Fantastic experience: I am so very thankful that I went to this practice today. Dr. Marty and Sherry, her assistant, was amazing! They provide total care. The billing staff work wuth you. Everyone is very positive and respectful. If you are trying to find an outstanding grouo for your dental needs, this is the group to try.

I love chatting with everyone there, they know my name when I walk in the door, and I always feel great when I leave. I am terrible with names but every person there is exceptional. Fantastic experience: This is the best place and dentist I’ve ever had. I do not like going to the dentist but Dr Marty really is the best and makes sure you’re comfortable. I’ve had some really bad experiences with other places. It means a lot to finally have someone who teams up with the patient to come up with a plan and doesn’t make them feel bad.

Negative experience: This place is awful! Not caring at all. They do not seem interested at all in trying to help to find solutions and would rather just tell you they cannot help. Tells you they will call you back and do not. Tells you they will email you and they do not. Then they will make you feel like you are in the wrong for following up. They consistently give inconsistent information and then gaslight you to make you feel like you are wrong. I would advise staying clear of them as it seems obvious they are only worried about transactional relationships than building goodwill with their patients.

Received thorough cleaning and xrays from Christy, and full exam and consult from Dr. Marty. The dentist answered all my questions and laid out a treatment plan for me. Fantastic experience: I called after midnight and left a message about an imminent concern, I received a call back at 8:06am…. “We will see you, get here as soon as you can, preferably before 9am.” Within 30 mins of getting there, I was given 3 referrals for immediate action. My referral even reached out to them in the afternoon for more info. I appreciate the concern from them, that I had for me and the level of professionalism in getting the best care for me in that moment. I hope they stay in Chesapeake as long as I do! Fantastic experience: I had left my previous dentist in the middle of a treatment plan due to poor standards of care. I was very nervous that Dr. Marty would have difficulty undoing the damage done by my previous dentist. She had me painlessly numbed and the situation resolved within minutes. I had thought fixing the problem might take multiple appointments, but she had it in hand in no time. I'm extremely glad that I decided to try Dr. Marty for my dental care. Our entire family will be moving our care to the Center for Restorative, Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry with Dr. Marty and her excellent staff. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Marty Lewis since CRCID opened in Great Bridge several years ago. Dr Lewis and the hygienists are all very professional and thorough. As a senior adult, I have had a number of procedures and all have gone well. Best part is the welcoming, friendly environment that takes all the stress out of going to the dentist.
