Fantastic experience: I’m kind of picky on the vibe of a dental office as I tend to get more cleanings than the typical person by choice. I really liked the vibe of this Office just from being in the waiting room and the staff was exceptionally nice and was interested in getting to know me which is always a good sign. I will be back here and excited to have people I know go here too.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nelson, Courtney, and all the staff here are careful and considerate. I'm sensitive to odors and noises, and throughout the office those are limited. Not scared to go to the dentist anymore!

Fantastic experience: I've had some crazy experiences with dentists in the past, so when I had to find someone new, I was looking for a kind, professional perfectionist. I found that in Dr. Nelson. The process to get a crown was easy-peasy, and the technology they use made it so that I could get my crown within 2 hours. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: It's always been difficult for me to find a dental practice that I feel comfortable at. After my long time dentist retired, i needed to find a new one. Luckily my friend was in the same situation and found Willis Dental and recommended them. I saw Dr Nelson and he is very personable and helpful. The entire practice, reception, dental assistant and hygienist were all very warm and fun to be around. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I was wondering how care was going to be after Dr Willis retired. Really, really liked him. Have to say - it was excellent!!!! Dr Nelson is wonderful. Just had a crown done yesterday. Yelena was assisting. They both listened to what I was saying, asking throughout the procedure if I was experiencing any discomfort, and told me step by step what they were doing. I'm so glad to see the quality of care I had experienced with Dr Willis continue.

Positive experience: I'm not sure if it was an off day, but my routine cleaning took roughly 12 minutes. My appointment was scheduled for 12 pm and my next cleaning appointment was being rescheduled at 12:12. It seemed incomplete in spite of all the normal things being done. The scraping and cleaning part wasn't as gentle mouth massage-y as I'm used to and the whole vibe was akin to as if I had kicked the hygienists puppy. Or like she was having hunger pangs and I was keeping her from lunch. My last several years coming here I've spent closer to 45 minutes for cleanings, and I leave feeling like my teeth will be smooth and glossy for days. Other than this strangeness, the last 5 minutes I spent scheduling another appointment for another issue was a simple task with the kind folks at the front desk, the Dr. was pleasant as usual, and as a neurodivergent person I very much appreciate the reminder calls and texts.

Positive experience: Everybody was very nice because of me being deaf they accommodated me the best they could when they didn’t have to wear their mask. The only problem that I had was they said they took my insurance and then when I left if I want fillings put in on the bed, I have to pay for my insurance dozen so I got a hold of my insurance van to figure out what to do about it, but that means I wait another year once I sign up for the new insurance before anything can be done, but other than that, the whole staff was wonderful

Fantastic experience: It's very nice for staff to have their names on their uniforms (I'm really bad at remembering names). And the dentists always introduce themselves when they come in, as do the hygienists. And I really appreciate that they're willing to say "We'll watch that," rather than "We need to dome something about that" when maybe it's not really urgent. I've had plenty of dentists that push work on you, and sometimes it feels like they're just doing it for the money, not the patient's health. They now do one visit crowns; they make the crowns right there in the office. Mine was so well made, it needed no adjusting after they cemented it in. I've never had that happen with crowns before! I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Great Experience! When emailed, appointments were available, once I arrived there was little to no wait time. The staff was friendly and professional. I’m usually super anxious about dental visits, but felt welcome and really comfortable during my appt. I had a deep cleaning done, and it was surprisingly pleasant. The staff was gentle and checked in to make sure I wasn’t feeling any pain or discomfort, which I really appreciated! Loved that I was shown pictures and x-ray of my teeth while explaining what was going on. It was very easy to understand. Before I left I was scheduled my next cleaning as well for my night guard and filling. They checked my insurance and gave me numbers as well which was very nice. Recommended!

Fantastic experience: Prompt and efficient. We have had extensive work done as well as the regular check-ups and cleanings. Dr. Nelson is superb. Knows his profession well, yet is unassuming and so pleasant! Shelly was the hygenist yesterday. Even though it was the first time with her, it was obvious that she had reviewed my chart and knew the proper background well. Front desk is equally efficient and friendly. What a great office!

It is close to my home and importantly that all the staff and hygienic are friendly and very professional. So I tell my wife to move to Willis Dental and have Dr. David as our Dentist doctor.

The staff at Willis Dental are great, friendly and will always make an effort to let me make payments when I need to, they are also very caring when you have a concern with staff or treatment plan. Dr Willis and Katherine (billing) etc are great. I am going to do my best to stay loyal to Willis Dental

Fantastic experience: I have never gone to a dentist that is so fast and thorough! Cleaning appts are done in 30 minutes, which is amazing. They have high tech technology for making crowns and its all done right there quickly and efficiently. Dr. Nelson knows his stuff and explains everything wrong and what he is doing with visuals and clear explanations. The hygienists and assistants are all super friendly and well-educated. They know how to help perfectly and smoothly. I had to cancel an appt 2 times for unforeseen circumstances and they allowed me to reschedule without any issues or consequences. I highly recommend Willis Dental!

Fantastic experience: My cleaning on April 9th was great. I like the dental hygienist. She treated me with respect and did a great job.

Negative experience: I'm unhappy with the results of my visit. Oh sure, everyone is nice and wants to help,but. First my insurance misquoted my coverage,so I'm thinking ill have all my teeth issues resolved. Wrong. I was charged for 2 teeth that broke out of my partial(actually one as they are fused together). Went home and three hours later it broke.

Fantastic experience: (btw, the name on my Google account is fictitious.. but, I am a real patient of Willis Dental :). ) Having a new dentist do major work for the first time is anxiety-causing. Are they gentle? Will the injections hurt? How in command are they throughout? How often do they check in? Do they flit from patient to patient, making the visit longer? Dr. Nelson aced all of it. And, this coming from someone who loved her prior dentist, and having had a lot of work done by many dentists. I knew I could finally exhale; I'd found another good one. My only suggestion is for him to be more proactive in his recommendations. Case in point... My crown popped off. Before Dr. Nelson glued it back in, I asked to see what shape it was in. He didn't assert it was time to replace it. I did, to which he agreed. It was obvious once I saw how many holes were in it and realized this could lead to trapped food/decay/infection. The point being, I rely on my dentist to be proactive in making recommendations, so hopefully that happens as we continue to work together. That said, he did great work, everyone from the front desk to the back is wonderful, and it's a beautiful space. Kinda everything you could ask for from a dental practice!

Fantastic experience: Like most prior reviewers, I have not had a positive history with dental practices. I've had two cleanings at Willis Dental so far, and both have been positive experiences. The hygienist was caring and ensured the topical numbing agent took effect before beginning. They have been able to verify coverage and provide estimates on the spot. It sounds strange to say, but I am feeling excited about a dental treatment plan!

Fantastic experience: My cleaning was 5 stars!!! showed up early and they were ready with a big smile and warm greeting. A beautiful building and set up with a short walk to the room. The execution was smooth with every move being efficient and executed perfectly. Scraping, flossing, polishing and gum care was done with skill and no pain. Doctor Willis even went above and beyond to take off a tab the orthodontist left on. And no wait for him to be available. Liz sent me home with a goodie bag and my next appointment already scheduled. Thank you Willis Team for all of your work in planning to make my experience amazing!

There's no secret to excellent dental heath: just brush and floss daily, avoid sugar and acidic foods, and visit Willis Dental regularly.

They’re not just about fixing your teeth—they care about your overall health and well-being. Plus, scheduling was super easy, and they’re great at accommodating busy schedules. Willis was referred to me by a friend and I’d recommend and refer them 10/10 times.

Fantastic experience: “The dentist” has historically been an uncomfortable place for me. However, Willis Dental has shown me over the past two years that it doesn’t have to be that way. Along with a caring and professional staff, they also have small amenities (like tv’s on the ceiling) that help ease nerves. I highly recommend this place, but feel free to go somewhere else so it continues to be easy to get appointments that fit my schedule

Fantastic experience: After having been to many dentists with the same complaints of pain from an ulcer on my upper gum under my denture. It has been reoccurring off and on for almost a decade. Every dentist told me it was caused by my jaw bone and tissue loss. Even one dentist said he thought it was Cancer..it wasn't. On top of that, I had been suffering from excruciating jaw pain from my temple all the way down to underneath my jaw on the same side of my face. I was told I'd have to go to a specialist for my TMJ. Both problems were creating poor nutrition from my inability to eat. I finally ignored everything I'd been told from both previous dentist and sought out yet another dentist. Which lead me to finding Willis Dental, and Dr. Davis. On my first appointment I explained my situation and x-rays were taken and exam done. Dr. Davis listened compassionately and then took an xray of the ulcerated area out of curiosity. Low and behold..there was a mass in my gum..a broken off tooth root when they pulled the tooth. WOW, all it took was a doctor to explore with a simple x-ray to solve the mystery and unnecessary pain I endured! Dr. Davis also adjusted the inside of my denture to provide room for the tooth root, until he could remove it. With a plan in place and after a couple of days, my temple all the way down to the bottom of my jaw..that pain was almost 100% gone ! I finally felt my distress was acknowledged and addressed. I can not put into words the amount of gratitude and respect I have for Dr. Davis..and Willis Dental!!❤️ Monique

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Willis Dental. The office was very clean and welcoming. My hygienist Itati was very sweet, professional, and attentive to all my needs. The cleaning was very thorough and I would highly recommend their office to anyone looking for dental care!

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with the customer service offered by this dental practice. They require immediate, upfront payment for copays etc., but do not offer the same courtesy when they are overpaid and a refund is due to the customer. When contacting them regarding my concerns about the amount of time it was taking to process my refund and that I felt it was poor business practice and poor customer service I received a letter from them requesting that I seek a new dental provider and indicating the following, “We do not like to dismiss patients; however, it has become apparent that we were unable to meet your expectations.”. So sad that this is their response to concerns being expressed about their customer service standards! Safe to say I will not be referring anyone to this practice.

Fantastic experience: First time with Dr. Nelson but his assistant was Yelena who again is fabulous, courteous and very knowledgeable and personal AND Dr. Nelson highly gentle and informed me of all things "getting done" appreciated that. ABSOLUTELY RECCOMEND WILLIS DENTAL

My hygentist (Iaita) was very friendly and did an excellent job taking x-rays and cleaning my teeth. The whole staff, from reception to the doctor (Broc) were very professional and friendly. Fantastic experience: I have a lot of anxiety about dentists and I am so glad I found these guys! I generally see the same hygienist and dentist every time. Dr. Nelson is very compassionate, down to earth and truly listens. The front desk staff are always so kind and friendly. For me to recommend a dentist office, they must be exceptional because I survived 1980's dentistry and am very difficult to numb, which is a recipe for trauma!

The office staff is very friendly, the dental staff is always very friendly and helpful. We love the hygie- ntists and always wish we had more time to talk with them. The staff Dentists are friendly and we appreciate their chair-side manner. I recently had an appointment for a cleaning and X-rays and Sven was my hygienist, she always does a super job and is so friendly and works very efficiently to clean my teeth.

My experience from the moment I walked into their office ,to speaking with everyone I came in contact with was tremendous! I love the positive energy within the office! Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience at Willis dental yesterday. I know, at a dentist? But seriously, the staff was friendly, courteous, and competent, and I did not have to wait in the lounge at all. Dr. Willis himself was very friendly and upbeat and promptly performed a minor repair of a tooth I had been neglecting. He also corrected an annoying issue on a tooth/gum line that had become sensitive. I am grateful for receiving professional dentistry at a very reasonable price.

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff, service and overall experience! Going to the dentist is something I typically dread, but Morgan and Dr. Nelson went above and beyond to make this a pleasant experience. I have never felt more comfortable and it was obvious that everyone involved had my best interest in mind. The staff’s communication was immaculate, and kept my mind at ease. I even had an insurance hiccup, and the front desk worked on the issue immediately and resolved the situation with ease. I could go on and on. Overall, very welcoming and friendly environment. I highly highly recommend!
