Fantastic experience: My 3 year old had to get some dental work under anesthesia recently. After seeing other dentists in between, I'm so glad that we decided to go back to Fox Pediatric Dentistry for her dental procedure. I was so scared to put her in the hands of other people and not be there to see what was going on, but the Fox team took such great care of her & treated us with the utmost respect throughout the process. Props to them for helping my daughter love her new smile and improved smile. She loved it before, but even more so now!!

My child has a speech delay, and I was honestly a little nervous about how the visit would go, but the entire team was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. The dentist and staff took the time to make my child feel comfortable, using a gentle and friendly approach that really put him at ease. They explained everything in a simple, reassuring way and never rushed us. I truly appreciated how attentive they were to his needs and how respectfully they communicated with him. The visit went smoothly, and it turned into such a positive experience for both of us. I’m so grateful to have found a place that is not only professional but also compassionate and accommodating. Highly recommend to any parents, especially those with children who may need a little extra care and patience!

The waiting time was very short, and everyone on the staff was incredibly polite and friendly from the moment we walked in. Dr. Justin was fantastic - he explained everything clearly and was very transparent about our options. Since our situation is urgent and we unfortunately couldn't wait for the next available treatment opening at this clinic, he went above and beyond by providing contact information for other clinics that accept our insurance. I would have loved to have my daughter’s dental work done here, but I truly appreciate the honesty and the help in finding a prompt solution for her. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: We love fox pediatric dentistry!! We’ve been coming since my daughter turned 1 and each time she’s met with so much patience and kindness. The front desk staff are always welcoming. The hygienists and Dr. Justin do their best to create a calm and fun atmosphere. They explain what they’re doing as they go before starting anything (e.g., cleaning, water rinse, etc.) and offer lots of encouragement and praise. I highly recommend fox pediatric dentistry to friends or anyone else seeking a wonderful practice!

Fantastic experience: After a previous bad experience with a dentist from another practice, I, as a doctor and as a mother, was very demanding of pediatric dentists and hospitals. My son has a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist and has had some horrible experiences in the past at another practice. This was our first visit with Fox and they were excellent at navigating his anxiety and giving him a positive experience. We had Lola who was fabulous with him. She answered all of his questions and truly cared about his experience. Dr. Justin was also excellent. So happy to have found a dental practice who truly cares about the patient. We highly recommend.

I took my son to Fox Pediatric Dentistry after a previous dental practice was unable to complete a cavity filling and I was told anesthesia was the only other option. Dr Justin was amazing and was able to do the dental work on my son! All of the staff at Fox Pediatric Dentistry was so kind and patient with my son. Thank you Dr Justin !

Positive experience: This is a good clinic and the staff is generally nice, which is why I feel conflicted writing this review. My daughter has always been treated well here. However, during our most recent visit, I left feeling anxious and confused. Dr. Justin mentioned that my child having cavities was “very uncommon,” which felt alarming as a parent. That statement was not followed by reassurance or explanation, and we were simply referred elsewhere for sedation without much discussion. While I understand referrals are sometimes necessary, the lack of comforting communication made this experience stressful. Parents need clarity and reassurance in moments like these. I hope the clinic can be more mindful next time of how information is delivered!

A great place for kids struggling with dental anxiety - movies, stuffies and sunglasses to help them relax during their visit and prizes for after.

Fantastic experience: I brought my sons in to Fox Pediatric Dentistry for a second opinion after their previous dentist suggested a lot of (expensive) dental work for teeth that are going to fall out in a few years anyway. Dr. Justin reviewed their x-rays and provided precisely the kind of consultation I was hoping for. He sat down with me and went through each x-ray one by one, explaining what it showed and what, if any, dental work was needed. He also explained the pros and cons of various treatment options. While his opinions and recommendations were largely based on the imaging, he also did not discount the fact that these are baby teeth that are going to fall out soon anyway and that kids shouldn't have to undergo more dental procedures than is absolutely necessary. I appreciated his approach. Needless to say, it turned out that one of my sons went from needing extensive work done, to not needing any at all. My other son also did not need half of the work that was previously recommended. I am so glad I came to Fox Pediatric Dentistry. I never felt like he was "overdiagnosing" or pushing treatment that wasn't truly necessary. Considering how expensive pediatric dental procedures tend to be, and given how little our insurance actually covers, I really really appreciated this. What a breath of fresh air. I left their office feeling so at ease and I am excited to make the switch to this office. Wish I had done so years ago!

Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful experience here, I had to bring my son in for a procedure needed. They were able to do everything same day for him and made him feel so comfortable. He was relaxed and sat through the entire procedure so well. The staff and the doctor are all really welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: As a FTM and as someone who hates the dentist, I was so nervous taking my 8 month old son to his first dentist appointment. But I wanted to get him started as early as possible to be comfortable with the dentist and not have a bad experience. Let me just say the moment I walked in I immediately felt welcomed. The 2 receptionists had smiles on their faces and welcomed me in. Got me checked in. The dental assistant was super nice. Made me feel comfortable and I wasn’t even there for me. She was able to answer all the questions I had as a FTM. The dentist himself was also very nice. And super gentle with my son. I truly appreciated that. I’m excited to continue to bring my son here for his dental needs. I hope my son can create a good bond with his dentist so he won’t have anxiety like me. Thank you Fox Dental! You guys are awesome!

Fantastic experience: Fox Pediatric Dentistry was clean, organized, and accommodating for our two year old. They had toys in the waiting room, and a stuffed dog for him to hold during the appointment. When our son cried, the hygienist quickly found a way to make sure his teeth were cleaned. The only downside is we had to wait for the dentist to come in, so my son was antsy, but overall it was a great experience!

Fantastic experience: I am a hygienist turned stay at home mom so I’m extra picky about the dental office my children go to. Fox dental was the best pediatric dental team I have ever met! Xavier was fabulous with both of my kids. Dr Justin was gentle and kind. You wont regret choosing them.

Fantastic experience: I’m so happy I found this place. My daughter is on Medicaid, due to her terminal illness. As such, it can be difficult to find a great place that accepts Medicaid. First off, the office was clean and so cute - with SpongeBob and other kid’s cartoon characters on their walls. Second, the staff was kind and courteous. They were also very efficient. They gave me many opportunities to ask questions or express concerns. My daughter was happy with her appointment and pretty white teeth. She had no pain and her only complaint was how weird the fluoride treatment felt. Would recommend this place if you need a pediatric dentist.

Fantastic experience: I don’t even know where to start, everything was better than I imagined with my experience with FPD. My son is autistic and any sort of doctors visit is hard for both of us, so finding a dentist that can accommodate my son’s special needs was my mission. From the first phone call, I immediately was at ease with the very professional and informative receptionist, and the convenience of making an appointment. Upon arriving, we waited and got acquainted in a spacious waiting area with various activities to keep my son occupied. When called back, we were greeted by Lola, and let me tell you, she was fantastic with my son. She was kind, patient, and let him see all the tools. Once Dr. Justin arrived, my son felt comfortable enough to let him take a look in his mouth, and when I tell you this has never happened before, I was shocked. He was very transparent, explained his findings, and we spoke about future dental exam goals. I also really appreciate them talking to my son, and not me, since he was the patient. Being a parent to a child with special needs, and making sure they are in good hands is so important. I wish I found this practice sooner, but hidden gems appear when least expected. Just wanted to expand on my review. Both my children are patients now and I am so satisfied with the care they both receive. I appreciate the comfort everyone provides and the upfront transparency in terms of current and future dental health. Thank you again FPD!

Fantastic experience: I will be going here for the foreseeable future for my kids, the staff is absolutely amazing! Took my 6 year old here after going to 5 different dental offices and explained the situation. They don't judge at all or treat you differently especially if you have medicaid insurance. If they had more dental offices like this when I was younger I think it would have saved me from growing up with sever dental anxiety.

Fantastic experience: Very good experience at this dentist. The cleaning was quick, but appropriate for young children. They have an overhead TV to distract the children during the cleaning. The dental hygienist calmly explained in simple terms what was going to happen directly to the kids. My girls (ages 4.5 & 2.5) handled it well and we're excited for the next appointment. They send a lot of reminders, which is also appropriate for busy parents. Overall, I am very happy to have found this dentist.

Negative experience: Brought my 6 year old grandson for a very bad bad toothache. They took a full set of xrays and came up with a treatment plan to bring him back 4 times very expensive . Dr. Didn’t want to treat the tooth ache. I had to ask him multiple times. He finally scraped it and put a temporary filing in. Said he was too busy. My grandson was seen at a different practice the next day and the tooth was extracted. I don’t know how Fox has a 5 star review. The receptionist and assistant were very polite but that was it.

Fantastic experience: Me and my daughter had a very good experience at our first visit. Office seems to book up quick but it was worth the wait for us to receive the care we did. Super friendly staff and nice office.

Negative experience: I was referred because my son had a cavity that needed a pediatric dentist. The dentist was rude and despite me telling him how much pain my son was in he would not fill the cavity. He also tried to get me to sign a $1700 treatment plan when I came in for one cavity

Fantastic experience: This dentist is the best! We were referred from our pediatric dentist closer to home because my son needed intervention on a tooth and Fox could do general anesthesia, if needed. Thankfully, we didn't need it! They were able to work with my son, put him at ease and work quickly. This dentist is 40 minutes from our home but I will gladly drive it since they worked a miracle and kept my son calm. After multiple bad experiences where my son was yelling and thrashing, I was SO THRILLED that we left without any tears at all and with the intended dental work complete! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: We drive over 30 minutes to go to Fox Pediatric Dentistry. Their business hours are better suited to my kid's school and extracurricular activities schedule, their building is bright, clean, and provides age-appropriate activities and movies for kids to engage in while waiting and in all of the rooms. Dr Justin and all of the staff members are patient, polite and professional. My incredibly nervous child was comforted and encouraged during his entire treatment. I also really appreciated how they explained everything that would happen to my child so there would be no surprises.

Negative experience: This facility is clean. The staff was amazing, the dentist was NOT!! We waited over 32 minutes to be seen. Then, told my 6 year old had an INFECTED tooth. He tells me he is one person and people waiting and couldn’t extract it. We were misinformed from a prior dentist and this one was terrible. He offered no guidance. No medication! Just said ‘if she becomes in severe pain or has a high fever we will try to squeeze her in.’ No appointment to pull a tooth on a CHILD WITH AN INFECTION until April?!?! Luckily I did my OWN research and found one who accommodated her right away and gave meds for the 3 days we wait for the extraction. How do you send a CHILD home with an infection in her mouth?! Why was me waiting over 30 minutes when I arrived to my appointment time irrelevant to anyone else waiting to save my daughter’s health? Highly DO NOT EVER RECOMMEND.

The reviews are what got me in the door and everything else is what will keep us coming back. Super friendly and knowledge front desk staff, clean and child-friendly environment that instantly puts your child at ease, and the dentist, Justin, was so great at calming my sons uneasiness about visiting. They took the time to explain what they were going to do, let my son checkout/hold different tools before they used them, and it was such a night and day difference from the first place we tried. Glad we found this place and we look forward to future visits. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved this place as well as my kids they loved the little play area it helped distract them so they didn’t even realize where they were for a second lol and the doctor and assistants were so nice and patient with the kids and explained everything so we’ll definitely recommend!!

Fantastic experience: This was a drive for us but so worth it! It was our kids' first visit at a dentist and their facility was so kid friendly. They were also so gentle and kind with the kids and answered all my questions and concerns in a very helpful and attentive way. Definitely took all the stress out of going to the dentist with kids!

Fantastic experience: Extremely satisfied with Fox dentistry. Unsure of the hygienists name but she was absolutely amazing especially with my son. He is squearmy and very handsy and talkative. The Dentist as well as they other staff members were very kind. My children seemed very comfortable considering how well they cooperated with the staff. I am extremely satisfied with my choice to go to Fox dentistry!! ABOVE AND BEYOND EXPECTATION!!!!

Fantastic experience: I brought my boys to Fox Pediatric (5yrs, 6yrs, and 8yrs old) and we had the best experience. Setting up the appointment was very easy and smooth. When we walked in we were greeted with big smiles. My oldest and youngest were very nerves but the staff was so great that once we got in the car my son said “that was easy”. I loved how they talked to the kids and explained every step. Even showing them what the equipment does before using it. The Doctor took his time to talk to me about each child. We are happy we found this place. If you are a parent looking for a place to take your kiddos, I highly recommend you go to Fox Pediatric.

Fantastic experience: This is hands down the best pediatric dentist I ever went to. They were amazing to my son who is terrified of the dentist. They told me what I needed to do and what should be done first and the best course of action to help make sure that my son’s teeth are healthy. I will be going here from now on. Thanks Fox

Fantastic experience: My son got his molar extracted, I was hesitant because he’s not the best with dentists, but it went smoothly!! They were able to get us an appointment for the next day after i called. It was nice to be able to get it done while he was on winter break! My kid said he liked it because he was able to watch a movie during the filling and extraction. Thanks to the whole team for making it a great experience!
