The whole office is very clean and does not feel crowded. Have been attended on time , not waiting 2 hours after your appointment time . Doctor is very kind to my kids and makes them feel safe .

Experiencia negativa: I should have read the reviews before even thinking about booking here. My experience as a new patient was absolutely appalling. The receptionist was incredibly rude from the start. She called me "sir," and when I corrected her and told her I am a lady, she didn't even apologize she laughed and did it again. She was clearly in a rush—likely because they were getting ready to close—and treated my questions like an inconvenience. Before I even asked for a supervisor, she threw me on hold twice without saying a word; I was just suddenly listening to hold music. When I finally asked to speak to someone else, the "supervisor" was even worse and ended up hanging up in my face. To top it all off, they couldn't even spell my son’s name correctly in their emails—it wasn't even close. This office is unprofessional, disrespectful, and clearly doesn't care about new patients. I’m glad I found this out before my children had to endure this environment. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Stay away.

Experiencia negativa: I am submitting this formal complaint regarding the ongoing failure of Dr. Babaki Youssefi DDS's office manager and billing agent to process the refund I am owed. Despite providing all required insurance information and documentation, staff has not issued the refund in a reasonable or timely manner. To date, I have received no meaningful updates, no returned calls, and no indication that the matter is being handled appropriately. Each time I contact the office, I am given vague assurances or redirected without any actual progress. It is important to note that my other dental provider—who processed the exact same insurance circumstances—issued my refund promptly and without complication. This makes the continued delay difficult to justify

Maritza at the front desk was especially wonderful she was kind and very welcoming from scheduling our appointments to the moment we walked in. Will definitely bring my other two kids.

Our oldest had a cleaning today and was so comfortable, thanks to Jasmine! We also brought our 1 year old for the first time and shockingly she didn’t cry or resist at all. Thank you to Brandon who sang to her and Dr. Hodges for being warm treating our babies so well. Can’t recommend them enough!

Experiencia fantástica: My kids are always happy to go for their check-ups. Gisele, shes bilingual, and she’s so kind and makes them feel comfortable during their cleanings. Speaking to them in their language really helps.

Experiencia negativa: Beware! This business engages in deceptive billing practices. They will lie to you about your coverages (pre authorized correctly by insurance) overcharge your insurance which rightfully declined and then try to bill you the balance - for a mistake made by their billing administrator. The doctors were nice but unfortunately if you surround yourself with such incompetent administrative staff - you'll end up sharing some of the blame. A complaint on this matter has been registered with dental board of California against the provider's license (hassanizadeh yasman). There are many many better places to get dental care for your little ones than this place. Avoid at all costs!

Experiencia negativa: Disorganized admin - two times I wasn’t told certain IDs I needed to bring until I got there (one time on the way) which delayed the appointment to another day. I personally don’t mind mistakes when addressed kindly, but they took zero responsibility each time for not letting me know ahead of time what was needed. It’s the customer service / care part that really stuck with me. Office manager actually stood in front of me when I explained it was the second time they failed to inform me and she ignored me and didn’t say a word.

Experiencia negativa: Had an appointment for our son at 9:30 am. We arrived on time and checked in at the desk. We waited and about 30 minutes later we get a text that we missed our appointment. We went to desk to tell them that we are here we checked in and we’ve been here. They said they would get to us. By this time we realized all the people that came after us have been seen before us. Then after waiting more time I went to desk, by this time they finally decided to walk to the back and ask for someone. This is very unprofessional, what is the point of an appointment if we don’t get seen till 45 minutes later. From looking at the other reviews this is something they can obviously be better at.

Experiencia negativa: The lady pictured at the front desk was rude as HELL! This was today 04/17/25 at 4:30 PM at the Torrance location. Every other time I’ve come everyone was sweet. Im def going to start taking my son elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: 1st the lady told me if i dont want laughing gas used on my kids then to find another dentist, then if i dont wana get the extractions done then she refuses to work on my child. I guess i havr to find another dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: This is our 4th visit here and each time my autistic son gets more and more comfortable. What started as him freaking out and not wanting to have anyone even look at his teeth, turned into him letting them check everything out and even apply fluoride. They listen to his needs and don’t force him to sit back in the dentist’s chair, which has been one of the most helpful things ever. Love everyone here. They speak to the kids at their level and really care about their patients. Highly recommend

His Brace plan has been % accurate in movement and progress. My son's teeth have improved dramatically in 4 mths with little to no discomfort or pain. Experiencia negativa: They charge you $50 cancelation fee which is illegal to charge they can not do that, I read on my rights and I have people on the dental side and asked about it, Secondly they charged my son's insurance for white fillings because they said he had 7 cavities which was a lie because I went elsewhere and he does not have cavities at all, they are BIG SCAMMERS...Yes it's a nice place But I would not recommend at all if they lie about it and just take away your money, I just called for them to inactivate both my kids files!!!!!

Ive been coming here for a year now every 3-4 months and I love it for my daughter the front office is always so kind and caring, the dental assistant gets my daughters attention the minute they call for her name giving her options on what tooth brush she wants and etc. Then comes the dentist brushing her teeth and always singing to my daughter while she sits on the dental chair all by her self(: ( Did I mention she’s only two year old? ?) ☺️ Overall this dental office is awesome and there never a long wait time they see us right away!

My son was very entertained with the decor setup throughout the place and although he did cry getting his teeth cleaned as it's his first time at a dentist, it was over sooner than I imagined. Very impressed at how well the cleaning was. Definitely recommend taking your kids here.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome dentist office!!! Very professional and knowledgeable staff and doctor. My child was very comfortable with the doctor, who went above and beyond for her. I appreciate how they explain everything to my child and speaking to her in Spanish. There was some wait time however, the assistant took initiative and booked her 6 month check— up appointment. Appointments are easy to make and everyone there is so helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: It was such a great experience for my kids. I have two 3 y/o’s and a 7 y/o, my 7 y/o was a little scared given her past experience with previous dentists. This experience was smooth, easy, and painless for her with a cavity fill. The facility was clean and colorful and very inviting for children. They play movies and keep them calm and entertained. My twins first dental experience was amazing and I really appreciate the care and consideration for all of them. The staff, medical team, and doctors were all so great and communicative with myself as a parent as well as with the kids which is great because they were informative to the kids with what they were going to do and made me feel safe with their procedures for my kids. Overall it was super amazing and I would recommend this place HIGHLY for parents with littles!

They do great work and are very gentle when it comes to my child with any procedures they do. Wait times are short and they are very thorough with explaining anything with my childs teeth and anything that needs to be done. I like that the doctor was gentle with my son and the environment is definitely kid friendly. I also payed attention on their sterilization process and they are very clean which is super important for me. Overall i had a great experience and i will be coming back.

Experiencia fantástica: We had the pleasure to be seen by Dr.Hamze (by we I mean my 4yr old). We came here in desperate need of a second opinion. While my daughter was playing tag with her father they both fell and with that fall my husband kneed my daughters mouth resulting in one of her front tooth to bend inwards per say (this happened late in the afternoon). The only dentist available who would see her told us that we should leave her tooth alone and sent us on our way. The next day my daughter was refusing to eat, she didn’t even want to drink water because of the discomfort. I asked her if she was in pain and she kept telling me that she was in no pain at all. While playing together (to cheer her up) she grabbed a toy mushroom and went to “bite” it, while doing the biting down motion she accidentally hurt her tooth and her gum started bleeding once again (this happened while pretending to bite something, I can only imagine what would’ve happened if she had actually bitten something) . My husband called our regular dentist who then referred us to this amazing dentist! When I tell you she was God sent I am not kidding! She was very attentive to my daughter’s needs and concerns. She took her time making sure she was comfortable with her presence. While the dentist was giving my daughters tooth a “hug” her tooth “magically” came off! The removal was so flawless! Nothing compared to when I had my first tooth removed. It was so traumatizing and I was afraid that my daughter would have the same experience. Thankfully I was so so wrong! We will definitely be coming back for her regular dental checkups! Thank you Dr. Hamze and team <3

Overall , I made the right choice in choosing this Dental Office ! All the staff are caring and knowledge in their respective fields, from the receptionists, the techs, dentists, etc.. Happy Teeth are not pushy about braces like other places we’ve been. We definitely recommend this place.

No cavities so I’m grateful to bring them in a young age to start them young to get used to the dentist office. The visits are super easy. Checking them in and wait times are fast. Dentist and nurses are always ready. I have. Never waited more than 10 min. Which I’m happy about. With 4 kids with me it makes it so smooth. They do everything for you. I was so happy because the kids were really use to their treatment and not the rushy appointments other dentist has. Everyone is so pleasant and interact with the kids making them really comfortable. Choose CHILDREN HAPPY TEETH because you and the kiddos will not be disappointed.

He literally looks forward to going to the Dentist and that's a huge win. I think the staff has gotten even better if that's a possibility. Everyone is great with littles and so patient. The "prize" at the end is icing on the cake. Today was my son's first dental appointment. He's two years old and it was important for me to find an office and dentist that would make his experience pleasant so that he grows up with a healthy relationship with the dentist. Happy teeth delivered. Everyone was friendly. The office was super colorful and happy and clean. Kids movies and music playing. He was comfortable right away. They were patient with him if he got scared and slowed down and explained everything they were going to do before they did anything. Definitely our go to dental office from now on

Experiencia fantástica: My 3 year old twins have been coming here for a little over a year. They staff is hands down the best!! Everyone is abnormally helpful and sweet and PATIENT. They make sure my children are comfortable and actually enjoying themselves. They make coming to the dentist a fun experience and something my kids look forward to doing. There is one particular dental assistant and I hate that I can’t remember his name, but he is absolutely amazing!! Thank you for the love and care you all show every time we visit.

Experiencia fantástica: They were SO kind and accommodating. I came in on a last minute appointment for my niece and she enjoyed herself. And the dentist was so kind and educated my 6 year old niece on the importance of flossing. And it really is so helpful that they’re available on Saturdays. They even allowed my autistic nephew to also get a treat even tho he didn’t have treatment.

Experiencia fantástica: From receptionists to assistants and dentist, they are sooo attentive with the kiddos, very caring. From when you enter the office to your departure, you see smiles. I took my 5, 11 and 13 year old and they all loved the office and staff. Every child is talked to in a way they understand the procedures and to make them feel comfortable. And for the adults, they take their time to explain the plan of treatment and answer your questions or concerns. I've looked long and hard for a good pediatric dental office and I finally found it. At the other places the receptionists are rude and seem high on a pedestal and always seem frustrated. At this office they live up to their name. I highly recommend this office. Looovveed❤️ them!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Thhheeee BEST Dentist office EVER! the staff is soooo super nice and amazing! They have amazing patient care! I have 4 kids and they all love it! They try to accommodate me as much as they can scheduling wise, they make u feel welcome, they are efficient. My husband and I love it! I cannot stress enough of how amazing this place is. The dentists are also friendly to the kids and to the parents. We actually asked if they see adults but unfortunately it's only for kids. But I would recommend everyone to bring their kids here. I love ,love ,love ,love them!!!!!!!!! And wish when I was younger this dentist office had existed !!!! Happy Teeth !!!!!the Galvans appreciate you!!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: My 2 year old daughters first dentist appointment was today. The whole experience was great. They made her comfortable and it was fun for her. I was nervous it was going to be a scary experience. Nope! She was smiling and left very proud and happy.
