Positive experience: Theirs military staff in the building... so you wont get a call back unless its an emergency

Negative experience: The women at the front desk are arrogant and rude; they don't help you at all, they act like they own the place, and they always have a sour look on their faces.

Negative experience: I am extremely dissatisfied with the treatment I received during my recent visit. My husband and I arrived at the clinic due to severe spinal pain, and I was seen by Lydia. Unfortunately, Lydia's demeanor was dismissive and rude from the start. Despite my visible distress and pain, Lydia repeatedly interrupted me, telling me to calm down. I was crying due to the pain, not screaming or being aggressive. After nearly 20 minutes of being treated poorly, I became understandably upset. Given my history with panic seizures, the situation exacerbated my condition, and I had to leave to prevent further escalation. We inquired about pain management options until I could see the spinal doctor Lydia was supposed to refer me to. Although we agreed to provide a urine sample and sign a contract, which would take a few days, Lydia later informed us that we could pick up medication downstairs which really seemed like we were being set up to be "Flagged" considering the entire encounter was very of the wall. The entire experience was marked by a lack of kindness or humanity from the staff, except for the nurse who took my vitals. I strongly advise against seeking treatment here. 0/10 ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Negative experience: Scheduled this appointment in May to get established with a PCP, for 7/1. I arrived a little early for my appointment, they scanned my ID and gave me a patient bracelet. After sitting there for about 10 min, I'm told they're closing for the day and I will need to reschedule, no reason provided, just asking each other if they can close the door. I'm sure the reason for the closure was out of your control, but the way this was handled was unprofessional and it's my first impression of the clinic. Congrats on your surprise afternoon off, from your patient who missed part of their workday for no reason.

Negative experience: On May 12th, I called the vibrant health in 12th street in Kansas City Kansas to make an appointment for my earache, but I was given a wait time of almost two months. I asked if there was any possibility for a walk-in appointment, and the receptionist gave me a firm “no.” I also explained that this was not a follow-up appointment and requested her to please check for the earliest available option. Unfortunately, she said all the doctors were fully booked and that was the earliest appointment available. I felt very disappointed and helpless after the call, especially while dealing with pain.

I've been trying for over a week now to get an appointment and no one has called me back. "We care very much about your call" -- baloney! I never had this problem when the Sharon Lee organization was in charge!

Negative experience: They never ever ever answer the phone. Worst place to take your child too there is never someone available you can be on hold forever and they still won’t answer. Your child could be so sick and they still won’t answer you.

Positive experience: 8:30 am, first in line and can’t get anyone on the phone. Tried to call women’s health. Family health did answer, after 2 attempts with women’s health, and was able to answer my question. Both people i’ve spoken to over the phone are extremely nice with kind voices

Positive experience: I have been going to Vibrant Health Central for years now, and I'm still learning about the different services that they offer there. But over all you just have to ask your Dr. I was pointing in the right direction to help and service that I didn't know was available at the building. Again ask and you shall receive. They have everything within one building, I go to the doctor, eye doctor, get My medicine from the pharmacy, and since I have gotten my grandkids I even take my kids there for their appointment too. This is also a multi culture place. The help people of all ages and races. Especially pregnant Mom's. So give them a try, I have referred quite a few people including family members here. A 1 STOP DOES IT ALL TYPE OF PLACE

Negative experience: I absolutely despise coming here. I am trying to find another place. We have been here an hour and not even called back. We have a special needs son so both of us have to take off work to bring him. Lost time, lost money, lost energy. Ridiculous. Even after getting broght back it's another 30-40 mins to be seen. The anxiety of the waiting room is so great we have to push him in the stroller the whole hour + waiting to be seen. It's exhausting on top of an already exhausting visit. They say we're getting a room cleaned. 30 more minutes. Do better. Offer a room for your special needs patients to wait in or something.

Negative experience: I would give this facility a non-star rating if that option were available. I used to take my kids here because I appreciated the service and had great experiences. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case; my last two visits were quite disappointing. The staff members were very disorganized, communication was poor, and I encountered an unfriendly attitude from both the front desk and other staff members.

Negative experience: The staff here is very friendly and helpful. But I had a dental filling for a cavity that didn’t get fully fixed and was still experiencing pain after. Their soonest appointment afterwards to address this was 4 months out… would not recommend going here unless it’s a standard cleaning.
