Fantastic experience: I will give a 5 star to Pediatric Dentistry of Monsey I felt so comfortable and my daughter was very comfortable she wasn’t scared at all. The staff are excellent and the doctor was so good he listened to all my questions that I had. I Just wanted to say best office.

Fantastic experience: I love how it’s in and out and i have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be called in and how quickly i can get an appointment the employees are so friendly and comforting and I love that they always prize the kids at the end with a small gift and a balloon, i have already recommended them to several people.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional appointment management. Example: I was given an appointment for Thursday, however I was called that the doctor would be out on Thursday so just Friday. I said 8 is impossible so she gave me 12:00. We came at 12, but we are told that the appointment was for 8, (which I never accepted) and today we can’t be seen at all. No room for discussion or courtesy. I tried to say that I must fly next week, however to deaf ears.

Fantastic experience: From the moment we walked in, Pediatric Dentistry of Monsey exceeded my expectations. Their child-friendly environment, kind and patient staff, and warm atmosphere made this such a positive experience for my daughter. A special thank you to Stefanie, who was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to explain everything she was doing and why she was doing it in a way my daughter could easily understand. She turned what could have been a scary experience into a learning opportunity, helping my daughter understand the importance of taking care of her teeth. My 7 yr. Old daughter is naturally very anxious about going to the dentist, but Stefanie’s calm, gentle, and reassuring approach helped her feel completely at ease. By the end of the visit, she wasn’t afraid anymore and even left with a smile. I highly recommend Pediatric Dentistry of Monsey to any parent looking for a caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable pediatric dental team. They truly know how to make children feel comfortable and cared for.

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience at this pediatric dental office! My children are usually very nervous about going to the dentist, but Nathalie Rios, the hygienist, was absolutely amazing with them. She was patient, kind, and made them feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. For the first time, they were relaxed and not anxious during their visit. I also want to recognize Claudia, the office manager, who took the time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. She was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. Thank you all for making what is usually a stressful experience such a positive one for my children. We highly recommend this office!

Negative experience: I am absolutely disgusted. My 11 year old son told me that the hygienist that was working on him, told him that his breath stinks, that he has horrible theeth and was denigrating him to her colleague. Go find yourself a different job!! What kind of adult bullies a child like this. Absolutely despicable I would like to add that the other 2 hygienists that saw my other kids were absolutely adorable and kid friendly. I am still horrified that a pediatric office can hire such a horrible individual.

Fantastic experience: They were fantastic ! I 100% recommend. The wait time went by fast, was still filling out the registration when already called in to be seen. Was able to get all appts needed afterwards quickly & staff were all very friendly, helpful & great with the kids. My daughter isn’t the friendliest but she enjoyed being there & at the dentist no less.

When my daughter’s orthodontic treatment was denied by insurance, Melissa went above and beyond to support me. Negative experience: Just left after waiting an hour and not being seen. They finally roomed us after 45 minutes but then pulled us out for another patient. This is after calling, emailing and texting me daily for the past week to confirm the appointment.

Negative experience: I’m extremely disappointed with the management at this pediatric dentistry office. They booked appointments without confirming convenient date, and more than once they told me an appointment was scheduled — only to find out later it was never actually booked. It’s incredibly frustrating and shows a serious lack of organization and communication. For a place that works with children and busy parents, I expected much better. Definitely not reliable.

Negative experience: The service is good but the management is not. They made appointment for me at 8 am, but the office opens at 9am. The excuse was that the call center made the appointment, not them. They wait until I got here to verify the insurance generating more waiting time. Very unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: All staff were so kind & knowledgeable. I felt comfortable and so was my son who is a year and a half. It was his first dental appointment and he LOVED IT.

Positive experience: I have to say that I was pretty cranky when we first got there. The waiting room was super crowded and the office was running 20 minutes behind schedule. There were sick children coughing in tbe waiting room. I wanted to get out of there. But, the staff was wonderful. And to me, I will return for their grace, kindness and patience to both me and my children.

Negative experience: If you are of a certain class / standard, just know this office isn’t for you. Why is it that at a pediatric dentist office there is nowhere for the parent to be/sit in the room? A dilapidated, smelly, congested, messy, and unorganized mess of an office. A true reflection of the office manager, as all she cared about was me scheduling an appointment for my child before we left, instead of the issue at hand. How do you not tell a child’s parent that they have a cavity at their visit? Why am I finding out upon checkout, and the hygienist’s response is “the doctor should have told you”. How is that possible when I was literally rushed to the from desk to see if I could get him seen by the orthodontist on the same day.? 0 accountability, 0 customer service, just irresponsible.

Staff members were so sweet to him, and courteous to me. Also The dental offices clean and tidy. After my child’s appointment they gave him a ballon and a goodie bag. He loved it I love coming to this specific office. I recommend this office for anyone looking for a pediatric dental office!
