Negative experience: I had a very disappointing and unsettling experience at this office. At my first visit, I was told I had two cavities that needed fillings. I was also assured they took my insurance, but on the day of my filling appointment, I found out that while the office itself accepts my insurance, the dentist who saw me does not. If I hadn’t caught this, I would have been stuck with a $1,347 out-of-pocket bill (even with their “loyalty program” 35% discount). To their credit, they did not charge me for the initial cleaning and X-rays in good faith, knowing they had given me incorrect information about my insurance. However, the bigger issue is that after going to another office for a comprehensive exam and thorough X-rays, I learned that I don’t even have cavities at all. I nearly had healthy teeth drilled into for no reason. On top of all that, the bedside manner was poor. The dentist and staff barely spoke to me, explanations were rushed, and I left feeling confused and uncomfortable rather than cared for. While I appreciate that they acknowledged their insurance mistake by not charging me, my overall experience left me with zero trust in their diagnoses or transparency. I would strongly caution others to seek a second opinion before moving forward with treatment here.

Vicki has this calm, warm energy that comes through the moment she picks up the call. She’s incredibly personable, patient, and makes you feel like you’re in good hands from the start. Scheduling and asking questions can be stressful, especially with medical stuff—but Vicki makes it easy and comfortable. She’s the kind of person who makes you feel like you're not just another appointment, but someone who matters. If the rest of the office is anything like her, I’m in good hands. Vicki is a rockstar.

Fantastic experience: Sadly, it seemed like most business transactions or shady these days, and I haven't had I havent had a very good experience in many of my purchases throughout my thirty nine years but after coming into central avenue dental ...this place has given me hope to the future of the world. I needed this. I lost my partial so I came in here to get a replacement.. Everybody was so kind and very helpful. They honored a credit from years ago that I forgot I had with no issues. Got me right in and out, got my replacement at a very reasonable price. Great customer service and All around great experience! Im glad I came here. I normally don't leave reviews but after the experience I had, I felt like I needed to show my appreciation of a rare occurrence in this world these days.

Negative experience: I went to get my teeth clean today but they didn’t clean them . I wasted my time being there …

Negative experience: Had been going there fo years, but when the main Dentist moved from operating the practice, things really went downhill for me. When I had complained that it was like a 3rd world dental practice, they were offended. I finally had to leave them in fear of substandard work. I had to have one of the crowns immdiately replaced, with one still in question. I had a filling break that lasted two days. They fixed it again and this time the tooth broke. One time the dentist walked in and just stuck the needle in my gums, without any prep or pre numbing, about went throught the roof. All is good now, I found a dentist that makes the crowns in office while you are in the chair, and they fit perfectly. So far this year, I've had two redone and two new ones. Im disabled and on SS, a lot of $$$$ to spend for substandard work. To be fair and after I complained, they did wave the $77.00 USD they claimed I still owed. But only received the bill a year later. They are a nice group! :-0

From this professional thieves, i tough all the bad review about they charged you more in the end of all work was all lies but now with our experience i believe it and is true My wife went here with our insurance and they told her total cost would be 573 and something. Well in the end of the work they told there Sorry you have to pay another $200 the total cost we paid $768 today no matter what!! Even if you sign an agrement stating the total cost And of course like the other reviews they told us the excuse it was our insurance Yeah right!!! Enjoy your $200 buck that you stole from us Never coming back here EVER!!! No vengan aqui son unos ratones I wil put a complaint in bb. UPDATE!!! Yes we did my wife went to get your services!! We got a call later that day that it was an error from the secretary that give us the wrong #s from the begining. Excuses and excuses.. RUN FROM THESE THIEVES!!

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I gave this dental office too many chances, and they continued providing me horrible services. Over the years, I've had two sets of crowns wrongly manufactured, multiple arguments with unkind dental assistants, no guidance from doctors and ended up with a chemical burn on my face due to negligence. A full review would be a page or two but my advise would be to go elsewhere. I wasted valuable time, money and now I have to see what to do about the scarring.

Fantastic experience: I was in so pain on Saturday and no was taking in new patients. I called at 9am and got in at 11am. I don’t recall their names but the was kind with me. Lovely assistant and dental doctor. I’m scar of the dentist at the gentle age of 33 lol. But they made me very comfortable and I never been comfortable at a dental office. I would be going back for the rest of my care.

Positive experience: In the very beginning, I wasn't sure about going there, because of some interaction and miscommunication with their staff. But after talking to the owner, or president of the company whichever one he was, he apologize for the action that had took place and assured me that I would no longer have a problem. And I've been going now for over a year and a half and they are really good for the most part. They got me back on track with my teeth and everything and I appreciate them.

Positive experience: Sadly after years of being a client here I think I’m going to have to switch dentist. The dentist Doctor Joshi is very professional, kind and does amazing work. And the assistant who does dental cleanings is amazing too. But Lately when I have had issues with breaking my retainers (which I admit is my fault) I have been treated like I’m a pest. I just feel reluctant to want to come in anymore cause I feel like I’m a problem to them. I don’t expect anything free and I’m happy to pay when I’m investing in my teeth.

Fantastic experience: I had recently wrote a negative review. I was having a serious issue with billing where I thought I was being billed double. But turns out it was because of the insurance company and their weird pricing or something. Anyway, I’ve changed my negative review to a positive one because of the fantastic customer service Isabella the Office Manager had given me in fixing my issue. I would recommend this place solely because of her customer service and being open Saturdays. Make sure you absolutely confirm the pricing with them and your insurance company before you get service done. Don’t want to be blindsided by the insurance company!
