Experiencia fantástica: Called at 11am got an appointment for the same day at 12… I went in to get a secondary opinion of dental work I got in another country. The doctor was very professional and honest and reassured me that I am okay. He address my concerns and followed up with an exam just to make sure I am good to go. As for the front desk they were very pleasant and informative even though it was close to their lunch time they did not make me feel rushed! Paula the office manager was very friendly and professional, she also had an aroura of positivity that made me not only comfortable but excited to go get my routine check ups!

After the work, my son changed his dentist to them. And I am going to as my New Year's resolution. They are professional and has good management.. With weekends appointments, it is much flexible for the kids who are busy in the high school and college. When you see the decorations and all the front desk girls in the Christmas clothes, you know they will bring good services to you and they pay attention to respect their patients. Experiencia negativa: I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL because they are very inconvenient. They schedule appointments and then change them last minute. My appointment was supposed to be tomorrow, and it was moved to February 7th. My last appointment was on December 3, and this has happened to me three times already. Because of this, I’ve gone almost two months without treatment. The staff are nice, but the scheduling is extremely unreliable and frustrating, and I wouldn’t choose to come here again. ( I really dont get why they let me make an appointment on the day their gonna close)

Experiencia negativa: Unpleasant experiences. Before I could drive off, I’d have to literally lay down, in my car, before driving off, because I would be in so much pain. I paid like 7,000 dollars to this place, crowns have come off, and fillings have already chipped, and come out. It’s a wash, I don’t even want them repaired for free. Literally the only bad dentist I’ve ever been to.

Experiencia fantástica: Went into this facility started off for basic cleansing (primary care) to these amazing dentists and staff defeating my root canal in a good way :) these people both men and women were polite, fast, and beneficial they don't push me into getting braces here they look at the small things(details) for example pointing out my infectious gums & removal of extracted root canal. Thank you for the help. Also (bonus) Target and Walgreens come in handy for the pharmacist section.

Experiencia negativa: If you care about your teeth and want to avoid long-term problems, do NOT come here. I came to this dental office because I was unhappy with my previous dentist and wanted to try somewhere new. The first person I interacted with was Dr. Seifi. Although his manner was not very caring, I didn’t mind at first as long as the work was done properly. After the initial examination, I was assigned to Dr. Narra, who was actually very caring and attentive. She put a lot of effort into solving issues, and overall I was satisfied with her work despite a few minor problems. Unfortunately, while Dr. Narra was on vacation, my crown procedure was assigned to Dr. Seifi, which turned out to be a huge mistake. I waited 40 minutes past my appointment time because he was busy with another patient. Before even placing the crowns, I was asked to sign a paper stating that I accepted them. After placing the two crowns, I immediately told him they felt too high. He dismissed my concerns, saying they were “very good,” even though my teeth on the opposite side were not touching at all. He hadn’t even checked the bite properly. After insisting, he angrily trimmed one crown, making it much shorter than normal, without properly testing my bite with articulating paper. I left feeling uncomfortable but didn’t say more because of his attitude. Later that day, the discomfort became unbearable, so I returned to the office. Again, he insisted everything was fine. Only after pushing did he finally check my bite with paper and aggressively continued trimming. Even after I said it felt fine, he kept trimming until the crown was over-trimmed, exposing the tooth. I felt pain during the process, but he continued regardless. He then said “sorry” and left. From that day on, the pain in that tooth gradually worsened. A week later, I returned due to severe pain. Both Dr. Narra and Dr. Seifi claimed nothing was wrong and told me I was “too sensitive” and that I should get used to the pain, saying it would eventually go away. For another crown, they placed a temporary crown, which broke within one day—very poor quality. Over the next weeks, I had multiple appointments where the permanent crown either didn’t fit, had to be redone, or wasn’t ready. At my final appointment, I was told that the crown wasn’t ready and that they supposedly called me to reschedule, and I was sent home. In addition to all of this, they performed a root canal treatment on a tooth that had no issues, claiming it was necessary. After the procedure, the tooth was left open and not properly filled, which caused even more problems. One of my crowns is a different color than my natural teeth, making it very noticeable. None of my crowns are even or balanced, and as a result, my bite and overall mouth structure have been negatively affected. I am completely dissatisfied with every single procedure done here. I truly regret ever coming to this dental office. What started as a small issue turned into a long-term, ongoing problem that has affected my daily life. I originally had two problematic teeth. Now, because of this dental office, I have four problematic teeth. If you care about your teeth and want to avoid ongoing pain, stress, and complications, stay away from this place.

I've had 2 appointments canceled already by them..one of them was very important for wisdom tooth extraction and they did not let me know in advance that they canceled. They let me know one day beforehand and i had already took time off of work. And they had no apparent reason for the cancelation. Very unprofessional and do not recommend.

Experiencia negativa: Very unprofessional here, specifically Silvia. Went to this location for the first time a few months ago, and they try to get you to buy things you don't need. Later, I got a bill in the mail for some cleaning I didn't even get done. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Experiencia negativa: Deep cleaning was a rip off and the dr who injected the lidocaine did not do it correctly causing an hematoma on my cheek. My teeth were left with blood and not rinsed out after the cleaning.

Experiencia negativa: It's been the second time that they scheduled me and canceled. If you checked the insurance page, there is the name of a doctor who is no longer with them, and they haven't updated them. It's disappointing and frustrating.

I literally have a tooth exposed past the gum line and this is almost an emergency. I'm trying to do my part by going to a dentist. How do I get help if your business is denying patients?

You can set up an appointment online and enter all of your insurance information WEEKS before just to arrive and have them tell you that they did not verify your insurance. Oh and they will reschedule you so if you live far or had to use PTO to go, there goes that.

Experiencia negativa: Went to get an exam and cleaning worst decision ever. My appointment was at 10:30 and I waited two hours to to be seen. The cleaning I was given was super rushed and my teeth didn’t feel clean at all. I was told by the lady dentist that I have eight cavities… that didn’t seem right AT ALL. Went to another dentist just to make sure they are telling the truth and he informed me that I DO NOT need eight cavities only three. And he said I need a teeth cleaning cause there is still a lot of tarter on my teeth SMH. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Now I need to call medical and ask them for another cleaning cause western didn’t do it right. Update 3/15/2025 They tried charging my medical for 3 crowns I NeVER even got with them. Insane. Literal scammers stay away from this place. I will be contacting someone about this. NOT OK

Experiencia negativa: Not family friendly at all. Super impersonal and they try to work around your insurance to make sure they can get as much money from you possible. They will not allow you to bring your kids with you to sit in the room even during a cleaning making your child with separation anxiety cry in the waiting room. To them all you are is a wallet. Never go here!!

Experiencia negativa: This place having the good review they do is surprising. They tried scamming a child out of her money recommending procedures she didn’t need as well as overcharging her 800. An overcharge when brought to their attention took weeks of ignored messages to finally get a response in only when using alternative means of escalation. Heavily recommend you beware of this place. There are tons of dentists available this shouldn’t be an option you consider, but if you do. Be sure to double check your bills and get a second opinion on any large procedures they might recommend for you.

Experiencia negativa: I would be cautious regarding their services and question their practices. Their Dentist (the older man) was quite cold and short when examining my teeth (I felt like a mannequin, and he spoke more to the assistant). Also, disinterested in giving quality patient care because I had to hear my diagnosis from the administrator who provides you with the services, costs, and financing. I could only request other services once I completed their deep cleaning. Due to the high patient costs, I requested a list of services/codes included in the same-day "deep cleaning treatment." Some were partially covered by insurance, and some services were not, which resulted in expensive out-of-pocket patient costs (which was suggested I get their credit card to help with financing -- rates are horrible and do not help with financing as their marketing says). INSTEAD, I left and I took their billing of services to my insurance company to discuss... So, something that the administrator at the western dental office who did the "finances/insurance/services" did not mention is that some services that were not covered by insurance are optional, and they cannot refuse treatment or provide a treatment plan based on my insurance. Additionally, they planned on charging me for two sets of cleaning, including my standard cleaning (the dentist refused to complete that day) and periodontal maintenance (which should not be completed on the same day as the other services provided). If I agreed, they would have made me purchase additional cleanings that I would be otherwise unaware of, and I am sure the administrator would not be able to explain. I do not think this facility is the best at helping patients but charging patients and advertising (GumX Plus and credit cards). I would never accept services on the same day without talking to someone who is qualified.

Experiencia negativa: Worst dental place. The staff schedules you incorrectly..you come in for one thing you show up it's something totally different. You try to explain to the staff that the reason for the visit is incorrect and that they may have the wrong patient info up they have the audacity to argue with you and tell you that your wrong. You ask to speak to the dentist and there not available to talk but apparently only to do the work. They never remember any of the conversations they have with you.. Would never recommend anyone to come here!!!!!
