Negative experience: I had been a fan of this business, as I was a customer for many years. However, I had a terrible experience at my last appointment and have not returned. I do not plan on ever going back here. I want to be honest, they are capable of doing good work - and I've benefitted from their expertise in the past. I agree with most reviews in regards to the high tech gadgets used in this office that enable them to be better. They have great techs that are awesome to have your cleanings with. The insurance / front room staff in my personal opinion is where they fall short.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Poleski Family Dentistry for the last two years and these last two years have been nothing but amazing. They are very consistent as in being friendly professional being like family. I feel like they have high-end Technology compared to the other Dentists, I have gone to in the past And they have plans that you can buy for the year so you don’t have to worry about anything that’s very reasonable and price. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: After having chemotherapy some of my teeth became brittle and began to break. I walked into my appointment with a broken front tooth, and walked out so happy because it looked so good! And Dr. Poleski and his staff are all so extremely nice!

Negative experience: Asked for a $50 deposit for an upcoming appointment. I gave my credit card info and paid the deposit. The receptionist said i would receive the money back to my card after the appointment. Once the appointment was over Dr Poleski said I would not be getting the deposit back because I had missed an appointment six years prior. Very deceptive and disgusting business practice.

Negative experience: Although I sat in the waiting room 15 minutes while a discussion about the asymmetry of Memorial Day decorations was being held, my insurance info wasn't taken until I was called into the exam area. On my way out is when I was informed that this was an out of network dentist, so I owed money. I fault the insurance company for that, their website is misleading. However there was more than ample time to have checked this prior to my exam beginning, thereby allowing me to understand that I would be charged. But again, the failure of the red, white and blue flags repeating in order was apparently extremely captivating. Upon exiting (and paying) I was told that they would determine the costs associated with the work I needed done and let me know. After a couple weeks, I inquired what was taking so long. I was told that it takes roughly 14 days to get this information. We're now entering the sixth week since my visit. Time to find a dental office that actually wants me as a patient.

Fantastic experience: Excellent practice! Very professional and thorough.

Negative experience: Do not go here at all, poleski is not a trustworthy dentist and he does more damage to his patients teeth than correcting them. My Fiancé had seen poleski for a tooth that needed a root canal but instead of correcting the tooth he had botched the procedure so badly that we had to go to another dentist because my fiancé was in severe pain and when we went to the new dentist he had told us that poleski put the filling so close to the root of the tooth that over time it slowly died, so now my fiancé has a dead tooth stuck in his mouth because of poleskis incompetence and now also needs 2 additional procedures to correct this medical mistake. Again do not go here if you care about your teeth and if you don't want mountains of additional problems because of a dentist who doesn't even deserve his license because he doesn't give a damn about his patients

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Poleski Family Dentistry as long as he's been on route 885. Dr. Poleski and his staff always make you feel welcome and do an excellent job. I just had my 6 month cleaning with Lauren and she does an excellent job.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very friendly and took their time during the appointment. Some places feel like they rush through so they can get to the next patient but it wasn’t the case here. Everything was explained clearly and any questions about cost for things outside of insurance coverage was discussed immediately so there were no surprises.

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with Poleski Family Dentistry. The office was very clean. The staff is so welcoming and friendly from the moment you walk in the door. Going to the dentist can be a bit nerve wracking, but the staff is so nice that it takes away some of the nerves. Shoutout to Lauren for being the best dental hygienist I ever had. She took the time to explain everything she did, and even made friendly conversation to distract you from the cleaning. Dr. Poleski was very polite and had a smile on his face from the moment you met him. He took the time to listen to your concerns and offered multiple suggestions to your concerns. I’m so glad to finally have found a dentist that is so welcoming and gentle. I highly recommend Poleski Family Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: I was having some mouth pain and I haven’t seen a dentist in a long time due to never having dental insurance. I called Dr. Poleski’s office and they were able to fit me in the next day. The lady I spoke with making my appointment was very sweet and his dental assistant was as well. I’ll definitely be back as a continuing client.

Fantastic experience: I am very pleased following my visit to Poleski Family Dentistry this week. From the absolute angel who scheduled an emergency appointment for me, to the sweet technician who greeted me and took X-rays, to Dr. Poleski himself who gently explained my tooth situation, I felt very, very cared for. I arrived feeling stressed (there were a few tears), but by the time I left, things were much different. Dr. Poleski patiently answered all of my questions and sent me on my way with a treatment plan that made sense to me. I am grateful to be a patient at this practice. Everyone is so kind. They just want to help!

Fantastic experience: I arrived 20 minutes early and was taken in for a checkup and cleaning right away. Melissa did a great job on my cleaning and x-rays. Dr Ken caught something on the xrays that may need attention in the near future. Great visit.

Fantastic experience: My dentist visit was great! I was taken back right at my appointment time, and after getting my X-rays taken, I had a relaxing teeth-cleaning done expertly by my hygienist. Dr. Poleski came in to review the results of my X-rays and my gum recession report with me, and then I was on my way. See you in six months!

Negative experience: The doctor and hygienist were nice and professional. However, I called as a new patient and they assured me that they were in network. I received a bill over $300 for my routine visit which should have been covered at 100% (I checked) to be told that when they submitted to the insurance that I was out of network. They made a mistake on their end, but weren’t willing to take ownership or discount the bill. If they told me I was out of network upfront, I would have never scheduled the appointment to begin with.

Fantastic experience: My visit was not typical. It was a consultation in preparation for a sleep dental device. I received good news & can move forward with the sleep device. I was pleased to hear that Dr Poleski does not arbitrarily remove ‘silver’ fillings & instead only addresses them when necessary!
