Fantastic experience: I am not a current patient but had a crown fall off at 3pm on a Friday. My normal dentist office was already closed, so I reached out to Denzinger. They got me right in and took great care of me. They were all as sweet as can be and helped me get back on track.

Negative experience: I had a filling done on Election Day, and unfortunately they chose to have a news channel playing loudly in the room I was in with no way for me to turn it off or turn it down. I don’t think anyone should have to listen to political opinion or propaganda while receiving a medical service. I won’t be going back to this or any other Denzinger location.

Fantastic experience: The young lady at the front desk greeted me with a smile and a hello. That was much appreciated. Dr. Conder and her assistant were caring and explained clearly my options. Her assistant went above and beyond by making me an appointment with an Endodontist and they were able to get me in the next day. I appreciate the time they spent with me.

Negative experience: My experience recently has disappointing. As a long time patient (around 10 years) I decided to begin the search for a new dentist for myself and my family. I would say my experience throughout the years has been good and the doctors and staff are always professional and accommodating. However, more recently it has felt like the focus is more about what procedures they recommend as opposed to what I need for my health. The last visit I felt pressured into a cleaning plan which I would prefer to attempt resolving on my own. They asked me to sign a liability wavier for this, which seemed fair, but the way it was presented was distasteful. I was also asked to sign off on a treatment plan that included items suggested by the doctor a year prior if pain got worse, which it hasn’t and there has been no further discussion with the doctor. So, I am still confused as to why something I do not need is in the treatment plan. Overall, it was a little alarming signing off on a breakdown of treatments that were a combination of treatments for conditions I would prefer to resolve myself and treatments for conditions that do not exist that I had not discussed with the dentist that day. Also, the wording on the treatment plan suggests I agree with the plan and I do not. So, overall I think the staff and doctors are generally professional and courteous. However, there are some practices here that make me feel like I am not in control of my health and I am being funneled into treatments I do not want or need. I really do not like signing off on things I do not plan on doing.

Fantastic experience: No waiting. Friendly, efficient service by the receptionist and dental assistant. Dentist was proficient, and provided various options. Overall, they get an A+..

Positive experience: The hygienist was really great! However, when the dentist came in, the dentist basically stood behind me talking to me the whole time, and barely had any real conversation to my face! Honestly, I don't even know what she looks like! It felt like bad "bedside manner" imo, and even a little disrespectful to me as a patient.

Fantastic experience: I was very anxious about going to the dentist, and the doctor and dental assistant both made me feel seen and heard and taken care of. They listened to me anxiously ramble on about all the thoughts storming through my head, and didn’t dismiss them or make me feel they were just rushing through my appointment. We made a game plan, and they answered all my questions and relieved a huge weight from my shoulders. I definitely recommend this office to anyone, and especially anyone who has dentist or doctor anxiety.

Negative experience: They booked my mom and I for cleanings when the doctor was no longer part of our insurance network and were legally supposed to inform us. They refunded us but they tried pulling a fast one over us so question your billing and stuff. Very shady. Very rough too and unfriendly. Scraped my face with the scraping tool thing. Closed my eyes the whole time because genuinely felt like she could’ve poked my eye out.

Negative experience: I came in for broken teeth that I have only had for a year and a half, the Tech was rude from the beginning, then you wanted to charge me another $6000 to get my teeth re-treaded, like I said before it’s only been 1.5 years since I got them done. The dentist told me they broke because of my bite that I was never informed of prior to today and that the retread was not a long term fix, which is not what I was told before. Then the doctor wouldn’t put my temps in because I didn’t know what I was going to do about my broken teeth since I refused to pay another $6000. I also found out that I had $1000 credit from us over paying on my teeth that no one had ever told me about until today. Funny how this was all about money and not quality of patient care. Will NEVER come back there again. All lies over the last 2 years. Dr.Mary was of no help and wouldn’t send my dog to these people. Literally walked out with my teeth still broke!

Negative experience: Worst dentist office ever. She never even looked in my mouth to check my cleaning. She was very unfriendly. They hit my tooth with instrument the hygienist was awful. I ask for a blanket never received had to ask 3 xs. Good luck if you go hope your t reated better. The office ladies made all kinds of mistakes. Was not a pleasant experience. I would not go there again.

Negative experience: Very nice staff but not satisfied with cleaning. Scraped here and there not removing all easy to see plaque then lightly touched with polisher. Disappointed.

My blood sugar crashed down to 54 during the procedure. They tried glucose gummies. Chocolate & got an employee to go purchase me a carton of Orange juice. Went above & beyond for me in every way to make me comfortable. Thank you

Positive experience: It was so so. Nice but the lady never came to discuss my plan, I was handed a plan with costs on my way out, told to contact them with questions. After xrays, a preliminary exam, I was told with my high A1C, they needed my Dr approval to proceed. I am ok with that, safety first. I would have preferred we discussed my needing to wait prior to xrays and exam. Referral to endondist before going to my previous dentist for previous xrays for comparison or asking if I had a preference. Plus I am starting antibiotics, wouldn't we want to compare her concerns before sending me to an endodonist?? Everyone was nice and pleasant, I guess I expected more with all the great reviews. Unknown if I will be back for an actual cleaning
