Day of cleaning I got a call if you come in nor (1:30 earlier) we can get both done Office staff, the dental technicians and Dr Cho were all helpful and attentive working around an issue I’m having with a bone spur sticking into my throat. Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient at New City Dental Associates for 5 years now and I would not go anywhere else when it comes to my dental hygiene and care. The staff here is always friendly, knowledgeable and always very professional. Dr. Cho has performed already various dental procedures always with great and very pleasing outcome, and Daniela, her Hygienist does great, gentle and very thorough teeth cleanings.

Negative experience: Quality local office that can be utilized for your typical dental needs such as: - BASIC dental exams - cleanings - fillings DO NOT: use for orthodontic procedures. AWFUL experience with Invisalign. In my opinion, the lack of knowledge & understanding in the process was incredibly alarming. Dr. Cho lacks the ability in: - aligning teeth - correcting bite issues - duration of the process DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

She set me up with an appointment to have it fixed. I got home a little while ago with a temporary cap. The whole procedure was totally painless.. Fantastic experience: Extremely covid protected environment, kind staff and excellent dentist in Dr. Cho who explained what I needed and how the process would unfold as well as the expected cost. Excellent! October 8, 2021 Today Dr. Alan Pernikoff , an associate of Dr.Cho’s, did an implant. He is very skilled and even though it is an intense procedure, I had very little bleeding and no need for pain killers the next day. His assistant was very attentive and focused on my comfort. Dr.Cho was on hand to greet me as was Natalie, in the office-always a friendly face. Excellent Covid safety measures as always. Another 4 Star visit!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Cho and her staff were immediately attentive to me when my crown unexpectedly fell out while eating. They responded to my evening call immediately even though the office was closed. Dr. Cho personally called me herself even though she was out of the country. She returned 2 days later and fixed my crown at 8am so I didn’t have to miss any work. Everyone there is always so pleasant and accommodating.

Fantastic experience: Having notified the staff, that I had lost an existing filling, I had been given an expedited appointment. Dr. Cho acknowledged the lost filling, plus an additional (small) neighboring cavity. A numbing injection and some normal, but, efficient dental procedure was performed. Before I knew it, my procedure was completed and I was on my way. Dr. Cho and her entire staff provide a relaxing and safe dental experience. I know, I picked the right dental outfit, for all my dental needs.

Positive experience: The office is always very clean and the staff very friendly. My original appointment was for 3:40 and I was called to come in earlier 3:20 which was fine however I waited and did not get into the chair until almost 4pm. If you call me to come in earlier then I would expect to be seen earlier not later than my original appointment. I do like the staff and facility and don’t usually wait long to be seen.

I've been a patient for a few years now and I continue to be pleased with the care I receive from Dr. Cho and her staff. Everyone from receptionists to dental hygienists to Dr. Cho herself are pleasant and knowledgeable. I appreciate their evening hours on certain days and the ease of communication via phone and text. Dr. Cho was honest about a cavity I had and given it wasn't in an advanced state nor bothering me, she gave me time to decide when to have it fixed; no pressure. I referred my husband with an urgent tooth problem and the office worked with him to get a timely appointment. He has sensitive teeth and he, too, spoke positively of his experience with Dr. Cho.
