Fantastic experience: Great service all around!!

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and professional doctor and staff. Very clean office. Protocols followed for a Covid19 free environment for patients and staff. The doctor and hygienist take pride in their work and the comfort of their patients. Will definitely be going back and refer my friends and family.

Negative experience: I think you guys should use a chest protection for the Xray , when I asked as why the technician didn’t use she said she forgot , then she said don’t worry it was only 4-5 pictures then she said not to worry nothing will happen. So my question is if nothing would happen how come she leaves the room to take the Xray ?? If it’s bad for her then it’s bad for me as well . Please note that for the next time when I come and she is there for me then I will walk out , this shows lack of neglecting patients and not caring for them I don’t appreciate the incompetent technicians and office workers. Fantastic experience: Grateful happy and helpful in and out great staff......

Negative experience: It isn’t a great place. Nice enough at first, but after they schmooze you into agreeing to get unnecessary dental work, it’s all rush-rush afterwards. I’ve had 3 separate dentists tell me the work that was done here was totally unnecessary and was just pushed because it has a good ROI. They also claimed to obtain prior authorization from my insurance, which they did not do. Don’t know if this place was snatched up by a venture capital firm, or if they just got greedy, but I won’t be back. Also, the giant Kobe wall when you walk in is so unprofessional, even for basketball fans.

Fantastic experience: I Love this Dental Practice! Dr. Buffong is so good at creating the Total Dental Experience! I don’t feel stressed walking in-even when I had to get major work done. He put me totally at ease immediately. He made sure I was educated on everything being done and promised that he would make sure the discomfort was minimal-and it was. I went some place else years ago for an extraction and the dentist made me feel horrible; like I was acting like an immature baby when I was really afraid and in pain. I must have cried for hours and felt humiliated when I left. With Dr. Buffong; I actually enjoy going to get my teeth cleaned and everything now; I’m never going anywhere else-as long as I can help it!! He was the best referral ever!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Buffong has great bedside manner. He is pleasant, polite, respectful and considerate toward his patients' needs. He gives you options, and thoroughly informs you of proceedures and options. My mother had to leave her previous dentist who was inconsiderate of his patient's needs, very pushy, dismissive and rude toward her. Dr Buffong, on the other hand, was very attentive, and listened to my mother, and addressed her needs and concerns. It was so refreshing! My mother will continue to see Dr. Buffong, he is wonderful!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Buffong’s staff is very responsive. I informed them of an issue I was having with my tooth and they followed up right away offering me a same day appointment. Dr. Buffong assessed and diagnosed my issue quickly but allowed me time to process and ask questions. He was able to repair my tooth the same day. I’m a little skittish with dental procedures but Dr. Buffong made sure that I was comfortable. I felt no pain during the procedure and I was in and out in a fair amount of time. He was very thorough. Dr Buffong and his staff are very professional and good at what they do!

I have not had a bad experience and do not anticipate having one. It is a Blessing to have dentists who take care of their patients oral health and you can sit in confidence and get layman explanations upfront of the procedures to be performed.

Fantastic experience: A visit to the dentist is rarely desirable, but a visit to RJ Dental has always been a pleasant experience for me and today was no different. Carol, at the reception desk is very pleasant.. The waiting room is quite comfortable, but I have never had to wait more than 10 -15 minutes over the last 20 years. Dr Buffong never appears rushed during the visit and is thorough with a great “chair side manner”. Today my hygienist was Zara and she had a great touch and was gentle during my X-rays and cleaning. I appreciate the teaching I received today as well . I highly recommend this practice for your dental needs.
