Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr. Sanchez enough. From start to finish, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism, kindness, and compassion. What stood out most was how warm, approachable, and completely nonjudgmental he was. I had a problematic tooth for a long time and was reluctant to seek treatment, but he immediately made me feel comfortable while thoroughly explaining every step of the process. He answered all of my questions and made me feel supported and at ease throughout my care. If you are looking for an endodontist you can truly trust, I would recommend Dr. Sanchez over and over again. It is truly a pleasure to be his patient, and I am incredibly grateful for the care I received. And the office is really pretty.

Fantastic experience: The entire team is amazing. I needed a root canal and they got me in a week past my consult ! The procedure took just under an hour and Dr. Sanchez was amazing with making sure I was comfortable and talked me through each step. The anxiety I had going into the procedure was gone as soon as I was in the chair. I genuinely couldn’t have had a better experience and I have had no discomfort or pain post root canal whatsoever.

Fantastic experience: We had an excellent experience at East Endodontic dental specialists. My 8 year old son broke a bottom front tooth and the root was exposed. Dr Christopher Joubert explained the procedure step by step and was very meticulous with his work. He was calm and very kind with my son. His front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and so were his dental assistants/technicians. East Endodontic Dental specialists made a good experience out of an unfortunate situation.

Fantastic experience: I had severe root sensitivity and pain in my upper left 2 molar. My regular dentist referred me to this practice to perform a root canal procedure and it could not have gone better. Dr. Joubert was extremely caring and thorough and got me through the procedure with no pain. He explained everything he would be doing prior to starting and I felt it went extremely well. With 2 infected teeth from old root canal n a whole lot of pain n my unwillingness to get treated led me to East Endonontics because they were in my insurance plan. What a gift it was to go there n be treated quickly,kindly n gentle. Dr Joubery is a master In his graft. I have ever been so put at ease by the staff n Dr Joubery, his demeanor n self confidence in being able to help me n relieve me of my pain. His quite nature n soft voice in discussing my teeth issue put me at total ease in what the procedure would be like. Fantastic experience: This was my second root canal at East Endodontic. I have seen both Dr. Joubert and Dr. Sanchez. On each occasion there was some immediacy due to infections. Both times, the practice got me in quickly for an evaluation, antibiotic therapy and procedure. Both procedures were pain free and without any complication. The office staff couldn’t be more polite and professional, to include handling all of the insurance paperwork. While I prefer not to need their services again, I’m glad to know they will be there.

Fantastic experience: First experience of a root canal and everyone tells horror stories of their experiences, so I was walking in with some hesitancy, well much to my surprise the whole experience was painless and very uneventful. Well I had to state my surprise to everyone and was then patiently explained to about how the practice specializes in such procedures, and the results for myself are a perfect example, from the front desk to the dentist and staff I would recommend this office to everyone.

Negative experience: Reception is NASTY. Could reschedule an appointment 2 weeks out for a vacation but can’t give a patient 30 minutes for unseen traffic. Also asked them to get prior authorization for needed services NEVER followed up. Don’t go here. Dentist is great. Office staff needs training on customer service. Edit: We did request a call back from the dentist to discuss once when the receptionist was rude & regarding prior authorization. No one contacted us to date. This has nothing to do with privacy or disappointment at rescheduling-we worked with you when 2 weeks was needed for a vacation-we were not rude or mean to you. The way this office treated us-when we had an unexpected delay was straight up rude & uncalled for. We tried to discuss this with your office. You have yet to return correspondence.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sanchez and his staff were fantastic. I was pretty nervous. But they were very kind and patient with me. No one wants to get a root canal but you have to get one, get it done here.

Negative experience: Shocked and saddened that in order for me to get a root canal I must 1st pay 375.00 out of pocket for a 3d scan of a tooth that needs a root canal. My insurance doesn’t cover this scan and perhaps rightly so? I have had 4 root canals done with no issue without a 3d scan and I am fine, the teeth are fine. My dentist referred me to them and I have to call them and my insurance company to ask the Why. Why is this Dr asking to scan my tooth and why you’re not covering it and how does a person on a budget ever afford dental care when you care when you charge so much for a scan? You won’t give me a root canal without it- ……

Fantastic experience: I had a root canal 4 weeks ago. I was scared but this was a great experience all the way around. The front office was very professional. They responded to all my emails quickly and called me back to confirm insurance coverage and was able to get me in on a cancellation. They had a very personal touch. The office is state of the art. They use a laser to help seal the canal. I felt like they were able to give me the best possible chance for my root canal to succeed. The doctor was professional and very kind. It seemed like he knew I was in a lot of pain and he did his best to make sure he did the best job possible to help me. The office called the next day to see how I was doing and set me up for a 6 month follow up. I would definitely recommend this establishment if you need this kind of service.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful experience at East Endodontics. X rays and treatment took less than an hour, and Dr. Sanchez and the staff were all super accommodating. If you have a fear of getting dental work done, I would highly recommend this office. They will get your work done as quickly and painlessly as possible!

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank this entire practice for seeing me so quickly for tooth pain. Cindy scheduled me right away and had me see the dentist asap. Extremely professional and went out of their way to help me. Then when I found out it was a wisdom tooth that had to be pulled out, they called next door and got me an appointment within 5 min so that it could be done. Fantastic experience: OMG!! I was always terrified about surgery on the teeth, anesthesia etc… my teeth cracked and I did my first root canal! He explained everything first and foremost to my daughter, but also continued to let us be a support to her and checked in with us during both the consult and procedure. He was efficient and professional and everything went exactly as expected. Most importantly- she had no pain at all after and it’s like a distant memory just 24 hours later. Fantastic experience: I have nothing but good things to say about the care I received at East Endodontic Dental Specialists. Dr. Sanchez took the time to ensure I understood the scope of the care options I had, pros and cons, percentage chances of successes and failures for each option, what he would opt for if it was his tooth…as for my procedure, he assuaged my anxiety by explaining every sensation, smell, taste, etc I would experience before it happened while he was working. If the most uncomfortable part of a dental visit is the latex smell, the provider is 1000% doing something right. I highly recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience In this office. The office staff Is extremely friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. After hearing horror stories from others about having root canals done, I am glad I found this office and Dr. Sanchez for my first root canal. Dr. Sanchez was very thorough and spent a lot of time going over x-rays and explaining in depth why and how the procedure was going to go. He definitely makes sure before, during, and after the procedure that you are comfortable. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend East Endodontic Dental and am glad that I was referred there. Cindy worked out all the insurance details before I entered the office and was very pleasant. The place is immaculate. Dr. Sanchez is a master at his craft and a very caring professional. He carefully explained my options and everything he did during the root canal before proceeding. Advised me I would need a simple filling when the first dentist I saw was ready to give me a root canal. Fantastic experience: I’ve never had an experience quite like the one I had at this office. When making the appointment and leading up to it, everything was very easy and the person on the phone was very helpful and informative. I was early to my appointment and was barely able to sit before I was brought in. Everyone I experienced was very kind and professional. My scans were done quickly and the doctor was very thorough. We went over everything in great detail so I understood all of my options and picked the one that was best for me. He was approachable and kind. He was able to do 1 of the 2 procedures I need done that day, and getting it done was so easy. They even called me next day to check in. I’m actually looking forward to going back for my second one, and who can really say that about going to an endodontist? HIGHLY recommend this office, they were nothing short of amazing.

Fantastic experience: My 16 yr old needed a root canal on a permanent molar that was decayed. He has not had much dental work, so I was a little anxious for him. Dr. Sanchez very thoroughly explained to my son the procedure. It was painless and my son even got a kick out of seeing his nerve tissue on the instrument. The office was very clean and I got greeted right away. They prepared me for the visit by telling me everything I needed via email and with a phone call. All the dental assistants were so kind and friendly. Dr. Sanchez himself was professional and helpful. He explained everything to me in such detail. His bedside manner was phenomenal. He was extremely honest with me about my dental situation. This was a situation I believe any greedy doctor would have taken advantage of me. However he remained ethical to the oath that he made as a medical professional and educated me on my situation instead of just conducting an evasive procedure. While at the front desk, Cindy informed me on my insurance coverage and emailed me the receipt. I’m very grateful for this practice.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Dr. Sanchez was nothing but amazing. Not only was Dr. Sanchez extremely proficient, but he was kind and professional. I was blown away with the high end technology including the microscope, lasers, and 3D CT scan machine- so cool! With him and his assistant (I didn’t catch her name.) which she was also a pleasure, They were able save my tooth. 10/10 they made the procedure very painless and we’re good at explaining everything. Fantastic experience: Dr Joubert was amazing with my 90 year old father’s root canal procedure. My dad has a very low pain threshold and hates any procedure with needles. Dr Joubert was so gentle and reassuring that my dad said he did not feel a thing despite the pretty large numbing needle and all the instruments in his mouth! He said he almost fell asleep in the chair! And afterwards, no pain at all! Overall the experience was truly amazing! The office is spotless and comfortable and everyone who works there is wonderful! My first visit with Dr. Joubert was professional and he was very knowledgeable and confident that he can help my situation! He calmed my nerves by this and I was able to get in 2 days later for root canal. The day of they were waiting to take care of me! He was calm and assured me I’m in good hands! Honestly it was a very pleasant experience, I actually fell asleep lol I’m numb now and I’m sure I’ll have some discomfort, but no more pain and infection! Fantastic experience: I was referred to East Endodontic Dental Specialists by my dentist after an extended period of time in which I was experiencing pain in a bottom molar. I was able to obtain an appointment very quickly for a consultation and underwent a root canal procedure two day later. The office staff is very friendly and efficient.The wait time to see Dr. Sanchez was short and close to my appointment time.The clinical services that I received for the consultation and procedure were outstanding. During the root canal Dr. Sanchez constantly checked my comfort level and explained each step of the procedure with the assistance of his assistant. It should be noted after three years and seeing multiple specialists he was able diagnose and remediate the issue. I highly recommend this practice without any reservation.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Joubert is EXCEPTIONAL at making his patients feel at ease with his calm nature and professional demeanor helping to make the whole root canal process seem like “a walk in the park”. I underwent my first root canal yesterday and the whole process has been incredibly painless. I felt no pain during the procedure and have had no pain or discomfort as I’m healing. Cindy at the front desk is simply amazing and she listened attentively to the discomfort/sensitively I was feeling when I initially called and she was able to fit me in within 24 hrs due to a cancellation. Fantastic experience: Dr. Alex Sanchez is an amazing dentist and person! So kind, friendly, caring, knowledgeable and professional, and he took his time with me and didn't rush, like some other health care professionals that I've been too. Super clean office, high tech equipment, and the office staff/dentist were nice enough to get me there the same day in an emergency. I'm glad I ended up not needing a root canal, but if I ever do, I'm going to him, no one else ! 10 out of 10 for Dr. Sanchez ! Can't say enough good things about him (I was there 9 days ago...)

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sanchez and his staff are the most warm and welcoming dental staff I have ever experienced. He explained my x-rays so thoroughly without missing a beat. Explained what needed to be done and possible alternatives. Allowed me to choice the path for me. Even after I mistakenly waited to have my work done (tooth pain became unbearable), he fit me in as soon as he could to get the work done. His staff were so sweet and helped me remain calm and relaxed. I loved that he explained everything during the procedure and made sure I was comfortable before moving forward.
