Mission Hill Dental

Experiencia fantástica: Always excellent!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient of The Dentist and associates at Mission Hill Dental for over 50 years and have had no problems in all that time. Everyone is friendly, compassionate and have always provided the best service.

Experiencia fantástica: Hygienist Steve performed his magic on my teeth once again yesterday. He used the new gentle mist cleaner with lots less noise and a gentler touch than the previous metal tool. It is always a pleasant visit to have my teeth cleaned by Steve. How wonderful it is to “look forward” to a trip to the dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: The service provided by Steve is excellent. He is very kind, professional and focused on providing outstanding care. This practice also employs the latest technology and tools to make your teeth cleaning as comfortable as possible.

Experiencia fantástica: “I recently visited Dr. Lucero’s office for the first time, and I had an excellent experience. The team took the time to explain everything thoroughly, addressing not only what needed to be done but also my financial concerns. They worked with my insurance and even adjusted to fit my schedule for future visits. A big thank you to Horacio, Kim, May, Steve and Sara for making me feel like part of the family! Your understanding and care truly stood out. Highly recommend this office!”

Experiencia negativa: Both dentists are wonderful.Love both dentists ! Their staff is terrible though! They are not friendly or as kind as the dentists. The staff is negative. So I chose to leave and find a new dentist office. I would not recommend this office unfortunately. Erica is the rude one and doesn’t try to connect with the patients or seem to care about the patients. She loves to argue about everything! Their good staff leftThe new girl Kate is very rude and likes to yell and be rude to patients! Lots of great dentists out there that have very kind staff .. no one needs to deal with rude staff!

Experiencia fantástica: Dental hygienist Steve makes a visit to the dentist an event to look forward to! Everyone in this office is just amazing.

Experiencia fantástica: The Greatest Dentist with the Greatest Staff and Greatest First Class Service! Thank You for My Beautiful Smile! LOL!!! Ramon Chapa Jr And May your amazing! rcjr

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is always helpful and pleasant.

Experiencia fantástica: Actually started my appointment early and got finished ahead of schedule. Steve is the consummate professional and knows my dental needs and history line so was there yesterday and not 6 months ago. Great experience always.

Experiencia fantástica: The entire staff is friendly and very accommodating. Never feel pressured. They go out of their way to make me comfortable.

Experiencia fantástica: I've only been going here for about two months and I can't imagine going anywhere else ever! All of my appointments have been urgent and they've handled each episode of my dental "trauma" with compassion, and understanding. They always explain things to me in a way that is clear and informative. Kim is great! Dr Lucero is great and Dr Chacon is great! Whatever I have done I always get a laugh with them. This the friendliest and most caring dental practice that I've been to!

Experiencia fantástica: Pam does such an amazing job in cleaning my teeth! Thank you Pam and to all the front desk staff for your kindness!

Experiencia fantástica: Love Dr. Lucero and his staff! Everyone is so kind and always able to get me in when needed! Absolutely the best there is!!!

Experiencia fantástica: This place is great, all the staff is amazing from the front of house all the way to the hygienist and dr’s! The place is always so lively and clean. 10/10 I would recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: After going to dentists all my life, I can honestly say this has been one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly, was incredibly thorough, and truly cared about my comfort. It’s rare to find a dental office that combines such professionalism with a personal touch. I’m so grateful to have found them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional dental care. *****

Experiencia fantástica: Great dental operation and recommend. Dr. Lucero and the staff are very friendly and he explains the problem and options very well. I chose a filling over a crown for a cracked tooth and filling. Everything was perfect. The only thing that I would add is a mouth rinse and spit at the end. Relatively painless, i would highly recommend.

Dr. Lucero has a top notch staff and a great facility. They treat me extremely well and are always the friendliest people I could ask for!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Always a wonderful cleaning and professional staff.

Experiencia fantástica: So glad the Dentist was accepting new patients. Everyone is so nice and polite here.

Experiencia negativa: If you are a celebrity this dentist (Dr. Butcher), it is very nice but a regular older patient like me the treatment is rude of his part. The staff is ok besides the financial department because I wouldn’t start any dental work with him. First they say that my insurance will cover and I let him a large amount of money in the belief of the people in finance, then I started a bone drafting and just the bone drafting was $700.00 without that he wouldn’t start any work. But every time that I have to go I give the a deposit for not even five minutes of consultation. He is rude, you are not encouraged to asked any question. His manners are way too friendly with his dental technician talking about their private stuff while laughing it was like I wasn’t even there. In conclusion I wouldn’t recommend this dentist to no one I would added I felt discriminated because I am also a Latino, unluckily he forgot his roots. It is about time for him to see his face in a mirror. What a shame!

Experiencia fantástica: I chose this business for 2 reasons: As a local citizen, I need to support local businesses, and this dentistry is a continuing practice from a long-time resident! Secondly, Mission Hill is in my neighborhood! Luckily, I'm getting excellent service here and could not be more pleased with the staff and their expertise.
