Experiencia fantástica: Was super scared getting my wisdom teeth pulled out and let me tell you it was the smoothest removal! The doctor was so patient and talked me through the entire process! The front desk is very welcoming and the dental assistants are very nice when it comes to answering questions. Thank you to the lady that takes care of all the billing and payments so very nice and informative when it comes to getting a procedure and what the pros are :)

Experiencia negativa: Worst place ever. Every time I come here it’s always another tooth extraction . I came here for one cavity 5 years ago. I never got it fixed and came out with braces I never needed. I tried staying away from this place just too come back and get yet again 4 of my teeth pulled out . My teeth are in pain like I’ve never felt before and decided too come back today just too get the news of them wanting too extract yet another tooth . That is creating pain due too a cavity . And well I almost feel obligated too warn anybody that comes here that thier only there too get all Yur money with out regards for the pain that they will put u thru and teeth thier going too want too pull out . Careful with these people .

However, I have been coming to this office for almost 3 years now and I'm glad that I have found this place. The people here are fantastic. They have been kind, patient and caring. They have great communication, service and care. Their customer service is great. I'm very happy at this location. They've treated me well with kindness, patience and respect. Sandra and all the staff here were great in explaining everything to me and helping me get things done that I needed. I'm glad I found this place

Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately I have unpleasant experience 8 months , I have x rays and my insurance couldn’t cover for my treatment so they offered me care credit which I accepted it. But they didn’t go over the policy of care credit themselves so it can be well clarified. So I pay my with my own money the treatment and started a bit of the treatment. But the following day I have cancelled my treatment because I feel it was too much money. They said that I could not get my refund because I started my treatment and that I signed the paperwork of care credit . If they would have let me know at the beginning of the first day I started with them when signing the paperwork , I would not start myself paying for the treatment. I didn’t have any treatment continuing with them again. I feel this western dental office doesn’t care about their patients health dental and their accommodation in paying their bills when they can’t afford paying because of their lack of communication. There just interested in taking advantage of people money. If you want a good dental office find it somewhere else. This office ain’t for you.

Dr.M and Dr.B are amazing doctors answering every question I had and back staff was amazing too! What can I say about the front staff? They are beautiful ladies, very kind! Sandra is amazing she was able to help me with my treatment plan and Kimmy the receptionist was so kind and helpful during my whole visit. Definitely recommend this location you won’t regret it!!

The coordinator in that office her name is Liliana she was very helpful about answering any questions about my treatment and helped me schedule my next appointment for my extraction.

Experiencia negativa: Made an appointment over the phone to see if they offer Invisalign, which they said they did. Arrived at my 12 PM appointment at 11:45 and I am told that I have to fill in for a new patient form. Mind you I am here for a visual consultation which shouldn’t require any insurance information. I decide to fill out the form as they tell me I cannot go in until I do so. After I fill it all out I wait until 12:30 before they finally let me in. Mind you I am on my 1 hour lunch break. I then proceed to get X-rays which I assume are a part of the consultation to see if I qualify. I then go into as side room where the dentist shows up and begin to explain how I have gum issues because of the X-rays and how I need to get some gum treatment. This is all before I can even say what I am in for, which when I do end up telling her, she tells me that she is not qualified to determine if someone can get Invisalign and that the orthodontist is upstairs. She then continues to try and sell me on some gum products and a deep cleaning before leaving and bringing in some sales/insurance lady. This sales women proceeds to tell me about the gum cleaning procedure as if I had agreed to it in the first place, which in did not. She says that I will have to pay 1700 for it, which makes no sense backside I do have insurance. I tell her that I am here for an Invisalign consultation and tells me to show her my teeth, which I do, and then she tells me that I wouldn’t even qualify and if I did, they don’t even offer Invisalign. At this point I realize that I had been duped and am getting scammed about this whole thing. I get up, tell her that I don’t need all of this because already have a dentist I go to and she suddenly looks so disappointed. She tells me that I can leave and come back at 2 when the ortho comes back from lunch. This whole thing was such a waste of time and no one whole values their time should come here.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Harris is By far, the best dentist I’ve ever dealt with he helps with my anxiety when I come in. He’s so patient so welcoming he just overall just make you feel so comfortable and I personally hate coming to the dentist, but he is personally the best dentist I ever dealt with and all of my years of life. I call him Dr. Denzel. He talks just like Denzel Washington.

Experiencia negativa: Wait was too long. Dentist had two things to do which was cleaning and polish. He had done the polish and then sent me to the front said we were done. I then asked the receptionist if they were going to do the cleaning today. She then asked and another lady overheard and said she would do the cleaning for me she looked annoyed.She then got her assistant to finish the rest of the cleaning which was an older lady who seemed to not know what she was doing. Overall people were clueless here I do not recommend if I could give negative stars I would.

Experiencia fantástica: I am a big fan of this Western Dental Location on 1st in Santa Ana! I accompanied my elderly dad to an appointment there recently and can’t say enough good about our experience. In spite of there being no record of his appointment they worked him in. The office staff were very kind and efficient; making every effort to help cover the bases for his planned procedure. The dentist was very helpful explaining his options and made a point to call me personally later in the day to confirm his prescription details had been worked out. I am so grateful for how they made his day much smoother than we were anticipating.

From the time you walk in the door, and are welcomed by front desk…to the x-ray’s, cleanings, impressions, dental work by THE BEST dentist EVER (she really cares! ), the whole experience is QUALITY!!!! This office, makes me WANT to go to the dentist and I look forward to my appointments! And so does my sister!!!!! I can’t say enough good things!!!! *Oh yeah, just want to mention, I have been to other Western Dental offices, where the waiting rooms are packed like sardines, multiple appointments booked for same time…miserable. THIS office, really knows how to schedule patient visits! Each time, (and I’ve been here wayyy more than a dozen times) I’ve been seen at or very very close to my ACTUAL appt time! Waiting room is clean and very pleasant!

Experiencia negativa: It such a shame. I had many good experiences with the office previously (for wisdom teeth, cleaning, and filling). Recently, I got exam for teeth cleaning. The doctor refused to explain my diagnosis and said I need to speak with the sale person first before she can say anything? Very strange. Then, they try to sell some gum treatment package to me and said I have gum disease? Mind you, I floss and brush twice a day, everyday. My gum never inflamed or even bleed. The fact that they refused to explain what happened was too suspicious. They even try to sell me some antibiotics that I didn't need. I ended up walking out after they pushing me to get a treatment for something I don't have. I ended up visiting another office right after and they said my gums are perfectly fine and I only need basic clean!! Mind you, this doctor actually spent time looking at the xray, measure my gum throughoutly and explain everything, huge constrast to Western Dental who rushed everything. This is so unethical and disturb!!! Safe to say I will never comes back here for another dental procedure. Always get second opinion before getting anything done here as you may never know if they tried to get your money and putting your health as risk! Also beware, they forced people writing good reviews for them from time to time.

Experiencia negativa: Scheduled an appointment for a badly infected tooth and was in so much pain. they knew the situation before hand and the reason why i was coming in. when i got there they took x-rays and that was it. did not even look at my tooth. only suggested taking Motrin and to see a specialist. Wouldn't've even scheduled if i knew that was all they would do. waste of time and even possible an insurance scam. i will talking to my insurance about this.

Experiencia negativa: I recently visited Western Dental on 1st and Fairview, SA, for what I expected to be a routine teeth cleaning, especially important to me before the Thanksgiving holiday. To my surprise and grave disappointment, after the x-rays and examination, I was informed that I would not receive the cleaning I had scheduled, and that I would need to make a new appointment. This was a first in my experience with dental offices. The policy of conducting only exams on the first visit, without prior notification, shows a lack of respect for patients' time and needs. I had taken time off work for this appointment, expecting a service that is typically offered during initial visits every other dental practice I have ever been to in the past 30 years. This experience was a stark contrast to my previous dentist, located in downtown SA, where my first visit included a cleaning within 30 minutes of arriving, even in a busy practice. I just contacted my insurance provider to switch back to my previous dentist. It's unfortunate that Western Dental does not align more closely with industry standards and patient expectations, especially for new patients looking to establish a long-term relationship with a dental care provider.

This happens every time i come for an appointment. For the amount of money I am paying everything out of pocket, I'd appreciate if I did not have my time wasted. Over priced and still gave this place a chance. I will never be returning again and I will make sure to warn everybody about this place and refer them elsewhere.

He was suppose to get a root cancel and they called him 1 hr before his appointment mind you I took the day off so he wouldn't have to drive. They cancel on him saying the surgeon doesn't want to do it...how much pain do there clients have to be in for them to actually care what pain he's going through??? They gave him a number and when he called they said they would do a consultation in 2 weeks then go from there....it has been over a month and by the time they would get it done it would be 2 if you can stay away from this location they just prolong the pain for there clients

Experiencia negativa: My mom did have a good experience before but now that she went to a different dentist we find out how wrong they did her here. They told her she had to get her teeth taken out and add bone so it wasn’t hollow. She did that paid 2,500 out of pocket. It’s been a while so she went to a different dentist just to see if she could get implants because she saw something about it online. He recommended implants but he said that he needed to add bone first because it was so thin, we told him they had done that before so does that mean a western dental didn’t? He said it’s possible they did but if it’s been a year since the bone got hollow again and he showed us how it was. So basically Western Dental never explained to my mom she needed to add implants before a certain time . They practically took advantage of her here and didn’t explain to her the process. My mom doesn’t work so 2,500 is so much money for her to just go down the drain. Go somewhere else where they won’t take advantage of you.

Experiencia negativa: Do not trust this place, they totally messed up my mouth and didn’t do any of the right steps for implants, played a guessing game on where to place them instead of actually going deep down with ct scans to see if I was the right candidate. Just after money. I want a full refund before I have to sue with a lawyer, I’ve had two different brain surgeries I know what right steps need to be taken they didn’t not what so ever, just guessed and left in in extreme pain

When i asked how much $ a cleaning would cost she argued with me saying she can not tell me until after a the free consultation, which is not free, they will charge you $130 for xrays and the consultation if i decide to do any cleaning. Experiencia negativa: Ortho office is the worst. Always rescheduling appointments last minute to customers. Huge inconvenience with the office only being open 2 days a week. After Dr. Kennedy left there has been no office structure. Staff is always changing and they dnt communicate that appointments are canceled.

Experiencia negativa: This orthodontic office is terrible I would advise going anywhere else! Please save yourself time, money and grief. The staff is horrible they are rude (esspecially the girl named Maria at front desk), disorganized, rude to the customers. They charged me around $5,000 for braces and over two years only saw me for about a year. When I moved to LA I asked them to send my records to a new western dental (same company) in LA and 6 months later nothing. They refuse me service, refuse to refund the money, refuse to treat me, give me my records or even a copy of the contract. Today after going to ask them to fix my broken brackets they refused me service and asked me to leave. Leaving my gums and front teeth in worse shape then before the braces. The whole company is a scam that will stop caring about you after you pay them. And any positive reviews you see are only because they ask each patient to leave a good review after every appointment and its so awkward to say no. I hope this helps someone! Save yourself if you can from this terrible company.
