I was very apprehensive at first since this group is new to me and I have zero tolerance for pain; however Melissa was awesome, very thorough, precise and mindful of my needs. Additionally the doctor was also very nice and very professional. Overall, I walked out of there with a smile on my face..

The front desk team, especially Cielo and Maddy, were incredibly accommodating with my schedule and made everything so easy and stress free. My hygienist, Celine, went above and beyond. She was kind, patient, thorough, and made me feel comfortable the entire appointment. She gave me one of the best cleanings I’ve ever had and took the time to explain everything while being gentle and attentive. You can tell she cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. The entire office felt welcoming, professional, and efficient. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a dental team that genuinely cares about their patients!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Howard Gordon has been my dentists since the late 1980's. He and the entire staff are as professional as they come. I am always treated as if I was a part of their family. Now that his daughter Jolene joined the practice, I know my dental needs will be in good hands for many years to come.

Welcoming front desk staff, knowledgeable and delightful hygienist and pleasant and skilled dentist. Expecting just a hygienist appointment, instead the team dealt with a dental infection right away and I didn’t have to seek out an oral surgeon and the issue was handled on the spot. Very impressive

Giving the patient options and do not force any action - the patient is in control of any decisions. You cannot go wrong with this practice - they put patients first!

I was so grateful that coming to New York we decided to use Gordon Family Dentistry as our dentist. Dr. Jolene and her assistants were so gentle and kind with me. I will be 77 and have had lots of dentistry experience. This group is special. I am so happy my husband and I go to this practice.

Fantastic experience: I've known Dr Gordon and the rest of the staff for almost 25 years and all of them are wonderful! Four years ago the family moved from Chappaqua to Litchfield, CT and couldn't find a practice that came close so the rest of the family and I always go back for check ups.

Positive experience: Very lovely practice but hard to get appts in timely way. Often feel like hygienist is trying to upsell with add ons. Especially for the Invisalign product they’re pushing. Hygienist also somewhat judgmental in her comments but her cleaning was thorough

Dr Jolene Gordon has been my dentist and did wonderful a job giving me three crowns this one visit,. She is very kind, a good listener, has a good steady hand. Of course she has excellent staff like isabella and others to help her make a great team! And when she is unavailable her father, Dr Howard Gordon and Dr Song are both great dentists and it’s wonderful to see them. That they have crown milling machines in their office means the patient gets their crown(s) in one day and it is a better fit than when they are sent out to be done. We’re really lucky to have such a valuable asset in our community.

Negative experience: Kind of disappointed that the Dr couldn’t see that my tooth was cracked. It took the second Dr to find out… thankfully the 3rd Dr was able to do what I needed.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Gordon Dentistry in Briarcliff, New York. They were able to take me on short notice after my filling cracked my tooth, and I was treated by a new dentist, ( who I never had met ) who was absolutely lovely—just like the dental technician who assisted. The whole office had such a positive vibe; everyone seemed genuinely happy, and it’s rare to walk into a place with that kind of uplifting community. I returned later that afternoon to have the new crown put on, and they even cleaned my teeth so I wouldn’t have to come back again three days later. Everyone was kind, accommodating, and professional. It turned an unexpected dental issue into an incredibly positive day. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: My last visit with Dr. Jolene Gordon was exceptional. She and her assistant used appropriate novacaine and consistly asked about my pain level (which was non-existent). She replaced bonding in two of my upper front teeth that had developed ridges. I am very pleased with how the teeth look- very natural. I have been a patient of Howard Gordon's practice for over 22 years and his daughter is trully a "chip off the old block," and has earned my loyalty, just like her father.

Dr Gordon truly cares about his patients. Unlike most medical offices where you can wait between 60 and 90 minutes, I have never waited more than 5 to 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Negative experience: A long time patient. Had a crown installed several years ago that always had an "edge" to it come off while flossing. I requested they cement it back on. Instead, a new crown was made which thought would be covered under warranty. However I was charged full coinsurance of $1200.
