Fall Creek Family Dental

Negative experience: They told me that my child needed a root canal. His PCP suggested getting a second opinion and sure enough they were wrong. They have a ridiculous policy that says they cannot do a simple cleaning without also doing x-rays. This place is obviously only interested in making money more than exposing patients to unnecessary treatments. I do not recommend Fall Creek Dental

Fantastic experience: This Dentist has the best staff out of anywhere you'll go. If you are a returning client they greet you by name when you walk in, and they are quick to get you to the back once you arrive. They are great at managing discomfort and keep a relaxing atmosphere that makes cleanings and other dental work feel quick and stress free. I live nearby and prefer early appointments they remember and will call me if an earlier appointment opens up on the same day. This is the best dental office you will find!

The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, especially as a new patient, which I truly appreciated. The cleaning was absolutely amazing—I felt no discomfort at all, and the dental hygienist was so gentle and thoughtful, checking in with me several times throughout the visit. I will definitely be coming back and will be recommending this office to my family.

Negative experience: Tried to charge me $150 co pay for a cleaning, with dental insurance. I walked right out, I’ve had imaging, treatment for cavities, and a cleaning done for cheaper at my old dentist. Be careful!!!!

I have came to this office since my son was 6 months he is now 11 years old. Dr. Bernal had always been good with them. Dr. Bernal and Jasmin form a great team together!!!!! They are my favorite, no matter how my 9 year old behaves they get the job down. My 9 year old is a very complicated child but they always find a way with her. They are so patient and caring. There's no other place I would go to get my kids dental work. They honestly make you feel comfortable. I love this dental office. Thank you so much for your care and patience!!!!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely blown away by the staff’s willingness to help in a tight spot. Lost a crown while in town visiting. Not only were they incredibly prompt to provide care (I left a message late Friday night, and they called me back first thing Saturday morning, immediately squeezing me in), but they were super knowledgeable and helpful with my insurance. Also, even if my insurance hadn’t covered it, their rates were very affordable. All in all: kind and excellent staff, prompt and attentive care, and affordable service. I think I got really lucky with my desperate Google search for available clinics!

They explained the work plan going forward in the way I could understand and laid out all pricing options for me to see. They took the time to make sure everything fit, was comfortable and was to my liking. Very professional, very personable.

Fantastic experience: I had a new hygienist today. Her name is Jana. She is so personable, kind, gentle and professional! She walked me through the entire process and took any fear that I could possibly have. And to top it all, she listens to my favorite radio station KSBJ! Dr. Bernal, of course, is the BEST dentist ever!!! She checks the health of my gums, tongue, mouth and goes over my x-rays and walks me through any concerns. She always gives me sound advice on how to care for my mouth. The front office staff is very welcoming. Her office manager Tiffany is fabulous. She checks in with you when you arrive and when you’re leaving. Just to make sure ALL is well. Why drive to the Medical Center when Humble, Texas has the best dentist (and staff) ever!!!

Fantastic experience: Was referred by my brother Noah since I was looking for a new dentist a few years ago. Loved it ever since. Affordable, thorough cleanings, treat you like family. My 3 year old daughter threw a tantrum because her brother was getting his routine cleaning. Her cleaning wasn’t due yet. The Dr. was so happy to see a kiddo wanting their teeth cleaned, she had a member of staff clean her teeth. Easy to talk to, easy to work with.
