Experiencia fantástica: So nice!! My first time here and my first time going to the dentist in a while, especially for a cleaning. Very clean and bright office and quick to get called in. Manfredo did my scanning, xrays, and cleaning. He was so so so nice, quick work, explained everything and answered all my questions, also recommended I ask my old dentist about some stuff; helped me feel super comfortable and less nervous!! Dr. Nima was also kind and thorough in his explanations about my teeth/gums/questions, explained what I was going to experience during the cleaning (water, sounds, sensitivity), also recommended additional treatment for gum inflammation! Quick appointment, they informed me of the charges for services not covered by insurance before they did anything. When I paid and made my next appointment, the assistant/front desk (sorry I didnt catch the name!!) informed me that my insurance only covers cleanings 1/12mnths for 21+, so my next appointment scheduled after my birthday would be out of pocket, and she told me the charge too! Everyone was sooo kind, helpful, easy to talk to!! My sister already scheduled her cleaning too and I would definitely recommend to any and everyone !!! Thank you guys, it was a really nice experience!!!

What I love the most is the dentist does whatever she can to make sure you don't have any additional charges if they are not absolutely necessary. Experiencia positiva: Was referred by my primary Dentist for my daughter some years ago. This office has an adult & children's side. The children's office deals specifically with children only. My daughter is much older now, and I've also brought my other young children. The office wait is fairly short & the staff are very efficient. The dentist & assistants are caring and get the job done! They also give a toy to the children after each visit, which they love! Always happy to visit this dentist with my children. The ladies at the front desk and staff are always pleasant.

The front desk staff are very professional and always so inviting when I walk in. I feel very comfortable whenever I come to get my routine teeth cleanings or any procedures done. I know how nerve wrecking going to the dentist can be from my experience. I’ve had root canals, cavities filled, etc. done in the past. I’ve been going to Torrance Dental since I was a teenager, but during my 20’s I had gotten my own insurance so unfortunately I had to go to a different dental office and let me say I really missed Torrance Dental Assoc. I am now in my 30’s and so happy to be back at Torrance Dental Assoc. I highly recommend this dental office. Great staff and very caring professional working dentist.

Experiencia negativa: Not a great dental office. If you have to have cavities filled or a root canal they are not gentle. They have trouble with keeping schedules. They book 8am appointments but staff shows up right at 8am so they are constantly behind or not prepared. If you have a child, they are horrible to schedule with. Only a few options if times per week.

That means not tying kids down in order for them to get dental service. And I have been through that in my experience with Both of my daughters. They are no longer afraid to go to the dentist because of this institution here. And both daughters are comfortable now letting someone work on their teeth. Older and younger this place is excellent. The receptionist there are very nice and considerate and they're willing to work with you concerning anything. This is my place of choice and it will continue to be so until something happens to change that.

Experiencia fantástica: Update: 11/3/25 Today I had my 3rd visit and 2nd procedure (an extraction of all things) and I can honestly say I’m no longer fearful or anxious about going to the dentist. It was my first time meeting Dr. Arce, he was as gentle as possible and explained my procedure and options , which help put me at ease. Kaniya and Ara were very friendly, warm and attentive. You are in good hands at this office! Today , I had an initial exam and consultation. I’m always nervous about going to the dentist and did not know what to expect. Manfredo was very professional, warm and gentle when completing my X-rays. Dr. Pallares’ presence further put me at ease , he has a very calming demeanor. He explained my treatment plan thoroughly and was very gentle during my examination. Both periodically checked in on my comfort level throughout my entire visit. Surprisingly, I’m actually looking forward to my upcoming procedures and can’t wait to update this review with a 5th star! Also, the office is very clean and beautiful!

Experiencia fantástica: It is always a great experience going in for my appointments. I have always dreaded visiting the dentist office, before Torrance dental I always had bad experiences. I have a clicking jaw and whenever I mentioned it because I couldn't open my mouth too wide or stay like that they weren't understanding and instead seemed annoyed about it. At Torrance the first time I mentioned it they were so attentive and very understanding they would give me breaks and ask if I was doing okay every couple minutes and still do. Besides that main thing for me they are always welcoming understanding and straightforward with what you need and you don't ever feel like they are trying to sell you something or get you to get something done you don't want or need. They deserve 10 stars. The only dentist office I will be going to from now on.

I've dealt with 3 so call managers , Yesenia , Doris and finally Patty, they blame each other for the bad customer service that off course cost me allot of money, they want to fix the issue by saying well it's not in the system and so and so is no longer here. I even cried of anger of not being able to do anything, be careful get paperwork, I'm seeking legal advice. this cannot be happening to me. They left me half way on my treatment!! NO ONE has even BOTHER to reach out to me and offer an appointment or ask what I wanted to do.!! That shows how much they care of their patients.

When I asked if I could only see one dentist they accommodated me. The front desk consultant explained everything in a straightforward way. When the other female dentist saw me waiting in the dental area she immediately went to see what was the hold up and soon after she made sure I was serviced. I’m staying at Torrance Dental until God sees fit to move me.

Experiencia fantástica: Let me tell you, due to a very bad childhood experience, I have to practically be medicated to go to the dentist. My appointment was stellar yesterday! I did not cry, scream, or flip out. The dentist was extremely gentle. He walked me through the procedure and I left with a smile on my face. The dentist will never be my favorite place but, it's good to know that I have finally found a place where I can go and leave my anxiety at home. I wanted to hug him when I left, lol. Update 10/12/23 Unfortunately, I am having to go through some difficult treatment. The compassion, care and professionalism shown has moved me to tears. I wish I had known about them earlier in my dental history. I went from having major anxiety, hollering and screaming to being able to not be premedicated for anxiety prior to an appointment. I would highly recommend them.
