3 months ago Negative experience: I have been going here ever since I was practically a baby. which is why I’m upset and super uncomfortable writing this. I came in at my 9 am routine cleaning appointment with a male doctor I’ve never seen before. as he is checking my teeth, he is asking me uncomfortable questions like “are you single, married, have kids?” As he is touching my shoulders multiple times, super super close to me becoming unprofessional. he talks about my age multiple times as well. Mind you, I am under 20 years old. I am super disappointed and uncomfortable. please be safe and I hope progressive dental can fix this situation.

6 months ago Positive experience: For the most part the staff were very friendly. The only reason I’m leaving three stars is because the front office made several mistakes when it came to setting up the appointment and even after we fixed it twice they still messed up again by using my number as my children’s dad. They first put my children’s dads appointment as one of my kids after they asked him who recommended him to them then they messed up phone numbers and addresses after fixing it twice. Then third mistake is they still didn’t fix the phone number also charged him for the wrong tooth so he had to drive back and have it fixed. The staff were nice but they all seemed lost.

6 months ago Positive experience: Dentist is always pleasant but the wait times are kind of crazy. My daughter doesn’t even get called back until 30 minutes after her appointment time.

As an adult, i do not do well with dental work, but these guys know what they are doing. They are flexible, rooms equipped with TV’s during procedures, kid friendly, etc…5/5 easy

Sorry Mr. Roger, I spoke to you on the phone, telling you a starting price. We recommend additional treatment. That is why it was a different price after the Dr. examined you. We do apologize for the misunderstanding. . If you could please give us a call so we can go over with your treatment plan once again.

The only reasons we reschedule appointments would be if the Drs. are sick, unable to see you at that time, or us being available to see the patient earlier due to a previous patient cancellation. Dr Chung and his assistant were great. Once I was done the ladies in the front got me scheduled for my next appointment for a cleaning. Love coming here. They are the best.

1 year ago Fantastic experience: We drive an hour or so just to come to Progressive Dental at New Caney. The doctor and staff members are exceptional. Yesterday for instance I have a procedure done. I was offered a blanket to cover my legs cause the nurse saw me I was cold. The doctor was fantastic. Usually I see Dr. Silva, however, this time it's was a male doctor. He took his time and did not rush to get my procedure done. He was gentle and always checking to see if I was uncomfortable.
