Experiencia positiva: I completed getting some dental work in the Torrance office and I must say I'm not satisfied with craftsmanship and customer service associated with this office. After spending thousands for my dentures they are just as loose as when they took my money. I also got implants. After surgery they didn't include mollars. So I ended up biting my tongue and the inside of my mouth numerous times. When I asked about this I was told they did that because they don't want the customers to eat solid food. That sounds ridiculous. Their customer service was satisfactory only because there are some nice people that work there. However the manager was nowhere to be found when I needed to speak with her. Explore your options before you choose Clear Choice Torrance office.

Experiencia positiva: Honestly, for the amount you pay I was pretty unhappy with the process. They don’t explain the steps well and it’s all very rushed and confusing. The post-op instructions were basically non existent and given to me a week before the surgery. On the day of they sent me home with meds but no explanation as to why they were prescribed. There are so many steps in the process that were confusing or a surprise. I felt rushed and pressured and I let the Dr. suggest a more yellow tooth color because she said it looks more “natural” but I regret how yellow they are. I’m not happy with how pointy they made my canines. They said they could shave them down but no one gave me the opportunity to have it done. I’m grateful to have a smile again but really disappointed with the process, especially for the cost. Staff is all super friendly. Experiencia positiva: Quality product but customer care at the Torrance, California facility needs improvement. I chose ClearChoice because during my initial consultation, Dr. Jenna Benko pointed out that ClearChoice, unlike other facilities, provides a Prosthodontist and the entire process is performed at one facility. During my five visits at this location, I only saw Dr. Benko twice. For my initial surgery, Dr. Brown was 30 minutes late. No apology or explanation. On my follow-up visit I advised that while I had the sensation of chewing, there was no sensation of biting. I was advised that this would be corrected when I received my final implant. The average wait time for a doctor to inspect the "bite" after each visit was 30 minutes. During my fourth appointment, I was told that I was being attended by the "B' team as the "A" team was on vacation. Very disappointing as I assumed everyone at this location was "A" team. Dr. Inoue was attending. I advised her of the absence of the feeling of bite. She advised that this would be adjusted with the final implant. I told her that many had complimented me on the brightness of my smile and asked if the color of the final implant could be changed. She showed me "bleach #1", to which I agreed for the change. This appointment was for the final mold. The Prosthodonic Exam Performer had difficulty removing the last screw. Once it was removed, the mold was made, and my healing teeth were replaced, the total time in the chair for this visit was five hours. On my next visit to receive my final implant, I asked to see my final implant. It appeared to be much brighter than "bleach #1". I was told it was "bleach #3" and that for the money I was paying for this process, I should accept it; “it gives you that Hollywood smile”. Not wanting to waste any more time on this process, I agreed. The final implant was inserted. Still no sensation of biting. Doctor Inoue stated that I should have advised someone before the final mold was made. This was disappointing to hear because she was the last person I mentioned the issue of not feeling a bite. So now I have a great “Hollywood” smile that enables me to chew solid foods without the sensation of biting into them. During my consultation, I was shown a video of happy customers displaying their final implants, surrounded by ClearChoice staff, and taking pictures of the event. Although there was a camera on the desk in my room, no pictures were taken, and no staff were present to acknowledge their efforts. Instead of being handed a mirror to look at my new smile, I was given a document to sign to acknowledge that the process was complete. Doctors are very skilled. They have me an amazing advice and route to proceed with my teeth and I will never regret it. It took up to 8 months for complete service. I have a beautiful teeth. I have a full upper jaw implant and no one person can not say that they are not mine. I received a lot of compliments and refer multiple people. If you need to make a decision please do not hesitate. Experiencia fantástica: When I first decided that I wanted to remove my remaining teeth and replace them with implants, I investigated several organizations before deciding on Clear Choice, Torrance. Some were recommended by friends while others I found on my own. Since this was going to be a big investment, I wanted to feel as comfortable as possible with my decision. Their patient advocate, Elle, was extremely helpful in that regard and kept contact with me for a year until I was ready to move forward. Also, all of my encounters with prosthodontists Dr. Benko and Dr. Inoue as well as the oral surgeon Dr. Pashkowksy have been professional and resulted in very satisfactory outcomes. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and easy to work with. If I had to do it all over again, I would definitely choose Clear Choice, Torrance once again.

Experiencia fantástica: It's been 6 months since the technicians at ClearChoice installed my permanent, Zirconia implants, so I had my first teeth cleaning today, and it went great! 6 months ago, I was sure that I would be returning for my six month check up after my initial surgery with some sort of issue, big or small, and something would have to be fixed, but NO, nothing went wrong at all. My All-on-Four implant are perfect! Not one problem, and I could NOT be happier! I LOVE my implants! I had shopped around at other implant centers before choosing Clear Choice, and the other technicians all told me that there would definitely be certain foods I wouldn't be able to eat with all on 4 implants, like beef jerky, or hard breads, nuts, so I am quite happy to say- that has NOT been my experience. I have literally been able to chew every type of food there is with my Zirconia implants, like beef jerky, or hard breads, & nuts. I am so grateful for the incredibly skilled technician at Clear Choice, she fit all 8 posts into my jaw bone at the perfect angle, with SUCH precision, and those 8 posts are holding my implants perfectly stable & tight, hence making it so I CAN eat all types of food. I'm so grateful to everyone who helped me in my journey at ClearChoice. I can not recommend ClearChoice enough, the work they did literally changed my quality of my life for the better. This is because I lost four of my front teeth due to poor judgment by a previous dentist... I endured this for several years, but when my crown broke, I had no choice to visit a dentist. Based on online information, I went to 5 different dental clinics in 2 weeks as initial visits and took xlay as well. (get a good choice by comparing..) However, I did not have a good impression of the other 4 clinics and did not like the way the doctors treated me... I am very picky... Experiencia fantástica: I first met Dr. Jenna and her team in 2001. I had been suffering with tooth loss for years and it was significantly affecting my quality of life. I searched all over for the best dental implant center and was willing to drive upwards of 100 miles. I visited doctors as far South as San Diego and as far North as San Francisco. I met with her team first and after looking at other dentists ended up going back to Clear choice. And I can honestly say they really are the clear choice, and I am very happy with my choice. Dr. Jenna and her team have always been incredibly accommodating of my schedule. My schedule is irregular, and I can call them on a Thursday and they will fit me in the following Monday. Every time I go the staff makes me feel comfortable and taken care of. They always explain what is happening to me and I feel informed about my decisions. I also appreciate their honestly and making recommendations that fit my needs. I have a hard bite. The suggested a type of implant that would ensure that the implants would last the rest of my life. They didn’t go cheap or suggests something that would require multiple visits and additional work in the future. They are also understanding of my financial situation and do their best to work within my means. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of dental work. From the initial meeting all the way down to my recent six-month after the permanent installation cleaning and checkup, the staff and the facilities were top notch. There was a problem with the 1st implant as it did not fit properly. Another impression was taken and sent to the lab for another implant. I informed staff I was leaving for holiday in a few days and they expedited the new implant replacement overnight after it was made. Fits great! Experiencia fantástica: This was a delayed cleaning, one year instead of six months. I was very satisfied with everyone that took care of me. They explained what they were going to do in detail. I thought the process might take a couple of hours, but it was complete in one hour. The most important aspect was the state of my gums and general oral health. But when I got my implants, they told me exactly how I should take care of them and I did. Not one problem. I highly recommend Clear Choice for this type of procedure.
