Experiencia fantástica: Took my kids (age 3 and 4) for their first dentist apt. They made a joint apt and let them go one after the other although offered simultaneous appointments too. The staff was incredibly patient with the older one who is timid. They made the kids incredibly comfortable from the waiting area to the apt area it was great. The dr (Rachel Williams) took the time to answer all my questions and explain things. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and on top of that the little gift bag was insane. Had like 6 things and my kids loved each thing they pulled out more than the last. I’m gonna bring my kids here until they’re 18 and if they saw adults I’d go there myself.

Experiencia fantástica: Overall a good dental practice. They run their appointments on mostly on-time and my kids actually seem to enjoy coming here. Their desk staff aren’t surprised by the fact that my kids are in typically in school during the daytime and are flexible and understanding on scheduling - the practice is often open on school institute days, half days, etc. The dentist gives you (the parent) a detailed overview after every appointment. They don’t do orthodontics anymore but the place they recommend (Katsis) is also good. A couple things I don't enjoy: - Every appointment comes with many reminder texts, an email, and a phone call about it. "You're still coming, right?? Right?? Still coming??? One last check, remember us??" Yikes, enough already. - Receptionists are surprisingly salesy and pushy about appointments. They won't take "let me look at my calendar" for an answer and they think they know my kids' bus schedule and travel times better than I do. The receptionist tried to tell me they were going to run out of afternoon appointments in the time it took me to drive home and call them back. That's just silly.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Campbell and the staff at OWL are some of the nicest, most organized people I've ever met in an office. They happily greet you at every appointment and are ready to answer any questions you have. They interact with the kids and make them feel welcome. We are so happy to be patients here!

Unfortunately, our regular dentist was unavailable, and I was scrambling trying to find someone who could help quickly. I found Owl Pediatric Dentistry on Google, and they were able to squeeze us in within the hour and fix his teeth the very same day. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, compassionate, and helpful during a very stressful situation. The dentist did a fabulous job repairing my son’s teeth — they look amazing. What impressed me most was how gentle and patient the dentist was; even my son commented afterward about how comfortable they made him feel. Overall, we had a fantastic experience, and I’m so grateful for the care they provided. We’re seriously considering moving all of our kids over to this office!

Experiencia fantástica: We had a wonderful experience at Owl Pediatric Dentistry. It was my child's first dental appointment and it went so well. I was expecting her to fight and cry but the hygienists were so calm and gentle with her she listened to what they asked of her and when we got home she wanted to go back to the dentist. They have a fish tank in the lobby which was so fun, and there are owls and other animals everywhere. Super kid friendly and we are actually looking forward to the next appointment!

Experiencia fantástica: After having a not so good experience elsewhere, my 7 year old was terrified of the dentist. I asked around and McElroy kept coming up as the recommendation. I am so glad that we found this dentist. I communicated the past difficulties to the staff at McElroy when scheduling and via the intake forms. When we arrived today, everyone working with my kid was aware of our concerns after past experiences and ready with alternative solutions! They were patient while still being efficient. They communicated to my son everything they were going to do each step of the way and checked in with him throughout to make sure he was comfortable. I honestly almost cried because I was so relieved to find people who would treat my child like a child. As we left, my son asked me if he could go to this dentist forever and if that isn’t a glowing recommendation I don’t know what is. Update 10/24/25: Still happy coming to OWL for my kid’s dental care. They’re patient and thorough.

Experiencia fantástica: We’ve been coming to OWL Dentistry for a while now and recently my daughter needed orthodontic work and I was so sad to have to go elsewhere, thankfully OWL Dentistry now have OWL Orthodontics! We had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Murphy and her staff. We are SO thankful we did! Dr. Murphy made me feel welcomed. She answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed. My daughter (8 years old) had some hesitation about doing so much but Dr. Murphy broke it down where she can understand it as well. We had to do an expander for all the crowing and it was very scary to agree to. I was afraid the orthodontic work would change my daughter’s cute baby face, but within a matter of weeks I can see how her mouth actually grew to fit her face! She was proportionate! There was no pain with applying the expander, no tears were shed. The coordinator was also phenomenal in helping us set up payment for everything and it was reasonably priced. My daughter always feared this process but now she’s so excited to see her smile and that makes me smile knowing I chose the best orthodontic for my kids! You CANNOT GO WRONG with Dr. Murphy!

We don't have to fight or argue or bargain, they just go and get their cleaning and have a fine time. Yes, the staff is friendly and the pricing is fair and scheduling is simple and they do a good job guiding and caring for our dental health, too!

Experiencia negativa: Not the best experience with getting fillings. My son felt the pain of the drill each time. In his first round of filling he required 2 doses of Novocain because he felt everything, and the clamp thing hurt has well. Didn’t adjust the Novocain for the other 2 rounds. Just told him to breathe and they basically pushed through to get it done.

Experiencia fantástica: My Boys have been coming to OWL Pediatric Dentistry since it was McElroy Dentistry back in 2012. The receptionists are very pleasant and the hygentists are very thorough in explaining what will be done and are very gentle. My Boys are patients of Dr. Campbell who is just a wonderful Dentist! Shes's very informative and explains everything that was done. We LOVE IT HERE!

Experiencia negativa: If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do not go to this place! Unreasonably overpriced. We were not told in advance that our insurance is not accepted there. A few weeks later, I received a bill for two kids, for a little over $800 for a cleaning and X-ray. I am an adult that had a lot of dental work done, and I have never paid $400 for this service myself. This is absurd!!!! I will definitely seek legal advice on this. It is not about the money, it is about ethics and transparency. The receptionist proudly told me, that these prices were matching their top quality service. I did not see anything better than other dentists do. This type of attitude and management turns customers away! I will make sure that my story gets heard from as many people as possible.

My kids have been coming here since age 1 and 2.5 (they are now 6 & 8 ) and everyone makes them feel welcome, so much that they look forward to the dentist. My son started here at almost 3 needing some work on his back molars. He was terrified at the dentist due to his previous experience, but after a couple visits here Dr McElroy really pushed hard to make it a good experience for him. My son has no fears of the dentist now. Since Dr McElroy's retirement, Dr. Campbell and Dr Williams are so amazing with not only the kids but with me and explaining everything. I highly recommend them, and their staff. ❤️
