She was very informative about everything we were doing along the way and had great bedside manner. It had been a year since my last visit to the dentist and she did a great job at making me feel comfortable about the cleaning process. I was able to meet Dr. Bice and he was extremely nice and professional. They both did a great job of making me feel welcome and relaxed(The whole office staff was very friendly and welcoming). Fantastic experience: Been a client at this location for decades!! They are the BEST!

Fantastic experience: I suffer from pretty horrible dental anxiety but was forced to visit the dentist due to severe pain I was experiencing. Though I don't show it much, I was terrified to go but convinced myself it would be fine, especially since I saw that they offer sedation dentistry. Turns out, the South Elgin location doesn't, but it didn't even matter. The staff and Dr. Brandon Bice made me feel so comfortable and they were so accommodating that I even agreed to an impromptu extraction! That evening, I was experiencing some complications and received a call from the office AND the dentist himself! I was both shocked and amazed that I could speak to the dentist who performed the extraction, even late at night! I am returning tomorrow for a checkup and a cleaning and am surprisingly looking forward to it. Thank you for easing my anxiety and fears and for supporting me as I work toward improving my dental health. I can't recommend this office/team enough! :)

Fantastic experience: I am a Viet Nam veteran who receives services from the VA and I was referred here for a root canal where I met with Dr. Bice. What a great practice from the friendly women at the front desk,technicians and patient friendly Dr. Bice. Root canals are not fun but the work done by Dr. Bice was excellent. He is gentle, professional and made me feel comfortable, no pain! What's really nice is this is literally 15 minutes away from my home. I hope I can get future work done here with him. I absolutely hate going to the dentist because of past bad experiences, so I was really nervous walking in. But Grand Dental – South Elgin did an amazing job making me feel comfortable from start to finish. Dr Brandon Brice is literally the best dentist I have ever had. He and his assistant (I wish I could remember her name because she was amazing too!) were incredibly gentle, fast, and efficient. They made the whole experience surprisingly calm and painless. If you’re someone who dreads the dentist like I do, I highly recommend them. This was easily the best dental experience I’ve ever had. ✨

The cleaning was very thorough, including a gum check and mouth cancer screening that I had never received from my previous dentist. I drive 45 mins to get to Dr. Seiwert and will forever :-) Also, adding other oral surgeon certified doctors to the practice is a major plus for me (both financially and centralized-care aspects) so I’m thankful and confident my oral care/needs are met. Each time I come to get such and such fixed (usually due to my lack of doing that which I know I should in maintaining my teeth), everyone is so supportive and helpful and get me back so I can chew and eat properly. Thank you and I’m a forever grateful patient today :-) Dr. Nice the oral surgeon and assistant did so many things awesome I can’t type that much! Gentle effort and impressive skill made adding an extra crown to two implants no-brainer for me :-)

Fantastic experience: May, 2014, After 7 decades, found the ideal dentist. Always leave uplifted in spirit and in better health. I also learn about my dental condition as Dr. Siewert explains so clearly and completely. He understands intuitively if I’m “getting it”. Recently had a necessary tooth extracted. In and out in 20 minutes. Painless. Professional. Pleasant-well, as much fun as that can be on a rainy day. It really was a good experience. Such wonderful people. His great staff diligently, with dedication, consistently strive to do their very best to serve this patient and apparently their leader, Dr. Siewert. He also has invested in the latest technology. I’m a technology guy, so that also adds to a very pleasant experience. Consistently the same painless caring service over the years he’s been treating me. Fantastic experience: Dr. Siewert has been my dentist for about 40 years. (He must have been fresh out out dental school). I know I was in high school and still had braces on my front teeth! My first visit was so due to my wisdom tooth having an infection and needing to be removed. My phobia of needles has always been dealt with calmly and professionally. This past week I had cracked off about a 1/4 of molar. Again, he was very patient with me, and I was grateful to have my tooth repaired and not replaced. I am diligent on getting my dental cleanings done every six months. The staff there is great too. Sandy and Gracie at the front counter are always pleasant and helpful with insurance claims. I highly recommend Dr Siewert at Grand Dental. You won't be disappointed in the services provided there!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming as a patient for about 9 years from another local dentist. Kim, my hygienist, has given me great counsel in taking care of my teeth as I go in for an exam. Dr. Siewert has always suggested ways to continue to care for my teeth but never proposed excessive and costly work. I have complete confidence in the practice and the staff that work there. Also being greeted by Sandy is always welcoming!!

I have high anxiety when it comes to dental care and he was so patient and kind as well as sara patiently explaining everything that was going to happen, walking me through it while it was happening. No my anxiety is not gone, but for the first time is 12 years of having this anxiety I didnt cry throughout my entire service.

I have had a few other root canals by other dentists that didn't go so well. He did a great job. No pain yesterday and even today no discomfort . I highly recommend him if you're needing a Dentist. Fantastic experience: Great experience Paige my technician was very thorough and kind. I mentioned a small issue forming behind my molar next to where an extracted wisdom tooth was and fixed the issue during the cleaning. Was very detailed in explaining what she was doing and what causes were and how to avoid them. And Dr Siewert is a cool dude also very kind and thorough. Fixed my replaced filling in 30 minutes. They both did a great job even though I got a filling replaced and a thorough deep cleaning you’d expect some pain but they clearly handled my mouth with preciseness and care because after the numbing gel wore off I had zero pain or discomfort, after not having been at the dentist for a while my experience was easy painless and efficient. The facility is clean well organized and well managed. If you’ve been putting it off this is the place to go to.

Fantastic experience: I have avoided the dentist for years because I didn’t trust just anyone. I had been with my family dentist for 40yrs when he retired. I was referred to this practice and I am so happy! I appreciate the S Elgin office small practice feel. Dr is very knowledgeable and not overly aggressive; heard concerns and we worked out a plan. Everyone in the office is very nice as well. Again couldn’t be happier; this office has restored my belief that there are still great dentists out there to save your natural teeth.
