Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit so x rays and cleaning, and setting up a plan. Both my dentist and tech did a wonderful job, fast and efficient, oh and pain free. I've had others before and you tell them ahead of time I have a bad sensitive tooth and they hit it a bunch of times. I was asked where my sensitivities were and they weren't hit, huge bonus.... They even got me in for starting my plan for the next day!

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful visit with Dr. Jain.. I am not the bravest person at the dentist, but Dr. Jaina and her staff walked me through everything and check with my frequently to see how I was. It was a wonderful visit and I regret not finding her sooner. They also were able to get me in for follow up visits very soon after my first. I would recommend!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Haverhill Prime Dental for about two years now, and I’ve consistently had great experiences. The office is clean, welcoming, and well organized, and the staff is always friendly and professional. Dr. Atul Bansal is excellent—knowledgeable, patient, and very thorough. He takes the time to explain procedures clearly and makes sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. I’ve always felt well cared for and confident in the treatment I’ve received. I highly recommend Haverhill Prime Dental to anyone looking for quality dental care and a dentist you can trust.

Negative experience: This is so frustrating and bad choice for dental . They filled the same tooth twice, and it still causes pain after two months. Another dentist wants to remove the filling and replace it because he says it's defective. That's the reason for my dissatisfaction.

Fantastic experience: I could not recommend this office enough, Dr. Bansal and his staff are absolutely amazing! Customer service/care, quality, communication they are phenomenal. Dr. Bansal put in 2 implants for me and he was very detail oriented, explained and communicated well through the whole process, went so far as to call me on his day off to see that I was recovering well and the final outcome was outstanding Seriously, if you are in the Merrimack valley area and looking for a good dentist, give them a call!

Fantastic experience: This is my first time ever writing a review for a dental clinic, but I felt it was well-deserved after such a great experience. I was a bit surprised by some of the recent reviews, as my visit was completely positive. Once I explained my symptoms and urgency, they helped schedule my appointment quickly and efficiently. Dr. Le and her team were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive to my condition. They took the time to explain a clear treatment plan and made me feel genuinely cared for with completely no pain! Highly recommend!

Negative experience: You know I am having mixed feelings about this place. My husband and I have been going to this dentist for a few months now and the employees are great but my husband had a root canal right his filling fell out within 2 days , Then my filling fell out after a day so ok fine things happen so him and I go back they redo our fillings on Monday 8/11/25, It is 8/14/25 at 7:30am I wake up to almost felt like a peice of meat stuck in between teeth so I was like OK that’s awkward I go to the bathroom and it’s the damn filling falling out again I didn’t mess with it but as I am speaking to my husband it comes out ‍♀️ At this point I am losing my patience like I wish I could say I ate something to rough or something but I have been sooo cautious about what I eat and nothing on that side ! I don’t know if the products that they are using is cheap crap but this is absolutely ridiculous!!!!! Someone is going to make this a high priority because this is ridiculous like I can’t even explain how irritating this is.. It sucks because the employees are great but their dental work ether sucks or the products that they are getting suck! ‍ What a great way to start a day..

Fantastic experience: I went to Haverhill prime dental haven't been to a dentist in over 30 years. I was very pleased with Dr Bansil and his hygienist Nicole. Nicole especially was very kind and very patient with me. I felt like family.I would highly recommend this Dentist. I had 14 extractions in one day and it went very good. Negative experience: Horrible went in for a cleaning all i got was a 2 min polish job then this new Dr Lyn comes in with a drill hits where a cavity was makes me jump… that wasn't a cleaning … no flossing no picking nothing just a drill and polish?!?!? Rip off and Then went back for fillings worst ever idea ever!!!!I have never felt the needle like that before ! Ever! She had to numb me more and she put it places that hurt even worse. My teeth are in so much pain i cant even chew ! All after just getting fillings!? Then a piece of the tool fell off in my mouth! Thank god i sat up right away i was going to swallow it ! Never in the 30 years I've been going to dentists have i ever had this rough, painful horrible experience. I do not recommend at all!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about this office from the super friendly girls at the front desk, the DA's, hygienist, and most of all Dr. Bansal! He is AMAZING! His work is amazing, entirely painless from start to finish! I truly wish I had found him 10 years ago! He's been a lifesaver! I highly recommend anyone out there who struggles with "dental work anxiety" or has had years and years of bad experiences and painful dental work with other Dentists please know that it doesn't need to be that way and RUN don't walk to your phone to book an appointment with Dr. Bansal I promise you will not regret it. Negative experience: Sadly , I Made one appt with this dentist and that was the end of it , I never went back , I ended up going somewhere else to get what i needed done . Won't be going back . . The dentist i saw that day did not do the treatment plan i wanted this dentist is what i will call " pull happy" So if you have a tooth or teeth that need work ? He would rather just pull it than try to save it !! yeah im all set with him !!!!! ❌❌❌

Fantastic experience: My new dentist for life! I spent the last year driving my self insane over a root canal. I was terrified lol. It got to a point I had no choice. Dr. Atul Bansal Worked on my tooth. Right from the start he said you shouldn’t feel a thing and if you do raise ur hand. His assistant repeated the same thing right before he started. I felt calm the whole time. I also did not feel a thing!! It was so painless I almost fell asleep lol. I have to get another one done and I asked if I could have it done the next day lol. I’m actually looking forward to it. I’ve been so stressed with my teeth and life in general. Today was the first time I felt relaxed. Weird considering it was during a root canal lol. I will not go to another dentist ever! If you’re worried about your dental work I promise Prime Dental will take care of you!!

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I had our first visit here since we moved,and her first Dentist visit EVER at 3.5yo. I have to say I was impressed by all staff, from the receptionist Lily, to the amazing hygienist who performed my cleaning, and the Dentist, Dr, Aggarwal. All were courteous, kind professional and thorough. Esp extremely kind and patient with my daughter, Zara, who left asking me if she could have her birthday party here so all her friends could have fun and get their teeth cleaned! Negative experience: This was my first time here and the staff is just ok. Someone took my exrays and never said her name. Then the doctor did the cleaning and never flossed my teeth and polished them. I've never had felt that I came out of there not feeling like I had a cleaning. Decided to go back to my old dentist and pay the difference.

Fantastic experience: Haverhill Prime Dental are really good at what they do. I got my wisdom tooth removed today, but i had my doubts that they would not be able to remove it because it was broken. I joked around with the staff and the Dentist that he couldn't remove it and Atul Bansal DMD (DENTIST) said he was glad to except the challenge . They were so down to earth and we all had laughs. I highly recommend Haverhill Prime Dental they will treat your family well. Thanks again

Negative experience: The guy ripped out my 3 upper teeth and shattered Them; I had to wait for it to heal only To be forced to go to an oral surgeon That sliced my upper gum from ear to ear. Peeled it back and then ground out and removed all the bones this dentist left in there. Then gave back to me an upper denture That was warped and did not align with the bottom One Which looks completely different with metal everywhere And does not match up with the upper denture. Don't go to this dentist. He didn't even try to ratify this problem.

Negative experience: Run far away! Appointments will be cancelled the same day. Very impolite and rude front desk staff. Do not recommend it for kids either. The office and staff are not kid friendly at all.

Fantastic experience: Haverhill Prime Dental is an amazing office. My first visit I was very pleased. As a former D.A. and with Covid-19 I was nervous finding myself a new office to receive care from. If you’re looking for the right office this is it! The front desk Liliana was very kind and made sure to schedule my appointment within my needs. I also appreciate how she took time to kindly reach out to me about procedure I needed and coverage. I saw Dr. Neha Aggarwal for my initial visit and two fillings after. Having dental anxiety she made sure to put my mind at ease and was very gentle. My third visit today I met Dr. Atul Bansal. It was very important to me that he took time to explain all my best options for treatment with a problematic tooth. It’s tough to find a doctor that truly cares about treatment and not just the money. The office was also very welcoming to my two young children as I had no sitter. Clean office, no long waits, plenty of parking and easy access if needed to walk to appointment. Overall I’m happy to have found this office and will continue to receive care from them.

Fantastic experience: Best experience I have ever had at a dentist office, from beginning to end. Waiting office, Covid clean and cautious. Receptionist so professional and efficient. I was welcomed by the technician who was professional, tidy and had amazing communication skills. My Doctor was warm, gentle and considerate of my fear and anxiety. By far the best experience I have ever had at a dentist office. I had to get my tooth pulled, so this was more than a cleaning or ex-ray. If you are looking for a pain free, clean, professional space to do business... this is it! And plenty of free parking!

Negative experience: I had to have a deep cleaning. It took the dentist 15 minutes to give me the deep cleaning on one side. They never flossed my teeth or polished them. Normally a hygienist does the cleaning not there. If your appointment time is 9am and you show up 10 minutes early you would expect to be seen at 9am right? Wrong I had to wait 20 -30 minutes before going to the back. I will never go to this dentist ever again. I would not recommend this place to have my dog's teeth cleaned there. The assistants were all very nice.

Positive experience: Was on the phone there today talkin with someone when the lady at the desk told me that the language i was talkin aint right well excuse me it was a private convo apparently i cant swear i been there before and talked on my phone with no problem y now? Im a very nice person i don't hurt anyone im very respectful about rules but that really got me upset the way she told me to go out just because i swore on the phone and btw there were no kids present at all ethier!! Never again i thought i liked it here but i stand corrected im sorry i wanted to put this the nicest i could!! And if it was against the rules well im sorry i didnt see anything on the wall about it!! Have a nice day rant over...
