Negative experience: They cancelled the appointment the afternoon before my appointment via text. The hygienist went on summer break, and of course their appointments were cancelled, as if they had only known a few hours before. Not sure why this practice have 5 stars. Anyways, I will re schedule and I may update the ratings accordingly

Fantastic experience: Dr. Elidrissi is a fantastic dentist. Located in Fort Lee, NJ, she provides a thorough service in a relaxing and calm environment. She repaired a broken tooth with a crown that rook several attempts to ensure it was perfect fit. She explained what she needed to do before proceeding. With her success, I've had to wait a few more minutes after our appointment time due to how busy she gets. Unfortunately my insurance didn't cover all the expenses, but that's expected since we, as Americans, don't vote for universal healthcare, but I digress. Overall, I'm very happy with the results.

In only about 1 year she completely transformed my smile. She was very diligent in my care and was always available for check ins or if I had any questions. When my first set of trays finished she pointed out some additional concerns and assured me with a longer treatment we could perfect my smile. You walk into a waiting room that is white – clean and stylish with tasteful accent chairs and plant arrangements. Incents engage your nose. Even with the TV on, the office is quiet. If your anxieties are not yet put at ease with all of your senses being engaged – checking in with Angie will undoubtedly change that. She’s soft spoken and has a calm demeanor that truly impacts you. She radiates calm. The wait to be seen was brief – which made the entire experience seem fast. Dr. Elidrissi sat with me as a first-time patient and read my paperwork with interest and attentiveness. She asked meaningful questions and gave me positive praise for how I take care of my teeth (something about praise from a dentist made me feel so proud of myself). Dr. Elidrissi took the time to explain things she noticed and showed them to me in the mirror to ensure understanding. I have never had a dentist show me what’s going on in my mouth like that. Fantastic experience: We have used Dr. Radia for all of our family's dental needs. She's done a great job on all of our teeth. I've had a couple of times already where I've needed a root canal and/or a crown, and I've been very pleased with the process and the results. Some members of my family have a history of getting anxious at the dentist's office, and Dr. Radia has been extraordinarily gentle and sensitive to helping said persons through it.

From her Assistant reassuring me that everything would be OK to Dr. Elidrissi performing a miracle in my mouth. She was very gentle and knowledgeable on what she needed to do.
