Chestnut Hills Dental Murrysville

Fantastic experience: For someone with anxiety about the dentist, they made me feel really comfortable.

Positive experience: My first visit was a little confusing. I came in for a cleaning, but for a new patient they only do xrays first. Guess I have periodontal issues and the next appointment they would do a deep cleaning. They will not do a prophylaxis cleaning. It was not well explained at all. After researching and checking my insurance, I will proceed to the next step, however, it could have been explained much more clearly.

Fantastic experience: Great staff and great service.

Fantastic experience: My experience at your office was great. The staff is very personable which made for a very calm visit. I received great care and will recommend your office if the chance arises. Gave a great day and I'll see you next year..

Positive experience: Hygienist was nice. I assume the doc was having a REALLY bad day as she was NOT happy and stated that “every day is a bad day”. Hope my next experience will be better

Fantastic experience: Dr. Beach and her staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. Wait time is minimal. Teeth are cleaned thoroughly. Highly recommend Chestnut Hills.

Fantastic experience: I was treated with respect and asked repeatedly throughout the procedure if I was okay. I felt like they cared about me as a person, not just a patient.

Fantastic experience: The hygienist was very personable. Was very kind asking if i was okay. Explained everything that took place. The experience of xrays and cleaning was pain free.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is so pleasant and professional. I used to dread going to my last dentist because she almost always found something to fill or crown for my husband and I. . After 2 years of no such charge and no tooth problems , I’m thinking the previous dentist just liked taking our money. Dr Beach is honest but thorough.

Fantastic experience: I was taken back at my appointment time and the dentist came in promptly after my cleaning. Pleasant staff. A positive experience.

Fantastic experience: I have been deathly afraid of going back to the dentist after a bad experience elsewhere 5 years ago. I felt so welcomed and not judged at Chesnut Hills Dental and I’m actually excited to come back and have my dental work done!! Thank you to their wonderful staff, you guys are awesome!

Fantastic experience: Prompt. Receptive. Professional. Perfect.

Negative experience: Extremely frustrating experience with Chestnut Hills Dentistry (Murrysville location). I scheduled my appointment over the phone a month in advance and received two separate confirmation text messages. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told I did not have an appointment and was not even in their system. Even after showing proof of my confirmed appointment, the front desk offered zero help or accountability. I was told “I don’t know what to tell you” multiple times and sent away without any attempt to fix their mistake. No apology. No reschedule. No solution. Just a complete waste of my time. I would not recommend this office as a new patient.

Fantastic experience: My dental cleaning experience was very good. It was gentle, painless, and thorough. The staff is also great. I would recommend this practice to my family and friends.

Fantastic experience: Always very caring they do a great job cleaning everytime

Fantastic experience: My recent experiences at the Murrysville location have been very good. For both routine cleanings the hygienists were friendly, knowledgeable — it was a great experience. Dr. Beach was friendly and thorough with her exam.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly atmosphere! Explained what they were going to do and then did it. Easy to schedule new appointments.

Fantastic experience: They’re great and the staff is wonderful

Fantastic experience: Everybody was great. The check in, check out person is very kind and good at her job. My hygienist was kind and efficient. Dr Beach is just amazing. I recommend this practice, it's the best.

Fantastic experience: The dental hygienist, Rachael, and Dr. Beach dentist are always on time. Rachael is super friendly which helps me relax a bit; she knows I’m incredibly anxious being there because of bad experiences I’ve had with dentists since I was a child. Dr. Beach always shows me my X-rays when there is a problem & clearly explains which tooth needs additional care and why. They have this new scanner. Rachael used this wand to scan all of my teeth. Then Dr. Beach pulls up the 3D image of what my teeth look like with what my teeth look like with all of their crevices, twists, and imperfections - it was awesome! The waiting room & treatment rooms have always been very clean. Finally, they send you numerous reminder texts so you don’t forget about your appointment.

Fantastic experience: Very pleasant atmosphere, don't make you wait, always caring and professional. Happy to have Dr. Beach as our dentist, excellent hygienists as well.

Fantastic experience: DR Beach and Raegan did a fantastic job with my new implants and hygenous, Rachel makes my teeth beautiful!!

Fantastic experience: Very happy with my dental appointment today. It has been a while since I had such a thorough cleaning. Other members of my family are patients here as well. Everyone is very happy with the care we receive here.

Fantastic experience: I've been there all of my life and never had any problems Very nice people and very good experiences

Fantastic experience: It was a great experience there yesterday. Seeing Terry who is a receptionist there got me through. The girl that took me into my room was so sweet! Dr. Beech was just great and explained things to me, I appreciate that very much.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Beach & Ragan did an excellent job. They were very professional & made me feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Staff was very friendly, thorough and explained everything clearly.

Fantastic experience: Always taken in on time. All staff very friendly and efficient. Very attentive.

Negative experience: One of the worst experiences. I made an appointment 7+ months ago as a new patient. I received two text reminders, and also an email 2 hours before my appointment. I showed up for my appointment and they gave my appointment away because I didn’t respond that I was coming. So within 2 hours you gave away my appointment? If I wasn’t coming- I would have called to cancel. The receptionist wouldn’t even look me in the eyes to tell me that they gave away my appointment. She goes we can rebook you- at that point I was so mad, that I said I think I just need to find a new dentist and her response, “have a nice day”. I already waited 7 months to get in with them! It was so awful.

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful for this entire team! So reassuring and comforting! I had past trauma and I avoided dental care. Chestnut Hills Dental took such good care of me and even though I was stressed and scared they made me feel normal! Thank you so very much!!

Fantastic experience: Both hygienist and Dr very kind and professional and thorough, took time to explain things , not rushed at all. I’m so glad I found this practice!

Fantastic experience: I had a hard time finding a dentist after my dentist retired. The staff was very friendly and respectful. Dr Beach was thorough and explained everything answering all my questions. The dental assistant made me feel very comfortable explaining the procedure and pricing. An appointment for crown replacement was made for the next week. I would highly recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: All are very friendly from the receptionist to the Hygienists to the doctors. Very professional and make you feel very comfortable. Highly recommend Chestnut Hills Dental to all

Fantastic experience: Great service and very nice people

Positive experience: Not wait cleaning and check up done in under an hour. However don't cancel ur appointment because it's impossible to get a new appointment for routine checkup and cleaning in a timely manner. For repair work prompt appointments are available.

Fantastic experience: My first visit they were thorough very kind and cared about my needs. This will be my new place for dental care thank you.

Fantastic experience: The entire team is wonderful, in and out without a problem.

Fantastic experience: Very nice people. I wish the hours were more convenient for working people.

Fantastic experience: I was a new patient with a new problem …. I was squeezed in, then I got bumped up sooner !! I was super impressed by everyone I came in contact with. The receptionist, dental hygienist, and the dentist…. Each very professional, and equally knowledgeable. Top notch … I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The service and staff are amazing & friendly! They are excellent clinicians!

Fantastic experience: Super friendly staff! Great experience.

Fantastic experience: Very first appointment I was greeted by and worked with Reagan (I do believe it's spelled differently), and was shockingly surprised at how knowledgeable and enthusiastic she was. It's one thing for your dentist to have these traits. It's a whole different story when the nurses, receptionist, and dental technicians each have these as well. From the very short time I spent in-office, I was able to leave knowing that Dr. Beech and Chestnut Hills Dental will absolutely be able to provide the care I need or may need. Regarding Ms. Reagan in particular, I believe she is the kind of person who is in the field they were meant to be in. She's passionate about the technology, the science, and the patient care and she isn't afraid to show that excitement. That's the kind of person I WANT to be a Healthcare professional and I don't believe there possibly could've been a better first impression by a business or Healthcare office.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staffed, great environment, and professionals at their craft. See you in six months!

Fantastic experience: Very kind and professional. I look forward to this dental journey! ☺️

Fantastic experience: I always get the best care and all the staff are so very nice I love talking to them

Fantastic experience: I was taken on time. Everyone was nice and considerate of my comfort

Fantastic experience: The service was prompt, timely, and professional. Great staff and care. And while I appreciate the reminders sent prior to the appointment, the frequency of the reminders was overkill and annoying.

Fantastic experience: All were very efficient and friendly. Was in and out in a timely manner.

Fantastic experience: So kind, patient, and thorough. Best dental experience I’ve had!

Fantastic experience: Great people. Great doctors. They took the time to explain things without forcing "extra" services that weren't needed. Alot of places make you jump through hoops but they were straight to business and extremely friendly. The assistant thay helped me was very quirky and kind.

Fantastic experience: Great experience and friendly staff! I recommend Chestnut Hills Dental Murrysville for your dental care needs.
