Experiencia fantástica: A painful molar sent me to a new dentist (not Dr. Tufa) recommended by my neighbors. I was told I needed a “core build-up” plus a crown. My insurance wouldn’t cover it, so my out-of-pocket cost would be $3,287. Also, I was told to get the work done immediately or I might need a root canal that would jack the cost up further. Almost fell for it. Then a friend recommended Dr. Tufa. Three months after she strengthened the tooth’s outer surfaces, it still feels fine. Insurance did partially cover this procedure. Total cost to me: $99.27. I am beyond delighted with Dr. Tufa.

Experiencia negativa: This group uses new technology to diagnose and treat patients. Unfortunately, it’s extremely unaffordable for typical people. My insurance plan is quite decent but Smile Hub is so expensive that insurance coverage is minimal. Hence, there’s a huge out-of-pocket payments making insurance coverage negligible. I have never spent so much money at a dentist’s office. I would suggest one shop around. The office really belongs on Park Avenue, in Manhattan rather than in a small city like Acton; not because of outstanding service but based on the price point for services rendered.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently made the big step of going to full dentures. Scary decision because once you do it you can’t go back. I’m am so pleased with how the process is going so far. Lots of support and extremely happy with my temporary dentures and smile. I can’t wait to see the end result in a few months once I’m all healed and have my permanent ones.

Experiencia fantástica: I first went to Acton Smile Hub to get a second opinion regarding a tooth extraction my dentist told me had to be done as it could not be saved. Dr Tufa and staff went to work and saved the tooth and after three months I still have no problems with it. Results like that can only come from a highly knowledgeable staff and the outcome was a very positive experience.

On the advice of a friend and long time patient, I called Smile Hub. This place is awsome. Everyone is friendly. I recieved a complete profesional assesment of my situation. My first major proseedure was pain free and looks great! As a person who does not do reviews, I highly recomend Smile Hub. The dentist has not, and will never be my happy place. But Smile Hub somes pretty close.

Love the staff, of course Dr. Tufa - they are very sensitive to pain free experience, they run on time, are very hands on with regards to cost. Great place to go for dental care!

This atmosphere is bolstered by a staff that is friendly, understanding, and kind. From Fan Favorite Cheryl at the front desk to Dr. Tufa herself, everyone will make you feel at ease and alleviate the stress that usually comes with visiting the dentist. On top of all this, Dr. Tufa is also an incredible dentist. They are the only dentist in 40 years that had a solution to years of cavities, despite having very good oral hygiene. 10/10 will be going here for years.

Experiencia fantástica: yea it's a good place in my opinion. if you ask for something here I think you will get it in dental terms. what matters though is what they ask you for, they ask for enough information on your dental health that you know they have a disposition to care or a general principle or good practice to that end that is hard to do and hard to change if they are committed to doing good there. You probably can use this office to ask for things to be done like negotiation on insurance and dental procedures you want or put off, but that's probably a terrible waste compared to asking them to look after the future of your teeth and mouth which is probably something you can't really see with enough information compared to an office like this one,-- I'm just anticipating what common experiences may be here based the one I had here. So it's easy to verify the office with looking at reviews or the courtesy of the staff, and the good practices there remind me it's the good influences that show you things. I left the office and wanted to take better care of my teeth. In the long run, your opinion can only come from actions not words, so I think actions were fairly good dentally speaking and my experience was highly positive. --Yeah sometimes action-only style people are told they don't make full sense when requested to say a few things without preparation or time, but I think we should know by now in 2023 like John Milton implied, we give to make sense to give freedom to, to give options, we don't be entitled to listen to make sense of things to get freedom from, we aren't protected by what we write in public to prove we've been listening, so we listen to just hear a POV, and this POV is to be clear that it's still worth it to think about your teeth even if you got a lot of other stuff going on, or why would such nice dentist clinicians just come to help you with your dental health? That's the true internal compass of honesty way, strong and free, ending rhetorically but it is a question as I really don't know why some people are so nice.

Everyone that works there is always friendly, and professional. Aleta is an amazing hygienist who took my X-rays, and gave me a very thorough teeth cleaning in no time at all. However, it is clear that dentistry has advanced significantly in those 50 years and it is also clear that Dr Tufa stays well abreast of those changes as is evident from the modern equipment and technology to her advice and practice. Yet, more importantly Dr Tufa and all her staff are warm and welcoming as well as knowledgeable and take the time to answer whatever questions I may have to be sure I understand each procedure. I have and will continue to recommend this practice to any lucky enough to live in this area.
