Experiencia fantástica: He ido a varias oficinas dentales, pero en esta me tratan como familia, la Dra.Chaux es un amor, además de ayudarme con mis problemas dentales, cuando estaba pasando por una situación muy compleja y triste, se tomó el tiempo de escucharme y me dio palabras de apoyo que nunca voy a olvidar. But Thankfully, this facility understood me and was very patiently. To be honest with you, I feel Felt so comfortable.. I highly recommend everybody to come to this facilities. Experiencia negativa: After waiting an hour and half, Dr Tobe walked away without giving consultation. Their assistant tells you all the charges for yr possible cavities and I later found out that he walked away because I didn't smile or polite enough? Be careful with this Doctor..I just got my 2md opinion with another office that I have good care of my teeth but they recommended me to do so many things as if I have so many small cavities..and their manager is also manipulative.

The doctor was very patient, kind, and knew exactly how to make my son feel comfortable from the start. Experiencia negativa: Always call your insurance before to start a treatment . This case my referrals was never processed. And requesting my medical records took over a month when it supposed to be 72 hrs. Have a disappointing experience

Experiencia negativa: This place does not deserve the one star. Dr Chaux is the worse dentist out there only interested in billing your insurance so they can get paid but could careless of the patients. Its been a week since I took my son for an appt. We checked in early. 10 mins before our 4 pm appt. I was informed by Sydney that the dr was "10 mins behind" and would be with us shortly. We did not get called in until an hr later. Dr Chaux helped the two people who arrived after us and dismissed us without any help. I brought my 7 year old in for treatment and Dr Chaux's excuse is that she clocks out at 5 pm so we needed to reschedule. She barely even looked at my son. Didn't care why we were there. She accused us of arriving late and had the nerve to give me attitude while she spoke. She got all quiet when i made it clear that we had been waiting in her lobby for over an hour! All she cared about was going home. Its been a week since this happened and no one from that office has bothered calling to see how my child is doing. I will never go back to them, they have lost my respect. Please do not take your loved one there. You will never get the best care! But best believe they will be quick to bill your insurance.

Experiencia fantástica: I have anxiety and tachycardia, and I was really nervous about my upcoming surgery for extraction and bone grafting. Julio was incredibly kind, keeping me distracted by explaining each step of the process and reassuring me that everything was going well. He was also excellent at suctioning excess water and blood from my mouth, preventing the sensation of drowning that could trigger an anxiety attack. The surgery was successful, and being made comfortable during the procedure truly helped. Thank you to the doctor, the ladies at the front desk, and especially to Julio. I felt really safe and comfortable with them.

Experiencia positiva: I've been coming here for a few years because I appreciated the friendly staff. However recently I felt undervalued and rushed. I wanted to do a procedure which my insurance company assured was covered, yet the office kept insisting I had to completely pay out of pocket. The office admin never looked into it or called back "tomorrow" "early next week" "later today" for more than a week. A different dentist nearby was able to quickly schedule me in and insurance covered the entire procedure.

Experiencia fantástica: What I really appreciate about this place is that they called me after 2 years of not getting services with them. A very nice girl, Carolina, called and informed me that they still take my insurance and asked if I wanted to book an appointment with them. I was hesitant at first but Carolina asked me a couple questions to ensure they could provide me with the best services and even answered a lot of my doubts. She spoke so well I booked an appointment on that same call and loved my experience with the rest of the staff when I got there. They really upped their game since the last time I was there!

Virginia and Sidney make scheduling and dealing with insurance a breeze. Julio is a highly competent assistant and always takes care of me too. The office is always clean and Dr. Chaux's attention to detail has always impressed me in all the procedures I've had done here. I've had crowns, fillings, cleanings and ortho clear aligners done at this office and ever procedure has been smooth. Free parking at the office too! 5 out of 5 easy.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Chaux and her staff are hidden gems on Hawthorne Blvd! As you probably know, there are a LOT of dentists locally. I was referred to Dr. Chaux by my oral surgeon, who thinks the world of her- for good reason. She is thorough and meticulous and just a kind lovely woman. Her staff, from Virginia at the front desk to Julio assisting, are just the best. I’ve even suggested at my oral surgeon office that he have Dr Chaux’s staff train his staff- that’s how good they are. Easy parking in back, clean, professional, and they are prompt and respectful of your time.

Experiencia fantástica: First time coming to Good neighbor Dental. Staff very nice and helpful. Dr. Caux very professional and she explained everything well tooth by tooth and that's what I like it the most. Wait is the average only the second visit I had to wait like an Hr and could get everything done but other than that I really like to come here. Plus is very close to my home.
