any more convincing, here is a line I don’t think most people can say: I actually look forward to going to the dentist!
