Essentials Dental

Experiencia fantástica: All the girls were FAB..Great little gift..

Experiencia negativa: They seem nice, though they were constantly telling us treatments we did not need. Within the family we had to get multiple crowns replaced, fillings replaced and told a gum should be lazered off. We never heard of this so looked it up and these were some of the first hints of fraud. I was told I had staining on the filling from another dentist but to them they were “cracked”. We just went to a new dentist today and magically my teeth are perfect and look healthy. No cracked fillings, no need for crowns and no unnecessary surgery. I recommend looking into treatments that they recommend and think twice before paying them!

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience at this dentist , Mickey and Elisabeth is a wonderful dentist and also doctor Mach , bust the most wonderful person with a great smile is Sara , she is always welcome me with a great attitude and providing great costumer service , I love to came to this wonderful place !!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Totally wonderful experience from every member of the staff ! Made me feel totally at ease and well cared for!

Experiencia fantástica: I went to see Dr Mach for the first time today. The entire team makes you feel like you’ve been going there forever. They cleaned my teeth and did a second appointment same day for a tooth that desperately needed a crown. I would absolutely recommend Dr Mach!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Exceptional, professional and friendly caring patient servicing. I would recommend Essentials Dental as essential for your dental care. You'll realize this the moment you're greeted at your appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: We always had a great experience here, and the entire team truly knows what they're doing. We've been patients for six years or more, and they've always provided excellent care. Unfortunately, they no longer accept our insurance and are now out of network, so it only made sense for us to switch to an in-network dentist. We really miss them, though! If they accepted our insurance again, we'd switch back in a heartbeat.

Experiencia fantástica: Always friendly and welcoming. Works with my working schedule.

Experiencia fantástica: Essentials Dental in my experience is very professional and helpful. My husband and I are patients and appreciate the help they’ve given us in the last few months. I highly recommend anyone that is looking for a new dentist to give them a try.

Experiencia fantástica: A great experience, and the care is amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Mach, Sara, Mickey, Elizabeth, and the whole team were amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: If I could give 10 stars I would. So friendly and comfortable. How cute is this

Experiencia fantástica: My first appointment, I was really pleased with their politeness and so professional. Love the office setting!

Experiencia fantástica: Loved my first visit. Terrified of dentist, but they made me feel extremely comfortable. Made my anxiety about the dentist less. Would highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice staff and thorough cleaning!

Experiencia fantástica: Essential Dental has been great from start to finish. The staff is friendly, professional, and makes you feel comfortable right away. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and never felt rushed. The office is clean, modern, and well run. I really appreciate how thoughtful and thorough the care has been. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome experience as always!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: they do good work.

Experiencia fantástica: First time today at this dental clinic and I was impressed . They were friendly welcoming and great communication.

Experiencia fantástica: After a LONG search for a skilled, compassionate Dental Group, we stumbled across Essentials Dental. We LOVE Dr. Mach - she is highly skilled and knowledgeable in her field. I can’t say enough about them. We are very happy with her and Elizabeth the hygienist!

Experiencia fantástica: Had good time with wonderful and very helpful people.

Experiencia fantástica: Well qualified medical professionals and office staff. Clean and well equipped facilities.

Experiencia fantástica: If I could rate 10 stars, I would 10x over, every last member of staff was beyond exceptional, and incredibly informative. I don't remember the last time I left the dentist feeling "WOW'd", they took all my concerns and questions with the utmost care and made my whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. I also liked that they asked questions about myself to better get to know me, which I felt was just a nice gesture, made you feel more than just another patient. I look forward coming back here for all future visits.

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend. To put it simply, Essentials Dental is the best! After not going to the dentist for a few years (um, yikes), I was seriously dreading my appointment, but was put so much at ease from the minute (not kidding) I walked through the doors by the friendly faces, positive energy, and dare I say it, ambiance at Essentials Dental. Dr. Mach, her superior staff of dental assistants and hygienists (special shout out to Lindsay), as well as the front desk & administrative support staff, took such great care of me. Dr. Mach worked so diligently and efficiently. She and her staff did a thorough job, they are professional and courteous (up the wazooo), and gave out such a positive energy & supportive vibe that I'm actually (kinda) excited to schedule my next cleaning/visit!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been visiting the Essentials Dental family of offices for quite some time. In fact more than 50 years of patronage. I’ve never had a bad experience. However the most recent 3 years, I’ve experienced a very high level of excellence. The last 3 years, I’ve been seeing Dr. Kaitlin Mach in the Bloomingdale office. The thing about Dr. Mach is that she is super conscientious. She makes sure the job is not complete until she is 100% satisfied the job has been done right. Because of her commitment to excellence, I leave the office feeling everything fits together perfectly. No rough spots. No period of adjustment to new alignment. No residual problems. She has earned my trust and continued loyalty.

Experiencia fantástica: WOW I am actually blown away at how amazing and welcoming this dentist office is! I’ve never been treated with such integrity- I’ve had in th past some very not good experiences at the dentist. I was terrified. Upon arrival Micki was so kind and warm, she gave me a tour and really made me feel at ease! The dental tech was amazing and gentle, the doctor was pleasant and professional. They explained everything to me in a way I’d understand and answered all of my questions. We put in place a game plan and I am super excited for this dental journey! Thank you ladies! You are all so sweet and amazing and I could not have asked for a more incredible first experience with you all!

Experiencia fantástica: After several years with my dentist, who I really liked, I was concerned that I had to change dentists. I chose Essential Dental, and I am 100% certain that I have made the right choice. My experience with them was absolutely Wonderful. The front desk, the Hygienist, and the Dentist were all absolutely amazing. Thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone I met there was really nice, they made me feel less nervous about seeing a dentist. They are great!

Experiencia fantástica: Really great people. took really good care of my teeth.

Experiencia fantástica: Really nice people. They did a great job cleaning my teeth. 10/10

Experiencia fantástica: Great service

Experiencia fantástica: Beautiful, clean and modern office. Excellent people from the moment I walked in the building until I walked out! Very Profesional but nice and welcoming as well I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Experiencia fantástica: The attention was super good, they do explain to you what is happening and they are super attentive to you

Experiencia negativa: First visit was nice trying to get a second appointment is literally impossible I have an infection in 2 teeth .they won't send the prescription for antibiotics to my pharmacy..try calling the office and they hang up on you. Apparently the amount of pain a person is in doesn't matter for 7 days I've been taking Norco and eating scrambled eggs.....I do NOT recommend this place even if you're desperate

Experiencia fantástica: Always a pleasant experience at Essentials Dental in Glendale Heights. It was a little chilly and right away, Sarah offered me a blanket today! The treatment plan was thoroughly explained and I had another pleasant experience and highly recommend this dental office! Everyone is amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: I’m totally impressed with every aspect of service at this office. Every person is friendly and helpful from the minute I stepped into the place. I was given a tour and introduced to the staff on duty. I was there to see if they could take care of a root canal which another dentist said I needed to get. Turns out they could take care of my cracked molar. The dentist Dr. Kaitlin Mach not only did a great job but was friendly and pleasant and careful to be sure I had no pain. Assist Leanna was also so friendly, helpful, and cared for my comfort.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been to different dental offices looking for the one that will take care of my family's dental needs. I'm glad that I came across Essentials Dental (by google search) and my search is finally over! Their office is so clean, location is perfect, and above all, the staff are great (shout out to Sara, Elizabeth and Dr. Mac!). I fetl like it's a "white glove" service and they treat everyone with respect, professionalism and makes me feel as valued patient. Highly recommended, I wish I could give them 10 stars!

Experiencia positiva: Nice folks, clean place, work is very good, only minor issue is when I’m getting my filling the dentist and staff talk too much, the dentist and I think one of the assistants kept talking about their phones and it’s hard to relax and get my fillings done in peace, not a huge deal but just a bit annoying, aside that will continue to go back

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is so kind, easy to talk to, wonderful with children & get the procedures done quickly & efficiently. We've been patient's there for a few years and we love everything about the dentistry.

Experiencia fantástica: All Good help for my doughter

Experiencia fantástica: Both dental hygienist and dentist generally do a magnificent job. Very friendly and thorough. They are thoughtful offering: a blanket, pillow, lip balm, etc. If I chose a dentist in network, I would likely get services at a lower cost; but, I chose Essentials Dental because of the caring and thoughtful people and service.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place! Nice facility, friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent…thank you. Always great care.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is great all around - very professional, friendly, and great at what they do!

Experiencia fantástica: I always have a positive experience when I come here. Elizabeth and Dr. Mach don’t waste time, but don’t make your appointment feel rushed. They answer any questions you may have and I always leave encouraged to maintain my dental hygiene.

Experiencia fantástica: Highly professional medical team, beautiful and inviting local and efficient clerical staff equates to a very satisfying experience. I recommend Essentials Dental of Glendale Heights, IL.

Experiencia positiva: Always very friendly! Only thing I can’t understand is why my gums are still so sensitive after Novocain application. But overall very positive experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience as always. Always so professional and friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: The facility was clean and well decorated. Everyone was pleasant and explained everything to me answering any questions I had. I was offered something to drink and given a tour of the practice.

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly and professional as usual. I have been coming to this dentist for years. I highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: AWESOME DENTIST, CLINICAL, AND FRONT DESK “ANGEL” STAFF. YOU’VE GOT ME HOOKED!

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly prompt and knowledgeable. Extremely clean am going to recommend to my so and daughter in law

Experiencia negativa: Went there for about 2-3 years and I liked it at first. The hygienist would tell you what the price would be after insurance and then for surprised with an $80 bill that I had to pay because insurance didn’t cover it all. I called and they told me that they make a pretty close estimate of what the cost will be. $80 is not a close estimate. Found a new dentist that won’t tell me what my copay is and not turn around and charge me more than what I’m told. If you’re looking for a dentist that won’t lie about costs, this is not the one for you.

Experiencia fantástica: I am Novocain resistant and they worked with me to provide a pain free appointment. For the first time I was pain free before and after being worked on. The Dr and her assistant were pleasant, eager to make sure it was a good experience

Experiencia fantástica: Very well clean and nice environment. You feel more open, different than the old close, tight room. Also, very modern dental work equipment.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m am very comfortable and relax every time I come for a dental work or routine visit …Elizabeth who is my dental hygienist is very nice …make you feel at ease and very polite

Experiencia negativa: They tried to bill me outside of my insurance. They are not to be trusted.

Experiencia fantástica: Very good

Experiencia fantástica: My visit was a 6 month cleaning/check up. I had a new hygienist and new dentist. I very much liked them both. I couldn’t find a place to leave a new review. But, as always, it was a pleasant experience. Great hygienist with nice personality and same with Dr. Mach.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve always had a fear of the dentist. The doctors & staff at Essentials have helped ease my fear & make me feel comfortable & relaxed. It’s a wonderful atmosphere & I highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I needed three fillings. the problem was going to be that they had to remove my partial to get at these three fillings. Dr Mach worked her way around the partial so that it didn't have to be replaced. excellent job.

Experiencia fantástica: Super friendly staff, during my cleaning the dental hygienist was explaining everything along the way . They are very welcoming and kind and seem happy to be there I’m glad I was referred to them and plan on continuing care here for myself and my daughters.

Experiencia fantástica: Always a pleasure to be at Essentials Dental!!!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is overwhelming friendly.. They make you feel @ home and take the nervousness out of you. Definitely recommend this place. I would give them 10 stars but 5 only allowed.
