She made the entire teeth cleaning feel like I was just chatting with a friend, which made the visit so much more comfortable and enjoyable. Dr. Jorgenson was just as great. He’s approachable, attentive, and really takes the time to listen to your concerns. I especially appreciated how clearly he explained everything. Definitely no confusing dental jargon, just straightforward answers you can actually understand. The office itself is very clean and welcoming, and the front desk staff are all incredibly friendly, which makes a big difference from the moment you walk in. The only suggestion I would offer is around wait times. If the office is running behind, it would be really appreciated if someone could communicate that ahead of time. I ended up waiting about 25 minutes past my scheduled appointment, and as a busy full-time working mom with a baby, time is definitely precious. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this office!

Kevin did an excellent job on my X-rays making them comfortable and quick. Experiencia fantástica: I am so thankful to Dr. Jorgensen and his staff for the amazing work they do at Advanced Dental! I had not been to the dentist in over 5+ years prior to seeing Dr. Jorgensen, but when I finally felt the push to see a dentist, my brother referred me to this office and it’s truly a game changer. Taking X-rays were easy, the cleanings are quick yet thorough, and I even had a filling done that was the QUICKEST and easiest filling in all my life! Despite all the “dental anxiety” I’ve experienced in the past, I truly felt comfortable in their hands! I also don’t have an insurance, and therefore pay out of pocket, however the pricing for the exams are fair, and there are special packages to ensure proper dental care throughout the year. On top of all this, I have a hearing issue that Dr. Jorgensen and his staff have been supportive of. I had my cleaning today by Katie, who I’m so incredibly grateful for her kindness and thorough exam, and for making today comfortable and successful! Thank you again Advanced Dental Care!

Experiencia fantástica: I had the BEST experience at Advanced Dental in Costa Mesa. I’ve avoided the dentist for years (like an embarrassingly long time) because of bad childhood experiences. However, from my very first phone call to walking out after my appointment, every single person was kind, welcoming, and completely non-judgmental. The front desk, dental assistant, hygenist, and dentist all made me feel comfortable and cared for in a way I didn’t think was possible at a dentist’s office. They aren’t even in-network for me, but I happily paid out of pocket and will be switching my insurance just so I can keep coming here. They didn’t rush me and patiently answered all my questions. 10/10 recommend! My only regret is not going in sooner.

Experiencia fantástica: I am a terrible dental patient. My very first experience with a dentist as a 4 year old is a core traumatic experience and I have been terrified to find a new dentist. I wanted a dentist that specialized in “gentle” dentistry, took my insurance and was near either my neighborhood or where I work. Advanced Dental Care checked all of those boxes and had excellent reviews. When I called to make an appointment, the scheduler was informative, friendly, and I was able to get an appointment three days later, which blew me away. I filled out all my forms online and before I could even finish the office had called me back with all of my insurance coverage information. Gotta love proactive financial transparency. My first experience at the office today was fantastic. The reception staff was very friendly, upbeat, and welcoming. My hygenist was amazing (and on time!). She was kind and LISTENED to me. Her empathy and compassion made me feel at ease. Dr. Jorgenson has a wonderful “chair side” manor and he was clear and consise without adding anxiety or fear to the appointment. When I was checking out they already had a financial breakdown of today’s appointment and any future appointments. Experiencia fantástica: Best experience I've had at a dentist. Efficient, clean, no pain. Had two fillings here and Dr Jorgenson was super quick. Prices (with insurance) are reasonable too. The whole insurance thing can be confusing and receptionists took time to tell me exactly what was covered at what percentage, ask them if you're not sure.

Experiencia fantástica: Switched dentists after seeing the same one for about 14 years. I researched good ones in the area on Google and Reddit and this was the one that was highly rated. They had better availability than my old dentist and much more up-to-date technology and scheduling options. Had booked a cleaning and was able to fill out new member forms from my phone. I even had the option to request dark glasses for the visit which I LOVED. The front desk, x-ray tech, hygienist, and of course dentist were all very personable, professional, and friendly. I even had the option to bring my retainers for cleaning. The cleaning itself was pretty thorough and my teeth felt great after. I have to change insurance again so I made sure to pick one that this office accepts.

After I cried at the news, I set it all up through this office and it has been expensive but good and thorough work. Doctor J is super easy going and nice to work with. Experiencia fantástica: I was overdue in replacing my vivera retainers that I had gotten at a dental office in Houston. My past dental office was unable to find my record or invisaline ID number and they were unable to help me order a replacement after several unsuccessful calls. I'm SO grateful that I was able to find Advanced dental care!!! I had a wonderful experience working with Dr. Jorgenson and his staff. Dr. Jorgenson and his staff spent an extensive amount of time and effort to help me locate my pt ID number and were able to help me order vivera replacements. The front desk and technicians were all very helpful in answering all my questions and Dr. Jorgenson was really patient, friendly, and knowledgeable! Advanced Dental Care really went above and beyond and I’m so grateful for their assistance! I highly recommend this practice for any of your dental needs!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great dental cleaning experience at Orange Dental Care. My hygienist was amazing and very gentle with my teeth. She explained everything she was doing and gave me some helpful tips on how to improve my oral hygiene. The entire staff was friendly, and helpful, and the office was clean and comfortable. All of the hygenists are both swift and gentle, front desk staff is friendly and all smiles, and Dr Jorgenson is thorough and concise. Experiencia fantástica: I had a good experience with Advanced Dental Care. This was my first visit. The X-ray lady Ida was kind and sweet. I felt cold in the office and she gave me a nice blanket to keep me warm. My hygienist is great. She was gentle and professional. Dr Jorgenson is knowledgeable and professional. Experiencia negativa: I have an extreme case of Dentist-Phobia, I don't like going to the dentist, I don't like the sounds and I particularly don't like the drills and needles. The attending male dentist wasn't in the least bit concerned about my comfort. In fact, my lips at the right corner of my mouth were ripped by the aggressive manner in which the dentist used his hand to pull my mouth open. The male dental assistant who initially performed my X-rays was okay by comparison.
