Fantastic experience: I walked in after having a sleepless night due to the severe pain I was experiencing due to my wisdom tooth being cracked and in need of extraction . I called and couldn’t get the help I needed at their Duluth office so they referred me to their cumming office and I was seen instantly . After going through their easy payment plan system , I was able to get a 700$ procedure done for about 200$ and the rest spread over six months. Three hours later , I’m a brand new person and the pain is gone . Very professional , kind , hospitable. 10/10 5 stars 100% satisfaction Very capable staff . Overall excellent experience especially considering the circumstances.

Fantastic experience: I don’t leave reviews very often, but this office truly deserves one. Finding a dentist when you don’t have dental insurance can be stressful. As a hairstylist, I don’t have dental benefits through work, so every appointment comes out of my own pocket. I spent a lot of time looking for a place that actually cared about my health and not just my wallet, and I’m so glad I found . From the front desk to the hygienist to dentist everyone has made me feel welcome from day one. The receptionist always takes the time to explain costs and treatment options without making me feel pressured or embarrassed. If something isn’t in my budget right away, they help me come up with a plan that makes sense instead of pushing unnecessary work. Hygienists are so kind and reassuring, and Dr. Kadiveti is genuinely one of the most compassionate dentists I’ve met. He always lets me know what to expect, checks to make sure I’m okay, and even apologizes before something might be uncomfortable. Those little things make such a big difference. You can tell this office truly cares about their patients. The staff has stayed the same since I started coming here, and they feel like a family. Going to the dentist isn’t exactly something people look forward to, but I honestly don’t mind coming here because I know I’m in good hands. If you’re looking for a dental office that is honest, caring, and willing to work with you. Especially if you don’t have insurance…I can’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: My first visit unfortunately was an Emergency visit, but I am so thankful I went to Cumming Dental Smiles. They were very friendly and helpful and compassionate. Fantastic experience: Honestly the best experience I've ever had at a dentist office. I was in pain and needed an emergency root canal. I called my regular dentist but he could not even ge me in for an exam for 10 days. Cumming Dental Smiles was able to see me in just a couple hours on the same day. They diagnosed the problem, and took the time to explain it very clearly. They were not able to perform the procedure at their office on such short notice, but they called other offices until they found a dentist in my insurance network that could help me the next day, which I was extremely grateful for. 15 minutes after I left the office they called and said they kept looking and found someone that could do the work on the same day 3 hours later, the procedure was complete and I was back at home recovering. Cumming Dental will now be my families dentist. If you are looking for a compassionate staff and knowledgeable doctors that you can trust, I give Cumming Dental on Buford Highway my highest recommendation.

Fantastic experience: After being shuffled around by several dental practices and watching my insurance disappear without any real progress, I came across a community thread where Cumming Dental Smiles was being highly and frequently recommended. I decided to give them a try and it was a game changer for me. From my very first experience with Cynthia, I could tell that this practice was different. It feels like a family and they make you feel like you are a part of it. Dr. Kadiveti and his team are truly amazing. I had multiple teeth needing root canals/crowns and extractions/implants and Dr. K confidently came up with a very clear treatment plan, which he thoroughly explained to me. They offer several financing options and the prices are far more reasonable than any other quotes I received. I was someone who hated going to the dentist and generally mistrusted the profession as a whole due to minimal insurance coverage available and soaring costs for treatment. I also experienced a lot of anxiety as a result of previous procedures. Yesterday morning, I had a root canal performed by Dr. Kadiveti and I literally fell asleep for most of the procedure with no anesthesia or nitrous!!! Last night, there was zero pain, discomfort or really any indicators at all that I had a root canal done. Meeting Dr. Kadiveti and becoming a patient at Cumming Dental Smiles has changed everything for me, and I will never go anywhere else. I have had some negative experiences in the past, but I am actually excited about my treatment and fully trust that I am in the very best of hands. So, to Dr. Kadiveti and the whole team at Cumming Dental Smiles, thank you from the bottom of my heart for creating such a positive dental experience for me and for the caring way that you have supported me as your new patient! I highly recommend this practice!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kadiveti and his assistant was hands down the best. He welcomed my brother with open arms and never judged him. His main concern was getting the bad teeth out and relieving his pain, and he did exactly that. He also checked on him constantly to make sure he was doing okay. The two sweet ladies at the front desk were incredibly welcoming and pleasant. They made our first visit so smooth, especially since we didn’t know what to expect because we had never been to this office before. I was nervous walking in, but they were so friendly and even checked on me, even though I wasn’t the patient. Fantastic experience: They are nice people, front desk(Cynthia) is so helpful in understanding the situation and patiently explaining the detail as much as you want. Dr Venkat took very good care of my situation, he took lot of time just to understand the problem itself, and showed that he wanted to fix the problem.
