Negative experience: This has been the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. They charged me significantly more than they had on previous visits without properly explaining why. To make matters worse, they never notified me that I had an outstanding balance. Instead of contacting me, they sent my bill straight to collections, which is completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. The quality of the dental work was also extremely poor. Most of the fillings they placed for my children have fallen out, including my daughter’s fillings. As a parent, I trusted them to provide quality dental care, but I have had to deal with failed dental work and the stress of additional appointments. I would never recommend this office to anyone. Between the unexpected charges, poor communication, sending my account to collections without notifying me first, and the poor quality of the dental work

She is kind, gentle, and caring, and she makes my children feel comfortable during every visit. We highly recommend Dr. Phan! Fantastic experience: Loved them so so much. Went in today to get some of my cavities removed and filled, super friendly staff everyone is caring and careful. They made sure I was okay during the treatment helped me with anything if needed totally trustworthy staff. I was seen and helped by Dr Ash and Justine so if you can, for sure book with them. Overall amazing experience would recommend to anyone that is scared of the dentist because this was not scary at all.

Fantastic experience: 2nd visit with Dr. Pham and still as amazing as the first visit!! Definitely will continue to come!! 1st visit Dr. Phan was AMAZING with my little girl!! I expected to be turned away b/c my daughter can be a screamer however she sang/explained everything to her as she was doing her examination! Dr. Phan and Danny were super prepared and finished in no time. I loved that she included my daughter’s doll in her examination. It definitely made my daughter feel more comfortable!! Definitely recommend 10/10!!

My child ended up needing an emergency root canal, and I was honestly very nervous—but the entire team made everything so much easier. They were incredibly attentive, patient, and kind from the moment we walked in. The dentist and staff explained everything clearly, kept checking in to make sure my child was comfortable, and handled the situation quickly and professionally. You can tell they truly care about their patients, especially kids, and go above and beyond to make them feel safe. I’m so grateful for how smoothly they handled an unexpected emergency. Negative experience: God forbid I get to Dr. Lee. She's NOT A dentist. For the first time, she couldn't put a silver crown on a child's tooth for a long time. And in the end, Dr. Fan was called, who did everything very professionally and quickly. After what I saw, I asked the receptionist to make an appointment only with Dr. Fan. But I don't know why we were signed up for Lee's again on March 21. In the beginning, I didn't remember that it was that would-be dentist. She did not wait after the anastasis and immediately gave my daughter an injection. The child is 9 years old, and Lee didn't care that my daughter was crying in pain. I asked why she was crying and why she hadn't taken pain medication, they said that the child was just very sensitive to pain. But you need to give time for the pain relief to work, then start working. Dr. Lee is a terrible unprofessional and heartless doctor.

Fantastic experience: The people here are awesome! The atmosphere is also great and I actually engage in conversations with everyone. They also do very well at their job and are quick. I recommend this place to everyone you won’t be disappointed!

Negative experience: I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel other parents should know about my experience here. This office seems more focused on making money than on genuinely helping patients. In my experience, they recommended many procedures that may not have been necessary. My daughter went in for what seemed like a simple issue with one tooth, but it quickly turned into recommendations for more than 10 procedures. As a parent, you trust the dentist’s professional opinion, and unfortunately, I trusted Dr. Gregory. Looking back, I wish I had sought a second opinion first. Billing was another major issue. I have private insurance—not Medi-Cal—and had already paid a significant amount out of pocket because I was told my insurance would cover the rest. I wasn’t expecting additional bills after paying so much. I spoke with the office manager, Mariela, about the mistakes, but the issue was not resolved, and I ended up paying for charges I believe were unnecessary. Because of this experience, we will not be returning. If you receive a treatment plan that seems very expensive or excessive, I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to anything—especially when it comes to your children’s dental care. If you have private insurance, review all charges carefully. I’m sharing this as a genuine parent experience—these are the facts as they happened to us.

Fantastic experience: Huge shoutout to Ali at the front desk! He is always so kind, helpful, and welcoming every time I come in. From the moment you walk through the door, he makes you feel comfortable and taken care of. He truly cares about the patients and goes out of his way to help with anything you need, whether it’s answering questions, helping with scheduling, or just making sure everything runs smoothly. Going to the dentist/ortho can be stressful, but Ali honestly makes every visit a much better experience. This office is really lucky to have someone like him, and he makes a big difference in how positive and easy each visit feels.

Negative experience: Review – Kids & Teen Dental Place, 1000 E Palmer, Glendale This office engaged in dishonest billing practices. If you do not have medical, stay away from that place! Clearly told them multiple times that I do not accept any extra services that my insurance does not cover. Despite that, they added expensive, unnecessary procedures and made them appear “covered.” My insurance confirmed the clinic knew these codes were not covered and that those add-on services were not required. I have proof, and if others experienced the same issue, I am willing to join in further action.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Phan is the best!!! My kids had several treatments with the different doctors it was hard. But Dr.Phan is really fast and so professional. I like her. My first kid had few times crown and filling but after treatment, he had a problem little bit. But with the Dr.Phan, nothing worry. Also thanks to assistant Dainny and Josheph! They helped my kid during the hard time and wait for him. They are good team work and amazing today.

Friendly and don't make it feel like it's a dental office. Both my girls love coming to them only. And Dr.Hacopian has always been my favorite doctor for both my girls. Thier ortho treatment has been amazing because of people like them. If I had the option to give them all pay raises, I would because they deserve it, because they go above and beyond to help each patient's experience at the dental office Great.

Fantastic experience: I went in today for an orthodontic consultation with my son, who is a child with special needs. We’ve always had a bit of trouble with dental visits in the past because of his disabilities, but today was completely different. The assistant, Virginia, was amazing — very considerate, patient, and gentle. She treated my son with the utmost care and made sure he felt comfortable the whole time. I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism we experienced, and I will definitely be coming back to this office.

Fantastic experience: This location is Fantastic. The staff is awesome for the MOST part, ORIEE- woman that does the children’s X-rays is rude and not gentle at ALL. She comes across condescending and cold. Everyone else from front desk personnel to Doctors is AMAZING. Joseph is always smiling and amazing with the children. Griselda is also friendly and engaging. Dr. Ramos is always extremely gentle and explains what she is doing to the children - this is GREAT. It definitely helps ease the nerves of the children . We live this place

Negative experience: Wait times are always very long. Staff is helpful and courteous but the wait times are unacceptable! The kids are already so tired by the time it’s their turn they dread coming here. The providers seem to be rushing with the patients probably because they have to get to everyone before they close. I will definitely be considering going somewhere else.

They tie the child down, take x-rays, do not treat properly.… They do not care that the child is in pain, you have to wait 4-5 hours to fix a tooth. If I could give 0 stars I would❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️ THE WORST DENTISTRY YOU HAVE EVER SEEN!!!!

Negative experience: This is just disgusting. Today my daughter had several teeth treated. The doctor put gray fillings on an 18-year-old girl, she is not an old granny. The doctor did not even offer another option, he himself thought that these fillings were needed. My daughter saw it in the car and was shocked. My daughter is crying, the whole family is upset. I cannot describe this horror in words.
