Experiencia fantástica: I can't say enough good things about Failla & DeFransisco Dentistry in Watertown, MA! Everyone there is so professional, friendly, and truly dedicated to their patients. Today, they went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my teeth cleaned—even though the person who handles insurance wasn’t in and the computer system was giving them trouble. Rather than just reschedule my appointment (which would have been the easy route), the whole team worked together to figure it out, all with patience, kindness, and a great attitude. Total rockstars! And the best part? My teeth have never felt so clean and amazing. Highly recommend this fantastic office!

Experiencia negativa: 0 rating for a poor customer service. They do not know what insurance they accept and even if you were a new patient making your very first appointment, will not help verify if they can accept your insurance. Apparently, they have a long line of patients, good for you because I will take my business somewhere else, you are not the only office in Boston.

Aside from his skill/mastery with teeth which is exceptional...at my age ( after many years of dentistry -w/childhood experiences still vivid ), his emotional support, depth of understanding humanity, for those of us a bit older in years/dental struggles etc. is heartfelt, appreciated and a blessing to me!! : )

Experiencia fantástica: Such a great experience! Teeth have NEVER been cleaner! Amanda was the best! Definitely will be returning

Experiencia fantástica: Perfect

Experiencia fantástica: I will recommend FF&D Family Dentistry in Watertown to anyone who asks me. The offices are clean and bright, the hygienists are all amazing, and Dr. H is the phenomenal. I've had a lot of issues with my teeth (mainly due to my childhood dentist), and the staff here has taken extremely good care of me.
