Experiencia negativa: I used to love this place until today. The doctor is amazing — I still really appreciate him — and the previous manager was a wonderful person. But the current manager keeps trying to charge extra money for commission. She is not doing her job properly and acts like she owns the place. Someone like this should not be given authority because she abuses it. She tried to charge me $1,200 for a tooth that I already knew had been approved by insurance. Later, when she checked again with the owner, she admitted that the treatment actually was approved by insurance. I had already known this for a long time because the previous manager had told me before. On top of that, today she caused additional problems and again tried to charge me extra money. She blamed me for her own mistake. I honestly don’t think I will come back here again. She completely ruined my 2-year relationship with this place.

Experiencia negativa: I had a terrible experience with my wisdom tooth removal here. They did not give me any anesthesia, which they are absolutely supposed to. Instead, they just numbed the area with needles. I nearly fainted, and they had to stop and give me a strawberry—completely bizarre. Worse, the doctor never asked me for consent to remove extra teeth. He simply said, “I think I’ll remove two,” and then, mid-procedure, decided, “I’ll remove three.” and then removed all 4. I was unable to respond or give permission. It felt careless and reckless. They also didn’t provide any instructions beforehand or any aftercare guidance. To top it off, the front desk staff was gossiping the entire time, which was extremely unprofessional. This was completely unacceptable, and I would not recommend them.

I have been visiting it for a while now, and I keep coming back because of the caring attitude and professionalism of both the staff and the doctors. I would especially like to mention the assistant, Baris. He is a very polite young man who always does his best in his work and in his approach to patients. He even remembers my whole family and always sends his greetings to everyone, even though we are just patients. Thank you very much to the entire staff. I highly recommend this dental clinic!

Experiencia negativa: Please double-check what your insurance covers because they tried to charge me for procedures that were actually covered by my insurance. At first, I gave them 5 stars, but after this experience, I had to change it to 1 star. The same thing happened when my mom went in as well. It feels like this place takes advantage of people, so be cautious if you decide to come here.

From the moment I walked in, the team was super friendly and welcoming, which made me feel confident that I found the right place. I went in for a root canal treatment and extractions on problematic tooth, and the whole experience was top-notch. Dr. Rehyan and her team are not only highly skilled but also genuinely compassionate, taking the time to explain my treatment and options clearly. Overall, a solid experience with a trustworthy team.

My sixth teeth needed crown along with root canal which I found this place in Google, so the awesome stuff had x-ray for them first, then I was referred to another especialest for the root canal, after my root canal was done the best front desk associate, back office associate Valeria and the nice doctor tried a lot to get approved authorization from caloptima for my crowns, finally I got approval for 5 crowns which 3 of them already installed and just 3 of them left to be done. So I recommend everyone to come to this place for free root canal and crowns if you have medical. Experiencia fantástica: I had a root canal done today and I felt no pain at all. The doctor did it fairly quickly and was very professional. The front office was also very welcoming and answered any questions I had. I will definitely be recommending friends of mine to come here for their dental work.

Experiencia negativa: Today I visited the Ocean Dental Group dental clinic at 2781 Suite MacArthur Boulevard in Santana.They stated that it was necessary to take 18 x-rays, and they refused to reduce the amount of x-rays. If I need to fix 1 tooth why do they have to x-ray of all teeth 18 time? It is not safe for a person to be irradiated so many times at the same time. This is probably against the protocols.. The World Health Organization is against this. I stopped the process and left the clinic. I believe that the goal is to unreasonably inflate the price for the service. If they want to rip off more money from the insurance company, why are they doing this, harming people's health?

Experiencia negativa: Staff is very kind. However I received a root canal and it has become infected. They expect me to pay a second time to have them fix the job they failed. It’s become more painful than it was before. When the tech was putting my caps on I could sense a bit of hesitation. Not sure if it was the procedure that was not done correctly or if it’s from the cap not being put on correctly but unfortunately it was not successful

Experiencia negativa: I’ve missed 2 of my (ortho) appointments and tried to reschedule but nobody answers the phone, I’ve called several times at different times and no answers, I never had a problem when Cindy was there she would call to remind us of upcoming appointments and if needed to reschedule was not ever a problem, I hope I don’t get charge for the delay in my progress with my ortho. Something changed with this office, I do like the people that help me with my dental work they are alway very nice.

And the deep clean was the first step I had to do before doing any other dental work. It was very gentle, accurate and a 100% of my teeth Became whiter and removed all of the buildup from over the years. She answered all of my questions and concerns that I have. I was nervous, but she was very attentive to everything. I highly recommend her and the whole staff at ocean dental group here in Santa Ana they were very friendly and nice to me and welcoming after I expressed how I haven't been to a dentist for awhile.

I had an issue with my prev dentist billing my insurance for work they never completed , and they did everything they could to help - they were able to do my root canal then worry about working around the insurance issue. Karina at the front remembered me even tho I hadn’t been in for a few months and Neven the Hygienist was very thorough, quick and gentle to get my teeth cleaned and looking nice again.

I was referred here for my first ever root canal and I was beyond scared. But I was quickly put to ease when I met sam. She was funny, knew what she was doing, and went the extra mile to make sure everything went smooth. I would come back to this location, hopefully not for another root canal. Experiencia fantástica: I have come here a few times just this year for some issues with my back teeth. The people who have helped me here were the most friendly people I have ever met at a dentists office. Cindy was very friendly and very concerned about my pain. She was very kind when I walked in there with a severe toothache and made sure to follow up as soon as my insurance was able to authorize some treatments. Another person who was amazing was Sam. She was also very helpful and seemed genuinely concerned about my toothache. Lastly, Caesar, who was assisting the doctor with a root canal was very kind and funny. He really tried to make my feel better but I mostly liked his personality. Although I’m not yet finished with my treatment, I just wanted to write this review and sincerely thank them for making this situation better. I always appreciate staff who truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to make sure they are no longer in pain. Thank you guys!

Thank you Cindy, without you, I probably wouldn't have found all of you. A really important phone call in my life. Neven what a kind and caring deep cleaning before my needed oral surgery. Trina for handling insurance issues when they got a little glitchy and getting me through it. And last but not least Dr. Ozder , one of the most skilled dental surgeons I have met.. He had me done and in and out in literally like 15 minutes. I had put this surgery off for 2 years, 1 because my brother was dying from cancer the first year. Several well respected dentists had scared the bejeezus out of me because this tooth was quite unusual and there was no chance of saving it. It had a very unusual twist in the bottom of the root.. I can't pay enough homage to Dr. Ozder. I can't leave out the entire, and I truly mean entire staff at this location. Thanks to them, I have much better dental health and overall health because the tooth was infected.

All the team are so friendly and helpful. During one visit I witnessed the team holding hands with this young patient to comfort her during the session. We all know it is not easy. Experiencia negativa: I wrote this review 3 years ago. I was asked by them to do so and was told to give them 5 stars. I recently found out they were ripping me off. They tried more than once to pull my wisdom teeth without explanation. I asked why if my teeth are fine and don’t hurt. They’re answer was well it might hurt one day… like come on you’re a doctor not a con artist show so respect for your profession. I’ll leave up my original comment because I want people to know the names of the people who took me for a ride. Got a cavity filled too and they over did it with the filling. To this day the right side of my mouth floats a little over the bottom row of my teeth. Never go to a cooperation for health care. The only thing they want is money. Neven dental hygienist was a great help. Very gentle and professional. Cindy was very helpful and listened to my needs and wants.

OZDER has been the best, he's the most painless, gentle dentist I've ever had in my 50 years of dental work. Always puts me at ease, explains every step as he goes and does excellent dental work. I've had several implants by Dr. Ozder that I'm very happy with and have had no issues. He takes his time to ensure the process and implant procedure is free of infection at every step, adhering properly and secure. I can now eat anything I want and looking to get more implants soon. The office is clean and the entire staff is friendly and professional. DR.KARIMI also dies excellent work, and CINDY, AND CEASAR ARE THE BEST and FUN to be around. They all feel like family. Cindy at the front desk makes herself available at all times 24/7 and I know I can always rely on her for anything I need. I have followed this group of professionals for the past 10 years and at times have traveled a distance to get to them, that's how good they are and how much I trust them.
