I'm a very satisfied customer and would advise anyone that if they need services to restore your smile and make it better than before. Then this is the place to do it. Outstanding. Well, its been 3 years since I had the implants put in to hold the bottom teeth in place. Never ever have had any problem with them. No pain, they're in place and have never become loose. They just keep on a truckin'. I cant eat an apple without peeling and cutting it, but thats the only thing that ive had to do differently. You won't understand this right now, but when they ask what strength of silicone insert you want, start out with the medium. Which is to say those are how tight they will hold the bottom teeth in place. The first strength level gave out in just over a year. Ive had the next level for 2 years and considering the highest strength. What this means as you eat and use your teeth these silicone washers of a sort will loosen and your teeth may pop off the post. Im just now beginning to experience that with the 2nd level of strength 2 years in. With my insurance and mind you its a retirement insurance only cost a total of 8000 out of pocket and could take awhile to get to the point to install the posts if you still have your original teeth. If your teeth are already been removed and your gums are healed it can happen in an afternoon. Good luck. I wouldn't have done it any other way. Even those permanent full mouth teeth, which costs upward of 75,000 from beginning to end. After paying to investigate it, I didnt do it because im not sure how healthy it is to not let your gums breath every once in awhile. Boy, this was a long update, sorry. Have a beautiful life. Negative experience: If your child is 18 & does not have an ID present at check in you will not be seen. Our son is ASD and not driving and he did not have a school ID because he lost it (he’s a senior in HS) and the office refused to see him even though he is a dependent and I had my ID and his birth certificate. Showed up for wisdom teeth removal only to be turned away and we were to reschedule when we had an ID for him. Going elsewhere.

Positive experience: Great doctor, I thought when I felt the needle in my gum or something I herd and wish my last words. I really thought I died, not sure if I was num alot or not but it hurt, yea I felt it. This my experience. but pain pills reduces it 50% helps to sleep but hard to eat anything. When I even eat everything soft it hurts from the mouth to the head.

Positive experience: Their website is not working correctly and it appears that you have submitted paperwork online when you really haven't. Additionally, there were two co-workers, at the front desk, who traded banter toward one another that wasn't very nice. There was a lot of eye rolling accompanied with the banter. I was not bothered by the drama but I could've done without it. Also, Instead of passing comments back and forth to one another and attempting to out work the next co-worker, look into the issue with your online system that allows efficiency for you, your employer, and the patient.

Fantastic experience: I waited to heal before I made a review. So my experience was amazing, from check in ( had to wait for like 30min). But from their to two extractions, pain pills, antibiotics, and a week of healing, recovery was amazing. Definitely a professional environment. Just want to say thank you.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed here. They were great. She had a very easy surgery. It wasn’t traumatizing. She wasn’t in extreme pain. She recovered quickly and healed perfectly. The staff was very kind towards her and made her feel comfortable. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely take my youngest daughter here when she needs hers removed.

Negative experience: If I could give them a negative rating I would! Scheduling staff is rude. Dr. Mills is by far the rudest doctor I have ever met! He questioned my cleft palate medical history and was argumentative. No bedside manner or professionalism! Go someplace else - you deserve so much better!

Negative experience: I came into the office for an exam and i heard doctor nan insulting another patient and their family. I felt totally uncomfortable and will not be getting any work done here. Do not recommend.

A very special group to take care of my needs. Day after I have no discomfort that is not normal. Will use them again if needed. Dr. Noonan and his staff are the best.

Fantastic experience: I have titanium jaw joints with a very limited opening. I also have a condition that causes blisters & sores in my mouth. Dr Neenan is so very kind & gentle. He's very careful to not add anymore pain than I already have. I would most definitely refer anyone to Dr Neenan. He & his staff very nice, helpful went out of their way to make me feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience: This was the best dental experience I’ve had in my life. My Dr was absolutely perfect to freaking P. He was very gentle with comforting me about my wisdom tooth surgery, didn’t make me feel bad for being nervous or asking a lot of questions, and was really helpful. I don’t recall even really feeling the IV needle go into my vein because of laughing gas and the surgery went by really fast from what I had been told.

Negative experience: Horrible customer service. Called on Wednesday June 11 and told the lady I needed a tooth extraction as I had an abscess and was already on antibiotics. No appointment until AUGUST 21. Infection and 2-months out is the best she could do? No compassion at all. Don’t go here if you can drive to Louisville find an oral surgeon there.,Ended up going to Kirchner Dental. They worked me in, highly compassionate and the entire experience took 2 hours. Don’t settle for inferior specialists in Southern Indiana.

Fantastic experience: Took in a senior man whom had 5 teeth needing removed. Due to medical condition having him put under was not options. He was originally sent to another oral surgeon in New Albany. After 2 absolutely horrible numbing experience we decided to switch for the remaining. It took everything imaginable to get this gentleman but into chair for what was well known the worse place for numbing yet to happen. After great explanation Dr. & chairside assistant could NOT have taken better care to take the extra moment to assure best possible comfort prior, during, and post procedure. Where as this procedure needed was for warned to be painful- after all the prep & care- pain scale 1 - 10, my man came out saying 1. Smile on his face swearing this will be our go to as well as our only number 1 recommendation forever!

I was very anxious going in for wisdom teeth removal, and they all talked me through everything and were kind and patient with me. Special shout out to Margaret for being so sweet and knowledgeable for aftercare as I was stressed about that as well. Fantastic experience: This was my first experience with KOMSA-Jeffersonville. All the staff were professional and friendly, for both my appointments. At the evaluation visit, Dr. Christopher Noonan explained what would be done to remove a small bump on the inside of my bottom lip. Then during the procedure, Dr. Noonan kept me informed as to what he was doing, how to take care of the area and what to expect during the healing process. His assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable with questions I had. Looking forward to my follow-up visit.
