Fantastic experience: I went in for part one of a crown and the visit went smoothly and efficiently. Lauren was personable and professional, and she and Dr. Tolzmann took good care of me. Notwithstanding that no one is crazy about going to the dentist, but I think the new team (as well as the familiar faces I've known for years) is great.

Fantastic experience: I recently had my lower wisdom teeth removed by Dr Cifuni and the experience was about as pleasant as teeth removal can get. Dr. Cifuni and his assistant Gianna made sure I was comfortable the whole time giving me breaks when I needed and keeping me informed the whole time. Beverly farms dental always has the best customer service everyone is always friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: There is something to be said about a practice where just walking in you feel at ease. I have a TERRIBLE fear of dental stuff and I think for the first time in my adult life I actually enjoyed going to the dentist. They were kind, personable, transparent thoughtful and thorough. And this is just after one visit. I can proudly and safely say that I actually look forward to my cleaning and working with them to better my dental health. And this should also be noted as a transwoman I felt seen respected and heard. They truly have a fantastic office and im lucky that I was able yo find out about them from a coworker.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tolzmann and Gianna finished the second stage of a cap replacement today and it was painless and efficient. I was in and out today in about 20 minutes and the fit is perfect. The first appointment was longer and required pain medicine but I didn't have any discomfort. The temporary cap worked perfectly. The office has all of the state of the art equipment and Dr Tolzmann explains the whole procedure and shows why it is needed. Also everyone who works there is very pleasant. Highly recommended.

Everyone there is genuinely kind and welcoming, which makes a big difference. What we appreciate most is that they’re not pushy—they don’t try to upsell unnecessary treatments or make you feel like there are problems when there aren’t. Instead, they take an educational approach. I’ve actually learned several helpful things from the hygienists about better dental care, which I didn’t expect but really value. They also pay attention to the little details, like having a drink fridge in the waiting room, which is a nice touch. Overall, we’ve been very happy and would highly recommend Beverly Farms Dental.

Fantastic experience: I had an issue with two of my front teeth due to the after-effects of an accident. Dr. Tolzmann did a great job of explaining my options. She connected me with her team who investigated and worked through the insurance for me. Lastly, I just had two crowns put on today as a result of all of the Beverly Farms team’s efforts. Gianna and Dr. Tolzmann were great in their care and kindness during the whole procedure today. I’m very happy with both the process and the result.

There has been good continuity of hygienists and dentists over the past several years, so one is able to develop a relationship with the people that provide you the care. Definietly recommended!

Suggested a natural remedy for an issue I had instead of doing a procedure to get money out of the insurance company and myself. Really appreciated that. Negative experience: EXTREMELY disappointed with billing. I'll start by saying that, by and large, I was very happy with my treatment at Beverly Farms Dental. Dr. Tolzmann was very informative, kind, and forthcoming with issues that I had based on my oral exam and X-rays. The problem with this place lies within billing. Beverly Farms Dental was well aware that I needed to have all care wrapped up prior to a specific date because I was moving halfway across the country, which they were able to do. When I left, I was told that I was all payed up. I even called the next month to cancel my previously scheduled appointment. You'd think they'd bring up an outstanding balance then, right? WRONG. Come to find out months later that they sent my bill THAT I WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF to a collections agency. When you get a random text from someone claiming to be a collections agency with a generic name, your first thought is to contact the business that they claim your debt is with, so I did! Did I receive a response from Beverly Farms Dental? No! Very poor business practices. The paperwork I signed even stated they would charge my card! Did this happen prior to sending my bill to collections? NO! If only this great dentist had better office staff.

Fantastic experience: I recent visited Beverly Farms dental and was treated by Dr Yudi Quintero. She was outstanding. I have never had such a thorough exam and cleaning by.a Dentist before. When I enquired about her experience she told me she had been a hygienist for well over a decade then completed her medical degree. Her passion for denistry is obvious and her thoroughness is second to none. She is a great addition to the team.

Fantastic experience: Torrie set me at ease the minute I walked in. I have a fear of dentist appts because my jaw locks up when I have to keep it open for a long time. She was sympathetic and calming which put me at ease. She set me up with a brace that helped me keep my mouth open without strain. I was almost able to relax! I can’t recommend her highly enough!!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Beverly Farms Dental for three years now. The staff are all very sweet and accommodating. My usual hygienist, Natasha, is very competent and friendly. She cleans my teeth and tells me what problem spots I need to focus on. My dentist, Dr. Tolzmann always takes a look in my mouth after my cleaning to see how everything is and make sure it's all looking okay, and she is delightful, too. Going to the dentist doesn't necessarily sound like a good time, but I always feel comfortable and safe here, and know they'll take care of me.

I haven't been to the dentist in a while so I was a bit anxious, but Susan my hygienist was gentle and made the experience great for me - my teeth feel awesome! Fantastic experience: My first root canal and crown at 57-not excited at all! This was my first time at this practice that my husband found a couple years back. I have to say, I was very impressed! Michelle was amazing explaining the process, and Dr. Tolzmann was both thorough and extremely gentle. They were a terrific team, and I now have my temporary. My permanent crown will arrive in 3 weeks! Overall, can’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: For a guy who hates going to the dentist, I have to give this office credit, they have nailed the customer experience. Appointments run on time. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. The dentists (Dr. Tolzman today), do an excellent job communicating and walking you through whatever procedure you may be undergoing. Awesome local business. We are lucky to have them in the neighborhood.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had nothing but great interactions with the Dentists, Hygienists, and staff at Beverly Farms Dental. Natasha and Vittoria have great chair-side manners and use the latest descaling equipment…..a high pressure water-pick , to remove plaque and Tartar…..much more comfortable than the ice-pick used in the past….they also do not make you feel like a mis-behaving 3-yr old when you’re not perfect with your between-visit care….Doctors Staniak (sp?) and Tomildson (Sp?) are both upbeat and friendly and really good at their craft….and like the hygienists, don’t make me feel like a criminal for non-perfect oral hygiene……which brings me to why I must really sing their praises…..this past Friday (6/21), about 14 hours before our family was leaving for an 11-day trip abroad, I was eating caramels, one of the very foods Dr. Staniak told me to stop eating (gotta love the irony!), I managed to dislodge a crown. I called the dental emergency phone number provided by BFD……and at 930 am Saturday 6/22 …..2 hrs before heading on our trip, Dr. Mimmi Tomlidson reseated my Crown at The BFD office…..a minor to mid-size miracle if there ever was one……I will be highly recommending BFD to anyone who asks for the rest of my life, just like BFD was recommended to my family by very satisfied BFD friends……. Moral of the story…. I Should’ve followed Dr. Staniak’s advice to stop eating caramels.
