Fantastic experience: I have been going through a very long (& sometimes painful) implant procedure for my front teeth...which is now finished. While going through this procedure, I had several times when I needed adjustments, etc. and I was seen promptly. The caring, thoughtfulness and professionalism of Dr. Anthony's whole "team" was awesome. They ALL made me feel like I was part of their "family". I LOVE my new smile!

Fantastic experience: Just had a crown put in. I turned out to be an interesting experience. The high tech stuff nowadays really good. My first crown 20 years ago was a borderline like a "medieval like experience" as compared to to this very recent experience. Painless and quick. Done in 2 weeks. With the 3d scanning and manufacturing of the new crown. The 2nd visit to install the crown was only 14min long. Perfect fit.. bada bing! Good folks!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about 815 Dental Studio. My overwhelmingly positive experience began well in advance of my initial appointment. At the onset of my initial outreach, and as we went through the scheduling process and recording of all of my information such as history, insurance, etc., the staff was a delight to work with. There was a small hiccup when I provided my insurance information, to which I was entirely to blame, and the staff quickly pointed me in the right direction. I believe I had been speaking with Amy - so thank you for all of the help, Amy. I was even provided with an estimate of the cost of services after I was able to provide the correct insurance information. This was a benefit I had not yet encountered in previous dental visits. On the morning of my appointment, I was conveniently provided with a text message reminder - a simple, but useful feature. As I walked in a few minutes ahead of my 7:00 a.m. appointment, I was greeted by a very friendly lady at the front desk and told I would be seen shortly. As many might do, I sat down, looked around at the beautiful office, and quickly pulled out my phone to catch up on emails. Well, the emails would have to wait as it wasn’t 30 seconds after having sat down and I was quickly heading back. As someone who has waited well past so many scheduled appointment times - this was a stark and welcomed contrast. For my particular visit, I had the pleasure of working with Katie. I jokingly brought up my past experience and overall dislike of the x-ray process, but she made this as easy and comfortable as possible. Throughout my appointment, I was truly blown away with how much technology, tools, and resources were utilized for my one visit. It’s so nice to work with an office who not only embraces the use of technology but so clearly invests directly in their practice to ensure their patients receive the highest level of care. My appointment ended as most do with the Dentist coming in to review everything and answer any outstanding questions. My Dentist, Dr. Anthony, was so genuine in her questioning and making sure I was comfortable with everything that had been discussed. I was once again reminded that I had chosen the right office. The city of Rockford, Loves Park, and the surrounding area has so many dental offices to choose from. For someone who is establishing a new relationship with an office and wants to ensure they will be working with a kind, knowledgeable, and genuine staff who utilize best-in-class tools and technology, look no further than 815 Dental Studio. Negative experience: The dentist is never there. I think the last 3 cleanings I've had she was gone traveling, same for my family members. I understand going on mission trips every few years, but shes never there for our appointments. I expect to see the dentist at the dentist. Maybe she should just be a pastor with how frequently she decides to not be a dentist. I dont understand how she can take $ for cleanings etc while not being there. Previous ownership was way better.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at 815 Studio Dental. I was a new patient and started with cleaning. The hygienist was great and gentle. Very professional and nice space. Then I needed a crown. I got a quick appointment and Dr. Anthony was attentive responding to my needs, for example when the first shot of pain killer, I guess Novocain, wasn’t enough she added another dose to make sure there was no pain during the procedure. Raven, her assistant, was friendly and very professional getting all the X-rays and prep done. The crown is in and comfortable, back to chewing away. Definitely recommend the entire staff.

However, after I left I realized the young lady cleaning my teeth had not flossed between them with a dental floss like they have in the past. Maybe they have changed the way they now clean teeth..

I was able to get a follow-up appointment within a couple of days to begin the process of crowning the tooth. The permanent crown arrived sooner than expected, and again, I was able to get another appointment within a couple of days. The permanent crown was of the utmost quality. Paige, the Dental Hygienist, is always so easy to talk to and she really makes you feel comfortable. With having to get multiple fillings and crowns, Dr.Anthony & her assistant Jess, who are an absolute power team by the way, have helped me get over my fear of the dentist. Fantastic experience: I had a routine cleaning appointment with Page yesterday. It went very well. Page is an excellent hygienist. In addition , she is very welcoming and a very sweet young lady. She gave me some instruction on how to better clean my teeth to remove some of the plaque while brushing. I highly recommend Dr Anthony and her wonderful staff. I used to have anxiety about going to the dentist but because of Dr Anthony and her great staff, I no longer fear going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I needed a replacement crown after some decades. Dr. Anthony provided me with a temporary that felt natural and stayed in place for weeks over the holidays until the permanent crown was ready. It fit perfectly after a few minor adjustments and feels like it has always been in there. The color matches my other teeth. I should also mention that there was almost no pain involved in this procedure. Dr. Anthony and staff are quick and efficient.
