Her treatment plan was thorough with a list of suggested resources for me. We discussed products to use for flossing, brushing and rinsing. Don’t put off your dental care, Dr. Jenny shared with me that one of her main goals is to remove the fear and barriers for patients to have a good dental experience. Thank you Thrive Dental.

Experiencia fantástica: Best Dentist ever. She listens to what you say, gets clarity, very gentle with Novacaine administration. With others Dentists, I've experienced impatience like them beginning to drill 1 sec after giving Novacaine. This lovely Dentist gently injected enough medicine for 6 front teeth to be drilled and filled. WITHOUT feeling one pinch she got the job done. I had been dreading the appointment due to front teeth being particularly sensitive. But, she was great and dI honestly didn't feel a thing. Office is beautiful. Equipment state of the art. Got to watch TV during the appointment. Staff is great as well. Highly recommend.

First of all, coming from a therapist that is prone to medical anxieties, Dr. Jenny does a wonderful job at easing any dental anxiety with her clients. She is preventative, without being an alarmist and will thoroughly explain anything you need explained to soothe nerves. She never makes you feel rushed, and collaborates with the client in order to choose a path that feels right to both parties. This is not a place that turns out clients like a revolving door. Dr. Jenny remembers every client’s story and treats them with respect and care. Also, the facility and technology used in the office is amazing. TV’s on the ceiling means that you can watch your favorite shows while also getting work done on your teeth, which makes everything better. I am a better person today from being a client at thrive dental co because they taught me so much about dental hygiene which is super important to everyone’s health! I highly recommend this establishment and know that anyone who goes here will be in very good hands. (I was not incentivized to write this, I just really appreciate a good dentist).

I understand that to most, I'm just an annunity, every six months. Dr. Jenny is different and is great! She and her team, gave me advice about my floss, mouth wash and toothbrush, which all lead to better dental health without extra appointments. She did cosmetic work on my spouse's teeth that was amazing! She uses a digital scanner to create the venears and they look natural and so perfect! The office even has a TV on the ceiling, right where you need to look. So thoughtful! I highly recommend this dental practice, truly better than the rest!!

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best experience at the dentist I have ever had-the dentist did her exam and cleaning and It has never been so careful and pain free. The atmosphere and environment is beautiful. it is bright and very uncluttered. As the dentist was doing the X-Rays and cleaning I could look out the window and see trees. The chair is the best I have been in. It is usually hard for me to lay back and it was a surprise to see that was not a problem this time at all. The dentist and her assistant had such a good rappor with each other as they worked and I realized this was so different and refreshing. Try them. It's hard to imagine you will not be very pleased.

After notifying them I live too far to continue coming... Service took it's last dive. 15 minutel cleaning, no mirror no double check. Worst dentist service ever... Probably because they couldn't sell me more.

Dr. Jenny is a thorough and thoughtful doctor who will get your oral hygiene on track to where it needs to be. The hygienists and office staff are super kind & practice just as much care as Dr. Jenny does. I was drawn here by their efforts to be a low waste/ green practice, but have been nothing short of impressed by the dental care I have received. If you have had a rough experience with previous dentists, Dr. Jenny goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable. Her inspiration for becoming a dentist was her own poor experience as a child, and she goes above and beyond to ensure her patients enjoy their visits. My teeth & gums are far cleaner and healthier than when I first started seeing them, and I have really learned a lot in my visits to this office! I really couldn’t recommend them more, I am so grateful to have such an excellent team managing my oral health!

I'm always treated with respect and compassion, even when my irrational fears pop up. Dr Jenny and her staff all take the time to patiently talk through all my concerns and questions, even when I have a lot of them. I've never felt rushed and I've gotten more information about proper dental care in just two visits than I have in several decades of visits with other dentists.

Experiencia fantástica: Five stars are not enough to describe my impression of Dr. Jenny Citrin and her team. Everyone is very kind and thoughtful. Dr. Citrin listens, explains in advance everything she is going to do during the visit, gives her professional opinion, and works very gently. I have sensitive teeth and the cleaning has always been the most unpleasant dental procedure for me. I did feel minimal pain this time with the combination of numbing gel and the switch to manual cleaning for the most sensitive teeth. This is the best dental service I have had and will be my only choice from now on.

They are all so kind and thoughtful and go overboard to make sure you’re comfortable. And you get to watch tv while you’re in the chair! The best place, highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent all around - I am so relieved to have found Thrive dental after a very posh yet bad experience downtown Boston. Everyone there is excellent and deeply care for their patients, I couldn’t recommend them more.

Experiencia fantástica: After a few years of neglect I knew I had some dental issues that needed to be addressed - A sore tooth, and two obvious cracks. Dr Jenny took the time up front to determine what kind of patient I am, and the type of communication I desire. She sat down and asked! First through an online form, and then again in person! Some patients like the dentist to make the call, while others like to see all of the data, and she and her staff can accommodate anyone, wherever they fall along that range. As an engineer who also loves medicine, I told her I wanted to know everything, see everything. With this in mind, Dr Jenny happily narrated my entire initial exam, and I learned more about my teeth than in my previous 60 years! It was wonderful! She waved a camera wand around my mouth and then displayed a 3-D image of my teeth on the big screen so she could show me everything! She loves questions, and is eager to explain to those who are interested. And she doesn't just tolerate questions. She sits down beside the patient at the beginning, and again at the end of the exam, looks them in the eye, and asks "Do you have any questions?" and then waits patiently for a response! The new x-ray machine is a handheld unit, smaller than a water pistol, and the technician doesn't have to leave the room the doses are so low (though they put the heavy vest on me just as a precaution). And in just a few minutes the images are up on the screen so we can talk about them! She didn't tell me what to do. She showed me the data, we discussed it, and decided what to do together. Other patients might want another approach, and I trust she can accommodate them too, but I'm happy she can accommodate an engineer! Dr Jenny and her assistant Grace are both lovely, friendly, smart, competent, and caring people. Other hygienists and patients were there for routine cleanings, but as a new patient with some damage to attend to I mostly saw Dr Jenny herself. Dr Jenny is very intense and skilled while doing the technical part of her job. She is very focused as she works. She has the most modern tools. Her assistant, Grace, is also very friendly and skilled, and they have wonderful chemistry. Dr Jenny HATES causing pain. She has all the tools to avoid it. Oh, and throughout every procedure I can watch anything Netflix has to offer on the big screen on the ceiling with headphones! Everyone (except the patient) is fully masked to prevent the spread of viruses. With the good masks they never had any Covid in their office. Nice to know when you are opening your mouth to a relative stranger! I'm sure there are plenty of regular viruses out there that you don't want to catch from your dentist either!

I have never been a big fan of the dentist, but now I sincerely don’t mind being there — I even look forward to it! It is a special place full of outstanding people. So happy I can eat again! Returning for the initial visit later this week. I was told by others that since it was done by my previous dentist in Austin, TX, I might need to get a new one. She recommended oral surgeons and luckily I got an appointment that afternoon. She also called me the day after and gave me her cell # in case I needed her over the weekend. Spectacular!

Experiencia fantástica: So many things I loved about Thrive: 1. I have never had a more thorough cleaning/exam in my life. Not only did I get the exam (x-rays, etc.) and a cleaning, but the dental assistant spent time at the beginning asking me about my dental goals (clean teeth was all I could come up with) and general dental routine. But most important was that for the first time ever, I wasn't floss-shamed - and that in itself was the clincher for me. 2. Dr. Jenny talked to me - the patient - the entire time. Past dentists seemed to whisper in code languages behind me while poking around in my mouth, but everything Dr. Jenny actually explained what she was talking about each step of the way and would pause for my feedback or questions. 3. Having the x-rays put up on the big TV was amazing and Dr. Jenny went through every tooth and explained to me what she was seeing, what she thought needed to be treated, and never rushed me through my questions. 4. Never in my life would I have thought I would be a person who would not only leave a dental review, but also be that person who now says they enjoy going to the dentist - seriously. Newest Thrive cheerleader over here!

Experiencia fantástica: I couldn’t recommend Dr. Jenny more! During my pregnancy, I had a sudden-onset infection in one of my molars. I was in excruciating pain. Dr. Jenny helped me every step of the way, including making a referral so that I could get a root canal and then she completed the crown as soon as she could. Dr. Jenny has also completely rehabbed old composite bonding I had on my front teeth, which had chipped and yellowed over time. Her office is clean and beautiful and her staff is so kind and professional. If you are looking for a dentist, Thrive is the way to go!

Keep in mind - I have had numerous traumatic experiences with dental offices and dentists in the past, so this is far from my favorite thing to do.
