Fantastic experience: I would give more stars if I could. I have extreme dental anxiety and had a dental emergency. Not only did they get me in to address my needs quickly but everyone in the office was kind and gentle leaving me feeling calm. Happy to say this is my new dentist. Adding to say that I went today for the orders of having a tooth pulled and start the process for an implant, I went in completely full of anxiety and scared. The whole team made me comfortable and I was never in pain. This is now my dental family. They rush, explain everything and are gentle. I’m very glad I found them and can now feel Safe and comfortable with my dental care.

Negative experience: Not only was the fun office dad beyond, but my daughter's appointment took almost 5 hours; For what I was told was a root canal. Fast forward a couple of years and multiple trips to a dentist to get the crown fixed, because it never would stay on and I find out no root canal was ever done. Then , when we go to another dentist to have it corrected and get a new crown that would actually stay on and insurance did not want to pay for it because it was too soon to get another crown. So not only did they have my daughter there for 5 hours for what I am not sure, and the entire time on laughing gas, but The Crown that they made never was right. The temporary crown from the new dentist stayed on better than the permanent one from this dentist.

Fantastic experience: The office staff was awesome, very kind very courtesy. The environment was very healthy very calm. Jody was very nice and explaining my care plan my cost the Care that was going to be involved in the plan itself. She spoke in such a way that I was able to understand, medical people tend to speak in ways that it’s difficult sometimes or they’ll talk too fast, but Jody really spoke slow enough for me to understand and clear enough and broke things down where I could understand. The dentist was extremely kind, made it very clear what she was going to do ,she asked me many questions about my problem and what I was having trouble with. She smiles the whole time you’re talking to her she made me wanna laugh the whole time lol. She will make you feel like you’re at home, if you’re not comfortable with your Dentist and she, or he doesn’t make you feel that comfortable then you need to switch to my dentist. I’ll never go anywhere else.

Negative experience: Had an appointment scheduled for 9:20 AM and I get there and they doors are locked. I called there office and got the scheduler who said they should've been open. I was never notified or talked to further. Only reason they got an extra star is because scheduler was nice.

Fantastic experience: Staff was so warm and welcoming. I am a very anxious person who has not seen the dentist in over 20 years and they made me feel so much better and comfortable. Even played music at my request! We made a great plan that I could afford to get my smile back!

Fantastic experience: Very very nice people! Brandi was my dental hygienist and she was awesome! She kept asking me how I was and genuinely cared about my comfortability. She said at any point my teeth are sensitive or hurting to just say so. Brandi also said she was tough on my teeth but there was maybe only one time it hurt due to being in a general sensitive area. Brandi was knowledgeable with my x-rays, and gave me some good advice about cleaning my teeth properly moving forward. She was also flawless with how much work she put in cleaning my teeth. I hadn’t been to the Dentist in probably a year. Teeth feel great and feel super clean. The Dentist was super pleasant and friendly. She looked at my teeth, asked if anything was sensitive and then said I was done. No BS stuff that I didn’t need. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to go back and get my teeth cleaned again!

Fantastic experience: I was so nervous about finding a new dentist, but I’m glad I chose this one. The office staff was very nice and welcoming, and the hygienist who performed my periodontal cleaning made me feel super comfortable. The front office staff took the time to explain to me In detail how much my insurance would cover, and how much I would owe before going back. really do not like needles or anything invasive when it comes to the dentist, but I barely felt any pain at all. I highly recommend this office.

Negative experience: While the dental team was fantastic (the doctor and her two assistants were so sweet and made me feel VERY comfortable), the accounting/reception staff completely ruined the experience for me, and I will never return. (I'm giving an extra star for the Doctor and her assistants) I initially visited for a root canal and was referred to a specialist- the procedure went smoothly. When I called to schedule my follow-up, I was quoted $524 out-of-pocket, which matched the paperwork I signed upon arrival. However, after the procedure, I was told I owed $940. I explained that I had just signed a document confirming the $524 estimate, but the receptionist (not Amber- this was an older one) claimed it was wrong and showed me a different estimate from my first visit ($940). Conveniently, the paper I had just signed two hours ago had disappeared. They couldn’t find it. I genuinely felt like I was being gaslit, especially when another staff member (a man in glasses) joined in to repeat the same claims. "You see your signature? You signed this." "Yes, but where’s the paper I signed TODAY?" It was a never-ending conversation. As someone whose first language is not English, I couldn’t help but feel they were trying to take advantage of me, but I stood my ground. I was not paying all that extra money. -->> If they had told me it would be over $900 BEFORE I got there, I would have simply chosen to do the procedure in my home country, where it would have cost me less than HALF that price. After repeatedly asking for the $524 document, it magically reappeared! Even though I kept my cool, I was furious. I felt so insulted. They looked at me like I didn’t know what I was saying. I paid the $524, and they said they’d handle the rest with my insurance, which indeed handled it wonderfully. I can’t pay for someone else’s expensive mistake, even if it was an honest one. While the dental team was amazing, the front office was unprofessional and handled this mistake poorly, which is why I won’t be coming back. I was not going to leave a review, but after receiving a $281.52 bill MONTHS after my last visit, I feel compelled to share my experience. I called and kindly asked for an itemized bill- Amber politely said she’d check and get back to me. That was months ago. No one did, so I assumed it was a mistake. Now, nearly FIVE MONTHS after my visit, I get a text saying the balance is now $281.53- one cent more. This only shows me they have no idea what they’re doing. I tried to call back and no one answers. Is this just how things work in the US, or is it just this clinic? Either way, it’s RIDICULOUS.

Negative experience: After needing to see a dentist badly and waiting for a week. They called me the day before and told me that they wasn't going to do any work on my mouth just an x-ray and exam. Then they would have to charge me to come back another time to do any work.

Fantastic experience: I just relocated to Indiana and was a little wary about finding dental care since all my life I’ve had many issues with my teeth. The second I walked into the office I was totally at peace, and I knew that I had made the right decision. Mary was absolutely lovely while professional at the same time me and Dr. Keeling has magical hands, I am so glad I chose her as my primary dentist.

Negative experience: This place was great until Dr. Cook left. A new female dentist came in after and then came the worst dental experiences of my life. I had to get three fillings one day and it took her three times to numb the areas. The first time she missed and hit a nerve which made it feel like my eye was popping out of its socket. The second, she came in eating food and messed up again. The third, she finally got it. After the procedure my mouth was sore for weeks!!! I truly came close to finding a lawyer and getting justice but I didnt have the time. My new dentist, Denzinger, just informed me today that those three fillings she did around two years ago are bad and need to be replaced. What a freaken joke!!!! Now I have to pay to do the work again after dealing with all that suffering on top of everything else. Beware of this female dentist that I speak of at this practice.
