Fantastic experience: Haley is a superstar dental hygienist! I have very sensitive gums, and she’s the most gentle I know of! Dr. Norman is also best dentist ever!

I am pleased with the professionalism and the amount of time that the dentist and her dental assistant/tech Spent explaining the procedure and treatment options. Kingwood Dental is a very modern dental practice. I was able to view the photos taken during the procedure with the hygienist and dentist prior to leaving. The reception staff is great, very organized, and cheerful.

She was polite, explained what she was doing every step of the way, and answered any questions I had. I also saw Dr. Norman and had the same experience!

Negative experience: Say insurance is covering the bill and at the end, charge you a few hundred dollars….

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Staci Norman yesterday. First of all, I would like to greatly commend her staff. The front desk was friendly and Brandy, my dental assistant, was so personable and put me at ease immediately. She now knows 1/2 of my life story....LOL. Dr. Norman was very cordial, professional and addressed every issue that I had with kindness and compassion. I cannot say enough about the quality of care and professionalism that was so graciously extended. My heartfelt thanks to Dr. Norman and staff!

Fantastic experience: I have sensitive teeth. Today my cleaning was pain free. The lady that cleaned them was very attentive to my comfort. I am very grateful.

Positive experience: Fleur is awesome! I always see her! The dentists are super nice and I have built a trust for their guidance in my care. Not happy with the billing aspect of this place though. If your claim is denied, they won’t work with the insurance. They just flat out bill you and you have to talk to your insurance and get them to reprocess your claims. Also, I’m disappointed that they upped their charges. They now want to charge me a very small amount for what my insurance won’t cover out of what they billed the insurance for a standard covered cleaning. The checkout lady lacks compassion and empathy.
