Fantastic experience: My family has been going to Grangerland Dental since 2/26 between orthodontics and lots of dental work this team has been amazing getting us in and making sure we are taken care of and things are done right. Diana, Taylor and Klarey have been so kind and patient.

Negative experience: We have been using this location for about 4 years now. There seems to be a new dentist every time I visit. However the office staff was kind, friendly and professional. Within the last year there is a entire new office staff and the are horrible. This becomes apparent with the billing. We have been trying to contact them for several months to ask for clarification on our EOB as what we were charged (about 800). I went in person a couple times and was told I needed to wait for it all to settle and may take a few months. Months later I get a bill for $64. No one can tell me why. They sent an itemized billing and it is missing a payment I made. Several calls and emails were have been ignored. We went in person to speak to the manager yesterday who claims never to have got it and yet when the email was sent in the office she got it . We were told we would get a response by the end of day. This never happened. To top all of this off this is for our son. Since he is no 19 they said they couldn't talk to us due to HIPPA we understand this but we helped him filled out his paperwork and know we are on the person who they are allowed to talk to on his account. The front office staff told us that they dont anything that will allow us to talk to them about my kids account. They didn't have any issues talking to us about his account when we had to pay.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at the office was friendly and made sure I felt comfortable. They walked me through my treatment plan and costs in a way that was comforting and understanding, and even walked through the financial aid programs they offered. It was nice to feel heard and understood, for once, at a dentist.

Fantastic experience: came to this office for a second opinion after receiving a treatment plan from another dental office that involved a significant amount of dental work. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel completely comfortable. The staff reassured me that they would help me find the best option for my needs, and in the end, I received exactly the option I was hoping for. I’m so thankful I came here for a second opinion! I’ve found my new dental home and will be using this office for my dental care moving forward, as well as for my entire family. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Our family has had such a wonderful experience with this office. All of my kids are seen by Dr. Patel, Klancy, Taylor and Frieda, and I can't say enough good things about the care they provide. They are always kind, patient, and incredibly gentle with my children. My oldest is autistic, and they have gone above and beyond to make every visit as comfortable and stress-free as possible. They take the time to explain what they're doing, never rush, and truly meet each child where they are. Their compassion and understanding have made a world of difference for our family. The entire team creates such a welcoming and positive environment, and my kids actually feel comfortable going to the dentist because of them. We're so grateful to have found a dental office that genuinely cares about their patients. I highly recommend them to any family, especially those with children who may need a little extra patience and understanding.

Negative experience: BEWARE !!! Be sure to double check your bills and explanation of benefits if you have insurance. This place is not a real dental office all they care about is money and over charging . After paying over $800 + out of pocket for a deep teeth cleaning and cavities to be filled I reviewed my EOB . This was a year after mind you because I went back the next year for my annual and was told I had to pay out of pocket again for something and it was like $200 for one thing and maybe $2000 for wisdom teeth extraction. . Before paying I decided to get a second opinion and found out I did not have as many cavities as said and so I got a third option to confirm the doctor was just doing the most . So because of those blatant lies I decided to look at how much I was charged and why and that’s when I discovered I had credit on my account because the Eob said my out of pocket was only $500 something . So I went to the office to confront them and ask if I had a credit balance . Which she said I had almost $300 they owed me . I then asked why I was NEVER made aware of this and why did they even ask for more money when they owed me that . I asked for my documents which I received and X-rays and told them I found a new dentist . The receptionist has the nerve to ask me why I was changing and I told her I value integrity because if I didn’t ask about it were you going to keep it , it had been over a year . So they claimed corporate was in charge of refunds and they would reach out . This was in March 2026 and I still have not heard from corporate or received a refund.

Fantastic experience: Dr. "Painless" Patel lived up to his nickname. I did not feel a thing for a crown procedure. Tiffany and Dianna were great explaining what they were doing and making sure I was comfortable. I would highly recommend them. Dr Patel and Dianna did another excellent job installing my permanent crown.

He went over my options and my concerns about getting dentures. I had 8 teeth removed and didn't feel a thing through the whole procedure. He was quick and thorough. Everyone exceeded my expectations. I won't be going anywhere else Highly recommend!!

Negative experience: The worst experience in our lives! Grangerland Dental is a scam! I am currently trying to get our dental records since January 2026. They have not sent them as of today to my new dentist. Unless you are extremely wealthy don't bother!

Positive experience: Everything was great but don't like that the pediatric dentist only comes once a month so it kinda makes me wish there was just a pediatric dentist only nearby that is in my network. I think the pd I tried in New Caney that was in my network said that they actually don't take my insurance. So I chose here & they are great with my kids & give them little prizes & tokens to pick prizes/treasures which the kids love but wouldn't mind if there was a more kid specific area in either the waiting room or in the exam rooms or both but otherwise great experience compared to other dentist I tried once before & said never again! But I've also been 2 at least 2 other places (not near here) that my kids & I all absolutely loved, so I feel like this is in the middle of all pediatric dentists/family dentists that I've had to try over the years.

Fantastic experience: I was in a lot of pain. I needed some relief Bre at the front desk was able to get me seen right away. Yaneth brought me back and was very considerate of the pain I was in and took the exam slow and was very gentle. Dr. Patel was also very careful. He was very very informative about my possible diagnosis and treatments. I was able to choose the treatment that worked for me and they were able to get me taken care of that day. While prepping my teeth for the crowns, Dr Patel discovered the cause of my pain, a fractured tooth (I grind at night). The procedure went very smoothly and Yaneth did great work at making my temporary crowns. Finally, Dani was able to get my treatment plan worked so it fit my budget. This is a great team and I will definitely be back to see them. They will take care of you!

Fantastic experience: The staff is great! They are all very nice and patient with my daughter which is one of the main reasons why we switched to Gangerland Dental. Miss Dani was very helpful and provided all the information needed during our last visit.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in the office everyone was so awesome..I hate the dentist but Granderland Family Dental made the experience wonderful..Dr. Rossi was the best dentist I have ever met..he made sure I was comfortable he took his time with the procedure..I am really happy with the service him and his staff provided..I don’t know how everyone doesn’t go to them! Fantastic experience: My 7 year old son said that he had a great visit. He told me they listened to him when he said the x-ray hurt. They took the red thing off and it felt so much better. They came out and talked to me, told me what they were going to do, explained the treatment and being a retired hygienist I felt they did great too.

Positive experience: The office staff and hygienist were superb -- friendly, attentive and professional. Dr. Patel -- not so much. He walked in the room, didn't introduce himself (1st time we met), didn't ask if I had any concerns or questions, but only told me I had no cavities. He started to leave, but I initiated a hand shake; he didn't say anything, but just walked out. I have a pin for an implant and he didn't even ask if I had a dentist in mind to put the crown on. He missed an opportunity for additional business. I will be looking elsewhere for crownwork now. I sure miss Dr. Rossi!!

From the moment we walked in we were welcomed with a smile from Danni at the front desk. The young lady who did our x-rays was very sweet and professional. We absolutely loved the Hygienist Laurie. She explained everything clearly after determining what kind of cleaning we needed. We then met the Dentist. He went over our x-rays in great detail. It was a great experience, again I would highly recommend this practice.

Negative experience: this place is careless , im gonna try to get my kids out of here as soon as i can my daughter has a scheduled procedure , yesterday she woke up with extreme tooth , i took 3 hrs to get a hold of someone to attempt to move her procedure sooner , they explained that the specialist is only available once a month , so i kept my daughters appointment however i still let them know i need an appointment for pain management for her tooth until the appointment , mind you this tooth could be infected and they do not care , the lady can barely speak english i can barely understand what she says , she tells me if i want an appointment she can look at another location , then proceeds to say oh well were close but we can get back to you , i was so frustrated , i hung up , this is a horrible experience and i will be reporting them .

Negative experience: This location and staff lack communication skills. … customer service could be better. my hygienist was nice… thats about it. I would not recommend anyone to go to this location. This location will not return phone calls, emails or text in regards to payment information or just information in general, i can never get a hold of a person in office. When i do leave a voicemail (morning time) they return my call 10mins before they close knowing they wont be able to help. I could go on about my issues with this location. JUST BEWARE!

Negative experience: I unfortunately wouldn’t recommend this place. I came in for a routine visit and was told I need a list of costly services after just taking X-rays, but they would not perform the cleaning so I left without receiving the service that I originally made the appointment for. The dentist came off as very passive aggressive after asking for more information about the recommended services. I was already being talked to about prices before even knowing the basics of what they were recommending me. They seem knowledgeable but they may be more concerned with profit than patient health. I am glad I made a second-opinion appointment at another dentist office in the area. They were much more kind and informative and confirmed I didn’t actually need any of the services recommended by this office. They also did a much more thorough exam with detailed information given to me during each step. The findings and data that were told to me by Grangerland Dental to justify why I needed the multiple services they were offering me did not at all match up with the second-opinion exam that I had done. So, if you visit this office and are told some shocking news and recommended a list of costly services I would highly recommend seeking a second opinion like I did.

Fantastic experience: This office is Amazing. I absolutely hate the Dentist but the Dr made it very easy and comfortable for me. Dani at the front desk is the most INCREDIBLE woman in the world! She was great with both myself and my Husband and we are NOT easy! I will continue to recommend Dani and her team every time!!!

Fantastic experience: The customer service was great. Will definitely be going back as I just recently moved here and needed a new Dentist for my kids. They’re wonderful and have great customer service. My kiddos really enjoy going there for their dental treatments.

Negative experience: They never answer their phone. It goes to an answering service, no matter what time you call, who gets the office your message and then the office starts emailing instead of picking up the phone and calling you so you can speak to an actual person at the dental office. Ugh!

Negative experience: Had appointment schedule for today Dec 9 at 1pm. I received a text message on Dec 9 at 11:30am saying my appointment was moved to a different day. No reason nothing just moved it. When I called no appointment showed on the books. They asked me all the info and put me on hold. Came back and all of a sudden the appointment was on the books. CANCEL and don't call back.

Negative experience: Today was the worst dental experience I've ever had. This dentist should not be in practice, ESPECIALLY with children. My 7 year old needed a tooth pulled, and instead of the dentist being patient and working with my nervous child, he decided to get rough and toss my son around while ripping teeth out with no sort of medication for numbing. And then tried numbing AFTER pulling out his teeth. After I stood up the dentist then told me to leave the room, which i did not, because if he os going to treat my child that way infront of me, there is no telling what goes on when parents are not in the room. This dentist will never work on either of my kids again. I am disgusted.

Yesterday and today, I brought my mother in for a long-overdue dental appointment, and I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism of the staff. Maria, Janet, the dental hygienist and a gentleman who assisted us on the first day (unfortunately, I didn’t catch their names) provided exceptional service. Maria and Janet were consistent in their care, even stopping by on the second day to greet us warmly, particularly my mother, which was a thoughtful touch. Dr. Omar was outstanding—his energy, passion, and genuine enthusiasm for his work were evident. He explained the procedures clearly and directly, ensuring we felt comfortable throughout the visit. I plan to bring my father and brother in next for their appointments based on this positive experience. It’s refreshing to be treated with such kindness and professionalism. The only downside is that the smoke from the shop next door is quite noticeable in the lobby area, which may be uncomfortable for those sensitive to it. Negative experience: Went for a first time client. They were running late and only took me in after over an hour of waiting. Dentist saw me for less than a minute told me my tonsils are huge and that was it. Suggested a cleaning and when I asked how much the cleaning was going to be the secretary said $450 with insurance. I called my insurance to see why it was so much they said it should be $5 and when I tried reaching out to the clinic by phone or email I never got back. A couple times the answering service called me to book appointment for the clinic where I explained again the situation and they said the office will call me and of course no one did. So do yourself a favor and don’t chose this clinic as your dental clinic
